今天早上当我起床早操结束后，无聊时看手机的时候就发现有人说停电这件事情，并且把询问老师英语听力课怎么办的信息截屏给了我们，我在这个时候才知道原来今天真的可能会停电！

时间真的不知不觉到了九点，一切真的仅仅就是在一瞬间，所有的电脑全部黑屏，我终于知道消息是真的了，由于停电无法继续进行上课，因此老师让大家自由复习一下！

童年就像蒲公英，风一吹，就越飘越远，不知去向。转眼间，我们也已经渐渐长大，对于过往也逐渐忘记，但有些事仍然会被风一吹，就飘扬四起，不经意间想起某个瞬间。

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life. By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

How to Make Friends

It’s hard to makefriends if you stay alone all the time. It’s easier to

make friends whenyou have similar interests. Look at people in the eyes when you

talk to them. Don’t be afraid to show people whatyou are really good at. Talk

about the things you like and do best. Be a goodlistener. Let people talk about

themselves before talking about yourself. Be friendly to a lot of people. Try to

help your friends when they are in trouble because a friend in need is a

friendindeed. That way you’ll have a bigger group to choose from and havemore

chances to make friends.

Leifeng was known as a pattern that offered help to others selflessly. He

devoted all this life into his beloved career as well. I, myself, was totally

shocked by his character.

Recent years have seen a tency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban resits travel regularly, and 28% rural resits also make their tour across the country. Facing this tency, we can&’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people&’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What&’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. 这份考卷落在几个考官手里，考官们传来传去地看，赞不绝口，觉得不但文采好，而且说理精辟，是篇难得的好文章。但是到了决定录取的时候，谁也不敢表示态度，因为录取了刘蕡，得罪了宦官，他们的位子也就保不住了。

结果，跟刘蕡一起来投考的二十二人都中了，刘蕡却落了选。刘蕡是大家公认的杰出人才，这次因为说了些正直话落选，大家都觉得委屈了他。中选的举人说：“刘蕡落选，我们倒中了榜，太叫人惭愧了。”

唐文宗在宦官操纵之下过日子，自己也很气恼，他一心一意想除掉宦官。有一次，唐文宗生了一场病，急于找医生。正好宦官头子李守澄手下有个官员叫做郑注，精通医道。王守澄把他推荐给唐文宗治病。文宗服了他的药，果然病一天天好了起来。唐文宗很高兴，召见郑注，发现郑注口齿伶俐，像是个有才干的人，就把他提拔为御史大人。

郑注有个朋友李训，原是个很不得志的小官员，听到郑注受到朝廷重用，就带了一些礼物求见郑注。郑注正好想找个帮手，就请王守澄把李训推荐给文宗。李训也得到文宗的信任，后来，竟被提升为宰相。

李训、郑注两人取得了唐文宗的信任，文宗把自己想除掉宦官的心事告诉他们。他们就跟文宗秘密商量，想法削弱王守澄的权。他们打听到王守澄手下有个宦官仇士良，跟王守澄有矛盾，就请文宗封仇士良为左神策中尉，带领一部分禁卫军。

接着，李训又解除了王守澄的兵权。王守澄失了兵权，就容易摆布了。最后，唐文宗给王守澄一杯毒酒，把他杀了。

去了王守澄，接下来就要除掉仇士良了。李训经过一番策划，联络了禁卫军将军韩约，决定动手。公元835年的一天，唐文宗上朝的时候，韩约上殿启奏，说禁卫军大厅后院的一棵石榴树上，昨天夜里降了甘露。

原来，封建王朝是最讲迷信的，天降甘露被认为是好兆头。李训当即带领文武百官向文宗庆贺，还请唐文宗亲自到后院观赏甘露。

唐文宗命令宰相李训先去察看。李训装模作样到院子里去兜了一转回来说：“我去看了一下，恐怕不是真的甘露，请陛下派人复查。”

唐文宗又命令仇士良带领宦官去观看。仇士良叫韩约陪着一起去。韩约走到门边，神情紧张，脸色也发白了。仇士良发现这个情况，觉得奇怪，问韩约说：“韩将军，您怎么啦?”

