如果说保护历史，捍卫历史的建筑、艺术品，比起法国人，我们是觉得汗颜的！巴黎除了卢浮宫之外，整个的巴黎旧城就是一座完美的古建筑集群，莱茵河两岸的古建筑足以让法国人觉得无比的自豪！但未见到法兰西人拒绝现代的文化与生活方式！世界最奢侈的物品专卖店就遍布于从凯旋门所在的星形广场，至香榭丽舍大街、协和广场，乃至卢浮宫周边。ferrari、chanel、armarni、versace、dior、lv、lancel等顶级名牌店琳琅满目，但这丝毫不见影响巴黎历史的光辉形象，也未见有损卢浮宫的威严！可见不是在于是否允许星巴克开在故宫或者卢浮宫，关键是在于其装修装饰风格及经营品味是否与这些历史建筑和谐！

到过故宫的人都被故宫保存完整的历史所震撼，但是也被与故宫整体不协调的地方所侵扰，装修粗糙、服务劣质的小吃、小卖店，乃至坑蒙拐骗的黑车、野导游等等，我们最民族性的一些劣根性的习俗长期扎寨于故宫门前、门后，成为丢国人脸面的东西，从某种程度上来看，倒是星巴克之类的舶来品算是提升了故宫的服务品牌与品味！故宫如此，正在改造的前门大街也是如此。曾经盘踞在前门大街的诸多中华老字号，六必居酱园、同仁堂药店、瑞蚨祥绸布店、长春堂药店、内联升鞋店、张一元茶庄，还有月盛斋酱肉店、都一处烧卖店，这些老字号久负盛名，几乎多是百年老店，像六必居、同仁堂更有着四五百年的历史。

毫无疑问，它们已经成为展示数百年京味儿文明的“北京名片”。但是除了同仁堂、全聚德之外，这些老字号已经沦落为不再知名的牌子了！充其量有些已经沦落为区域性名牌。根源在于我们怀抱的传统落后经营观念与管理方式！不是在于是否引进的星巴克这类与中华民族传统消费理念与习俗东西，而是开放的中国是否有接纳世界的信心与诚意？

如果不是真正的开放，不是发自内心的诚服与谦卑，我认为，无论是故宫，还是前门大街，复古只是国人心里与脸面上的一层胭脂粉黛，历史的美与善、品质与修养是需要真正开放的心态才可以得以修复的！

Graduation is a time of moving on, further studies, or out into the society? There are a lot of choices which we are supposed to make and we are emotional at the graduation season. What’s more, we usually have a variety of activities about graduation, such as taking photos, having a class party, leaving words to each other in our memory collections, exchanging gifts between friends to memorize our friendship, giving teacher presents to express our thanks.

However, we have mixed emotions about farewell. We want to spend more time having fun and working with each other, but we have to move on. Facing many choices about our future makes us confused; meanwhile the coming farewell makes us sentimental. As long as these feelings come along, we have to deal with it. We should know that after graduation we will learn more and be more experienced. Being apart with our friends and classmates is temporary, next time we meet each other, we will live a better life and share our different colorful experiences with each other.

The Lantern Festival (元宵节) is the last day of the Chinese New Year celebration.

This day is for the last moment for setting off fireworks, the last excuse for eating a big feast and the last chance for family getting together before the “年” celebrations are over. (Latern Festival is also a traditional time of celebration for foreigners who live in China).

The Lantern Festival, the 15th of the first month of the lunar calendar, is the first full moon of the year.

Celebrations and traditions on this day date back to the Western Han Dynasty.

Traditions for this festival: as the name indicates, hanging and looking at lanterns is the main tradition.

Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are displayed on trees, or along river banks.

Parents often take their children to Lantern Fairs and sometimes lucky kids even get a mini toy lantern.

Another tradition is guessing lantern riddles. These are riddles that are hung on lanterns for people to shoot down and solve. The riddles are usually short, wise, and sometimes humorous.

The answer to a riddle can be a Chinese character, a famous persons name, a place name or a proverb. This tradition has become a popular game with serious staying power even as social development changes other traditions.

Other than that, the most important thing to do today is to eat sweet dumplings. In northern China, sweet dumplings made of glutinous rice flour are called “元宵” while in southern part they are called “汤圆”.

