3开学认识新同学作文

星期一的前一个晚上，我兴奋的睡不着觉。一直兴奋地想着明天风桥小学来我们班的三个同学长的什么样？是胖、是瘦、是高、是矮。怎么想也想不着。

星期一我早早的来到学校，一睹为快。本以为新同学还没来，所以没报太大希望。没想到孙中岳的结对伙伴已经来了，正跟孙中岳津津有味地聊着。我也没闲着，连忙跟新同学打招呼：“你好!”并大幅度的挥了挥手。新同学也很热情，也跟我打了个招呼。这时我心想到：这个同学真好，身形匀称、文静，最重要的是很有礼貌。这是我第一个认识的新同学。他给我的第一印象很好。

我第二个认识的祝思涵的结对伙伴，她叫陈涵悦。她在班中担任班长，是一个很不错的女孩。初次见面，还不太熟，但是我还是热情的打了个招呼，她也跟我笑了笑，大概是表示友谊吧!她面容很清秀，大概是属于是在家帮爸爸妈妈做家务的哪一种吧。看的出她跟祝思涵很好，总是小手拉着小手，怎么分也分不开。我特别高兴能认识这位新同学。

前面两位我都看见、认识了，也打了招呼。现在我很期待最后一位的神秘面容。

啊!他来了。他长的很胖，比他的结对伙伴也胖，都可以和陶宏哲相媲美了。他也是和许昊川手牵手来的。新同学刚进教室门口，同学们就围上去打招呼。蒋逸斌很不客气，直接把手搭在了新同学的肩膀上，跟他说东说西。聊得还挺起劲。

我很荣幸的认识了他们，在我的好友堆里，又添加乐 三位好友，很开心。希望下次能交到更多的朋友。

今天，我们学校停水又停电，搞得我们又热又渴。

我到教室的时候，同学们就坐在自己的位置上了，拿书在不停地扇风，我和成诗意在发课文时，几乎没人读。我们都已经大汗淋漓了，口里面干得都冒烟了，上课的时候只想着有水喝就好，但是又没有水，有的同学就去学校门口的德育处买水，他们还说是一年一度的“大旱灾”来了，我们只能去做自己的事情，后来老师给我们带来了一个好消息，就是我们终于有水喝了。老师把我们的情况反应给家长，有些热心的家长就送来了一箱箱的矿泉水，老师叫了四个力气大的男同学去把那些水搬上来，并给我们每人发了一瓶水，我们拿到水就像一匹饿狼一样飞快地打开盖子，“咕咚咕咚”地喝了起来，还剩下了两箱水就被老师放在了走廊旁边的讲台底下。

教育局的领导担心我们的安全，决定通知学校给我们放半天假，停水停电属于突发的公共安全事件，学校教育系统做出了积极地处理，保证了同学们的安全。

我因为晚辅时都在机器人教室，所以作业没抄，只好留在教室里抄作业。

抄好了，正在收书包时，薛凯轩竟开始拍篮球来。唉，薛凯轩，你不回家，打扰别人干啥？不管了，快点弄吧，收拾完就可以回家了。

“啪啦”一声，一个应该是玻璃制品的东西破碎了。唉呦畏！吓死我了，谁干的？应该是玻璃窗碎了，无缘无故窗子怎么就碎了呢？应该是被薛凯轩砸的！

我定眼一看，只见一大堆玻璃制品在薛凯轩旁边，里面还有一个长约50厘米的主体。仔细看是两根主体，一根已被篮球砸得不成样了，另一根是完整的主体。

我感到灯有一些暗，便抬头一看，只见那灯只剩下个空架子。啊呵！薛凯轩竟然把灯给砸坏了。哼，我早就给你说过了，你再这么胡来，迟早要闯祸的，还不听。唉，不听老人言，吃亏在眼前呀。这时，从班级里飘出了歌声：“凉凉月色为你思念成河……”

估计是歌声，吸引到路过的两教导主任的注意。薛凯轩这会真正凉了。那两个教导主任秒懂，其中那位凶的立即质问：“是你弄的吗？我等下告赵老师。你尽快赔了，学校可不会出半分钱！”说完，两个教导主任就转身离去。整个过程薛凯轩呆若木鸡。

寒假的脚步渐渐远去，新的学年已经悄悄来临。2015年中央电视台《开学第一课》隆重上演。

今年的开学第一课共分为四堂课，每节课都精彩纷呈，紧紧地围绕着同一个主题：美就在身边。第一节课的嘉宾是宇航英雄刘洋，她讲述了她在天空中的感受和对生物的珍爱，极为感人。第三节和第四节也同样让人叫好，但我印象和感触最深的是第二节课。