正说着，一阵风吹来，吹动了门边挂的布幕。仇士良发现布幕里埋伏了不少手拿明晃晃武器的兵士。

仇士良大吃一惊，连忙退出，奔回唐文宗那里。李训看到仇士良逃走，立刻命令埋伏的卫士赶上去。哪知道仇士良和宦官们已经把文宗抢在手里，把他拉进软轿，抬起就走。

李训赶上去，拉住文宗的轿子不放，一个宦官抢前一步，朝李训劈胸一拳，把他****在地。仇士良趁机扶着文宗的软轿，进内宫去了。

李训预谋失败，只好从小吏身上讨了一件便衣，化装逃走。仇士良立即派兵出宫，大规模逮捕一些参加预谋的官员，把他们全都杀害。李训东奔西逃，走投无路，在路上被杀。郑注正从凤翔带兵进京，得到消息，想退回凤翔，也被监军的宦官杀死。

唐文宗和李训、郑注策划的杀宦官的计谋彻底失败，在这次事变后受株连被杀的一千多人。历史上把这个事件称为“甘露之变”。

从这个事件后，宦官把唐文宗严密监视起来，唐文宗的日子更不好过。过了五年得病死去。仇士良立文宗的兄弟李炎即位，这就是唐武宗。

Now I’m studying in Hunan First Normal College, which is Chairman Mao’s former school. I major in English, because I find it so fun and interesting. As far as I’m concerned, our English Department is the best department in our college. The teachers in our department are knowledgeable, experienced, and warm-hearted. And my classmates are nice, friendly and helpful. Thus, I have a good atmosphere to study. When I have difficulties in study, I always ask my teachers for help or discuss with my classmates. Through their help, I have made great progress in my English study.

我现在在湖南第一师范学校学习，这是主席之前呆过的学校。我的专业是英语，因为我觉得它很有趣。我觉得我们英语系是我校最好的学部。我们系的老师知识渊博，经验丰富，热心肠。我的同学们也很和蔼，友好，乐于助人。因此，我拥有一个很好的学习氛围。当我在学习上遇到困难时，我总是向我的老师寻求帮助或与同学讨论。在他们的帮助下，我在英语学习上取得了很大的进步。

College life is much different from high school life. In college, we should acquire knowledge as well as improve our integrated abilities. There are a lot of English classes for us to learn, such as Basic English, Oral English, Listening, Reading, Writing, Translation, Grammar, English Literature, and so on. I enjoy these classes very much. Except English, we have many other subjects to learn. Life seems so busy here but it’s so fruitful for me.

大学生活与高中生活有很大的不同。在大学，我们要获取知识也要提高我们的综合能力。我们要上很多的英语课，比如，基础英语，英语口语，听力阅读，写作，翻译，语法，英语文学等。我非常喜欢这些课。除英语外，我们还要学习很多其他科目。在这里生活是如此的忙碌，但这对我来说是如此丰硕的收获。

After class, I usually go to the English Corner. There I can practice my oral English by talking with foreigners or chatting with my schoolmates. Now, I’m able to communicate with foreigners well. Sometimes I also take part in some social activities. For instance, last weekend I attended an interesting play. As it was my first performance, I felt a little nervous at the beginning. But when I appeared on the stage, I made every audience laugh happily. I was so proud of myself at that moment, because this was my first achievement.

下课后，我经常去英语角。在那里我可以通过与外国人或我的同学聊天来练习我的英语口语。现在我可以很好的和外国人交流了。有时候我也可以参加一些社交活动。例如，上周我参加了一个有趣的表演。因为是我第一次表演，所以一开始的时候我觉得有点紧张。但当我出现在舞台上时，我让每一个观众都开心的笑了。在那一刻，我为我自己感到骄傲，因为这是我的第一个收获。