Typical sweet dumplings are filled with black sesame sauce, sweetened bean paste, or hawthorn. Making “元宵” today is like a game or an activity, so its seldom done without a reason and a group of friends or family present to help out.

A folk culture is a small isolated， cohesive， conservative， nearly self-sufficient group that is homogeneous in custom and race with a strong family or clan structure and highly developed rituals. Order is maintained through sanctions based in the religion or family and interpersonal. Relationships are strong. Tradition is paramount， and change comes infrequently and slowly. By contrast a popular culture is a large heterogeneous group often highly individualistic and a pronounced many specialized professions. Secular institutions of control such as the police and army take the place of religion and family in maintaining order， and a money-based economy prevails. Because of these contrasts， "popular" may be viewed as clearly different from "folk". The popular is replacing the folk in industrialized countries and in many developing nations. In last years eleven holiday, our family went to Lanzhou and Xining to travel. That afternoon, Dad suddenly told us to travel, we promised.

Our first goal is Lanzhou, and we dont know the road at high speed. It was dark. We went all the way in the mountain road. Finally, we arrived in Lanzhou. 篇一：军训如夏花般灿烂

当我还憧憬美好的军训生活时，当我还羡慕那一身深绿的军装是，当我还无比崇敬帅气的军官时，我已迫不及待想入队了！

怀着无比激动的心情，我穿上那一身渴望以久的迷彩服，这才发现真的很累，太阳毫不仁慈照射着我们脸，似乎想一下子刷新我们庸懒的面庞。随着有力步伐，地上的灰尘也活跃起来了，轻巧地粘在我们脸上，小汗珠也毫不客气地从面额流下来，顿时还比较红润的脸，已经成为小黑碳了。偶尔几只疲倦的小鸟停在树上栖息，痴痴地渴望着我们，好专注，似乎也想起来露几手了！

一段时间下来，腿也不听使唤了，晃来晃去，可当教官严厉地声音在我耳边回荡时，不禁又坚持了。

十年寒窗苦读，在初中三年的艰苦拼搏过后，我们终于战胜了期待已久却又微带恐惧的中考，打开了人生一道新的窗口，我们如愿走进了大学，开始了新的生活，在学习之前，我们都要经历军训。

下午两点，军训正式开始，我们软件/日语被分为三十一排，教官为张教官，我们早早的就站在南大操场等待着张教官的出现，很快，教官的身影便映入我们眼帘，整齐的军装，配上腰带，一双黑色皮鞋，在阳光的照射下，那颗帽徽更显庄严。

张教官的一举一动，以及每一个眼神都向我们传递着军人的信息，他虽然皮肤偏黑，但他却常常吸引了我们，他强健，声音宏亮，处处散发着军人的气质，与其说我们被他这个人所吸引。还不如说我们被军人的气质所吸引。我们第一次这么真实地贪图到了军姿飒爽的意境。

从张教官的口中，我们得知，军队有铁一般地纪律，军队里没有错误的口号，只有错误的动作，实行：一切行动听指挥。诸如：做错动作要“报告”动也要喊“报告”….

开始几天的军训任务是练习军姿，立正、稍息、跨列、向左、右转……这些我们高中军训都练过的项目，心里多少有些松懈，认为这些我本来就会，可是没站几次就把我累得不行了，肩膀疼。背疼，腰疼，腿疼…..基本上身上的“零件”都在反抗，整个人就像快散了一样，接下来的几天，定手，定脚，踢正步，就更不行了，简直是把我搞垮了，走起路来像是跛了，吃饭时手也抬不起来，全身好像只有脸部不疼，真希望我有特异功能，什么事只要脸就可以完成，我想这次我才算真正体会到了什么才是苦，忽然觉得初中的军训只是一种形式，而我当然也更敬佩教官，敬佩军人，敬佩他们那种吃苦耐劳的精神了，每当看到教官们在下课时谈笑、唱歌就更会崇敬他们。因为我能想象到他们背后所会出的艰辛和挥洒的汗水，这是军人生活两面的鲜明对比，此时此刻，军人的形象在我们心目中更加的高大威猛了。