第二节课请来的是奥运冠军焦刘洋和叶诗文，她们头顶上的奥运冠军光辉夺目，但她们还是那样地平易近人。焦姐姐告诉我们她刚学游泳时也曾害怕过，也碰到过挫折，但她克服了困难，从十米到二十米到三十米，一点点的进步。特别是2008年她与冠军擦肩而过后，她依然坚持训练、对自己的目标丝毫没有放弃。她终于在今年实现了自己的梦想。

其实，我在学习和生活中也经常遇到困难，但我经常不是勇敢面对而是逃避。跑步时，爸爸希望我跑五圈，我跑到第四圈时却总是喊累;碰到难的数学题时，我做完第一步却不能坚持下去;学吹笛子时，我站不了十分钟动作就变形了。这都是没有恒心的原因。

走进校园，我发现学校两边站着值日的同学和老师，他们正在严肃的为我们检查是否佩戴了红领巾。有的同学带着鲜艳的红领巾，背着书包，蹦蹦跳跳地跑进了自己的教室。许多小同学那稚嫩的小脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容，我的心情也不由自主地高兴起来。开学的第一天真快乐啊！在右边走，我发现校园的花草树木好像在向我招手，蔚蓝的天边漂浮着的那几朵纯洁的白云，似乎在向我们微笑着说“：小朋友，开学了，大家可要好好学习呀！”我看着前方，飞快地跑进教室。

以跨过教室的门槛，就听见同学们正在叽叽喳喳的说些什么。我凑过去一听，原来他们都在聊这个暑假都去了那里，说说大家都在暑假做了些什么。有的同学说“：我去了五泄，那里的瀑布真气派，山山水水看得我的眼都花了！”有的说“：我去过杭州，那里的西湖可美了，就像一幅美丽的图画”。有的说“：我去过上海，那儿的东方明珠可高了！”看见他们这么得意，我也不甘示弱，趾高气扬的说“我去过温州，那儿的五马步行街什么都有，样样俱全！”大家说的可开心了！

突然老师说“我们发新书了！”这高昂的声音把教师的平静给打破了，教室里顿时鸦雀无声。所有同学都满怀兴奋地从发书的同学手里结果新书本，认真的看了起来。

开学啦，新学期新开始，投入紧张而有充实的学习中吧！

今天是开学后的第一个周日，虽距离开学已经一周了，但是新班级里那些崭新的面孔、新的面貌，仍然让我难以忘记……

新的班主任。他长着一张孩子脸，却怀着一颗成熟稳重的心；他说话严肃、认真，却又不乏幽默风趣；他管教学生严格，可平时却是那样和蔼可亲；他走路大摇大摆，却又不缺乏绅士风度；他尽管在近几年来第一次当班主任，却又不缺乏管理经验。他就是我的新班主任——李老师。

新的班级——新的同学和老师们。开学就意味着要进入一个新的班级，结识新的同学，认识新的老师，开始新的学习生活。而我被幸运的分到了八年级三班这个和睦的大家庭里。同学们是那样的友善、团结，老师也是那样的认真、负责。

尽管我和他们并不熟悉，可我相信，用不了多久，我们都会成为好朋友，努力学习，顽强拼搏，用每个人辛勤的汗水哺育出一个优秀团结的大家庭。

新的课程。升入八年级，已经不再是以前那个爱玩爱闹的小孩子了，个长高了，身上的担子也就越来越重了。在课程方面也多了两门比较重要的课程——物理和化学。有的老人经常对自己的儿女说：“学好数理化，走遍天下都不怕。”就更强调了这两门课程的重要性，不仅如此，在八年级下半学期，还有历史、生物、信息技术三门课程的结业考试，可想而知，任务该有多重！

天在刚刚亮，太阳才刚刚升起，一切都有充足的时间，大家一起努力吧，相信在黄昏时，我们会用微笑迎接黎明！

Getting Ourselves Worked Up

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness. Yet in the weeks, days, and hours leading up to an event that we believe will test our limits, we can become nervous. While we may have previously regarded ourselves as equal to the trials that lie ahead, we reach a point at which they near and our anxiety begins to mount. We then become increasingly worked up, until the moment of truth arrives and we discover that our worry was all for nothing. We are almost always stronger and more capable than we believe ourselves to be. But anxiety is not rational in nature, which means that in most cases we cannot work through it using logic as our only tool. Reason can help us recognize the relative futility of unwarranted worry but, more often than not, we will find more comfort in patterns of thought and activity that redirect our attention to practical or engaging matters.

Most of us find it remarkably difficult to focus on two distinct thoughts or emotions at once, and we can use this natural human limitation to our advantage when trying to stay centered in the period leading up to a potentially tricky experience. When we concentrate on something unrelated to our worryuch as deep breathing, visualizations of success, pleasurable pursuits, or exercisenxiety dissipates naturally. Meditation is also a useful coping mechanism as it provides us with a means to ground ourselves in the moment. Our guides can aid us by providing us with a focal point wholly outside of our own sphere.