军训途中，我无数次地有了放弃的念头，但看到教官、想想他们的经历与遭受的痛苦，我们所承受的又算什么呢？于是我就在一次次的比较、自责与自省中变得更坚强。

现在我很荣幸被选进方队，成为教官中口的“精英”，我很自豪，但我却告诉自己，前面的路更苦，你能坚持下来才是真正的精英。

方队的生活确实是苦不堪方，正步与走的要求又提升了一个档次，定手，定脚，一步一动，又使我在痛苦的边缘挣扎，但我高兴的是我并未有过放弃的念头，我只告诉自己，我一定坚持，要挺下来，成功肯定会多留意志坚持不懈的人的。即使我吃了再多的灰，变得再黑。向上再脏，我都不会选择放弃。

功夫不负有心人，通过我们方队105条心的共同努力，在今天的考核中夺得第二名的好成绩，但我更期待的是明天的汇演，我希望我们方队用最好的精神状态去迎接它，迎接明天的第一。

军训生活已经接近尾声，我的感触却越来越多，一位教官讲得好“军训对我们学生的学习并没有多大帮助，但它的可贵之处就在于它可以培养我们雷利风行，百折不挠的精神。

对我而言，两个星期的磨练，顽强了自己，使自己在精神上更加坚强，军训磨练了我们的意志，增强我们的体魄，成就了我们不怕苦，不怕累的精神，以后的学生中，缺少不少这些精神，在军训中，我们苦过也乐过，笑过也哭过，当我们回过头来，再看看我们这一路是如何走来，心中又莫名地升起一种不舍，再也不是刚开始的厌倦了，因为见到彩虹后才会珍惜风雨中的磨难。

我来吧!一道声音自我背后响起。紧接着，我背后的一名男生便站了起来。他有一头微微卷曲的头发，也不知是何原因，两边的头发都向中间长，看起来像一个小山丘。一双眼睛不算很大但又黑又亮，好似两颗晶莹的葡萄。他的脸还带着一点婴儿肥，再加上他个儿不高，看起来不过一个小娃娃。他笑起来时两颗小虎牙便会像要飞出来一般，嘴角也会有两个小酒窝。他的第一个自我介绍让我深深的认识了他。

他也成为了我们的临时小组的组长。可别看他是一个男生便认为他是一个粗心的人，其实他也有细心的一面，不信你看，老师让我们的临时组长布置做清洁任务时，他便一个个地问我们可以带的工具，待到将小组成员问完时，就开始详细地将工具的种类分别放在几栏中，并写出具体数量，根据先前老师说的要求，开始给我们每个人下达命令。下午做清洁时，他也不忘检查一番，并提醒我们哪些地方的不足。他是一个外向的男生，没一段时间，便和大伙儿打成一片，也许这与他乐观、开朗的性格脱不开关系吧。

她长得又胖又高。脸长得像肉包子，看起来很好吃呢！她的眉毛很粗，笑起来的时候，眉毛立即弯曲成一对月牙。她长着一对水汪汪的大眼睛，就像两颗黑水晶。她的鼻子是高鼻梁，很像小蚂蚁要爬的大山呢！她的嘴是朱唇，嘴巴红红的。牙齿很洁白，很整齐，像钢琴一样。她的耳朵是大蒲扇形的，好像是猪八戒的耳朵，可好玩了。刘欣鑫总是面带微笑，特别可爱。

刘欣鑫穿的是白色中带着蓝点点的上衣，黑色的裤子，黑裤上带着红花，绿叶，五颜六色的，美丽极了。她穿的蓝袜子，好像是宽阔的大海，脚上穿着一双黑皮鞋，显得很大方，就像是个大孩子一样。

哦！我忘了告诉你她的爱好了，她喜欢吃肉包子，或者是关于肉的东西。当然，她也有很多优点，其中一个优点是爱看书，她看过特别多的书，懂得特别多。

要上生物课了，同学们都掏出生物课本准备上课，我的课本怎么不翼而飞了。

我蹲在桌子底下，双眼茫然地寻找着生物课本，双手不停的扒拉着，头上有着豆大的汗珠往下落，终于我泄气了，桌子里的书被我翻了个顶朝天，怎么也找不到它，我心里不得安宁，若是被生物老师批评了，整节课都会受影响的。我越来越心急，恨不得一下子能变出本生物书来。生物老师让我们打开课本，这更是我手无足策，他就站在我旁边讲课，坐着的我心里像有一只兔子一样，不停地跳着。我的双眼慌乱的看着老师，桌子上空空的，除了一支笔，什么也没有，这使我在整个教室里很显眼。

放学了，我的心情很郁闷，拖着沉重的脚步回家走，心里想着，提心吊胆上课真难受啊，什么也没听进去，还精神受尽折磨，我真倒霉呀！回到家，我心里一直想着这节没有课本的一堂课，甚至连写作业都无精打采，双眼目视前方发呆。妈妈帮我在班级群里发布了寻书启示，第二天上午我怀着期盼的心情来到学校，眼前突然一亮，桌面上放着生物书，我上前一看，翻开第一页，只见上面写着三个醒目名字，“关天瑜”，这是我的书，原来真是我的同学帮我找到了，放在桌子上啦，我心里欢呼着，眼睛里充满了激动的表情，这种失而复得的心情至今难忘。

During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there the sky was turning grey little by little the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries then suddenly in the faraway horizon golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon so big and so red it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

今天的天气真好啊！在早上的时候，我们的二实小一年一度的运动会就这样拉开了帷幕。

这是我们班的运动员随着嘹亮的鼓号声上了场，他们一个个都精神抖擞、英姿飒爽，迎接着艰巨的比赛。

对于中国考生来说，英文写作一直是最为头疼的事情之一。那么考生为什么会畏惧英文表达呢？为什么有些考生背了一两万个单词却仍然写不出好的文章呢？找到了这一系列问题的答案，就真正抓住了提高写作能力的关键。

英文写作困境可以归纳为三类：

困境1：面对一个题目，根本无话可说，即便用中文，也写不出内容。

困境2：有话可说，有内容可写，但英文表达支离破碎，完全不能用英文阐释清楚自己的观点。

困境3：有话说，也能用英文表达出要表达的意思，但写出来的语言“满篇尽带Chinglish（中式英语）”。

那么该如何走出困境，真正并有针对性地提高语言表达能力呢？答案很简单，只有两个字——素材！

面对一个话题，考生之所以无法写出连贯的文字，是因为缺少写作素材。那么素材是什么呢？其实也就是我们所说的“言之有物”中的“物”。无论是四、六级写作，还是考研写作，或是雅思、托福、GRE、GMAT、SAT写作，考生之所以无法取得高分，根本原因在于其日常积累的英文论证素材以及论据素材过于贫乏，根本无法将零星散落于大脑各个角落不成体系的素材组合起来，形成一篇逻辑严密、语言优美地道的文章。因此，英文素材的积累和素材库的建立可以真正帮助中国英语学习者和广大英语考生提高写作能力，走出英文表达困境。

正如前面所提到的，英语写作素材包含两类：一类是论证素材，即对于论点进行理论分析的素材。例如：论证竞争机制的重要性、论证环境保护的必要性、论证艺术的价值等。一类是论据素材，即可支持论点的相关事例。例如：“钻石教父”雷维夫与DeBeers公司的竞争促进了整个钻石行业的发展这一事例，可用来支持“竞争机制的重要性”的论证；引用美国政府参与环境保护的例子可佐证“环境保护的必要性”；贝多芬、巴赫、凡高的例子可说明伟大的艺术家们的艺术作品是如何推动人类文明发展的，并用以例证“艺术的价值”。

其实，只要多掌握适用于写作测试的英文写作素材（论证素材+论据素材），就已经为写出有理有据的文章打下了良好的基础，这也是写作的前提。因为，任何语言学习，或者说任何学习过程，都遵循“输入—输出”模式。如果没有输入，则永远不可能有输出；若没有好的输入，则永远不可能有好的输出。因此，语言学习有一条永恒不变的真理：不听永远不会说，不读永远不会写。这里的“听”和“读”就是输入环节，“说”和“写”就是输出环节；只有输入了好的英文素材，才能在需要的地方进行输出。
