二是治理污染为根本。我国目前还有大量的工厂仍然是将污水不经处理，就将工业废水直接排入湖水中，这样严重污染了水源，随着经济的发展，工业废水的排放量还在不断的增长，污染物也会随着增加。我希望政府能够大力推行污染控制，并将那些污染物排放严格控制，这样一来污染物排放就会有较大幅度的减少，水源污染也可以减少许多。

水对于我来说很平常，因为我们是水乡，河道纵横，我总以为水是取之不尽用之不竭的。直到有一天，我去了奶奶家，才知道水的重要性。那天，奶奶让我帮她接水。我把水龙头开到最大，水“哗哗哗”地流了出来，溅得地上满是水迹。这时爷爷看见了，不禁皱了皱眉头，一大步走到我面前，一边把水龙头关小，一边埋怨我说：“你这孩子，做事大手大脚的，这毛手毛脚的毛病什么时候才能改啊。”我一听很生气：“爷爷，不就是心疼钱嘛！说这么多费话干什么。”爷爷怒气上来了，打了一下我的脑袋，说“你想把爷爷气死啊？这水对我们这个地方来说当然不算什么，但我从电视上看到好多山区缺水严重，用水都要排队了，地都干得裂开了，对于那里来说，水比什么都重要！你还真是身在福中不知福！”“我……”

我被爷爷的话震撼了，是啊，我怎么就把老师平时教导我的话丢在脑后了呢，我不应该这样的。我顿时惭愧起来。爷爷看我无言以答，便说“好了，以后注意就是了，记住不管在哪里都不能浪费水。”从此，我记住了爷爷的这几句朴素的话语，为我敲响了节约用水的警钟。不管在哪里，看见别人在浪费水，我都会劝他们，因为我也曾犯过同样的错误，我不想让别人跟我一样。又有一个早晨，我到浴室去洗脸，发现昨晚放在这的空盆竟盛满了水。这是怎么回事？“滴答滴答”的水声，使我一下子明白了，原来是妈妈匆匆忙忙的，忘记把水龙头关紧了，水滴到了空盆里，这样，时间长了，无数的小水滴就汇成了满满一盆水。这晚上不知又流失了多少水。我想到了一个主意，在卫生间贴了一张纸条：别让水龙头哭泣。

水是万物之需，惜水以人为本，人的生命需要水来保证，水的生命需要人来保护，让我们从自己做起，珍惜水资源，保护环境，世界将更加美好！

Saving water means saving ourselves

Water is the basic source of life. There would be no life without water.

More and more water is needed in the modern society.

Many places are short of water; many rivers and lakes are polluted. What’s worse, many people are wasting water.

In order to protect water, let’s do something to fight against all kinds of pollution and waste of water.

今天国旗下讲话的主题是：保护水资源，争做环保小卫士

每年的3月22号是“世界水日”，水，人类赖以生存的物质基础，正是灵动的水才给予了生命最本质的活力，世界因它而显得丰富多彩，显得恣意盎然，显得蓬勃苍劲。自古以来，水就是一个永恒的主题。而今，水资源早已成为备受关注的焦点。随着经济的快速发展，人类对水资源的需求也因为生活水平的提高而逐渐呈上升趋势，但如今我们不得不面对一个沉重的现实问题：干旱缺水、洪涝灾害和水污染等水资源恶化的趋势日益严重。

大家都知道，我国是一个贫水国家，人均淡水只有2240立方米，不到世界人均水平的四分之一，居世界第109位，被列为世界13个严重缺水的国家之一。由于缺水，我国农村粮食产量减少，西北沙漠化严重，沙尘暴频繁发生。节约用水对于我们每一个中国人来说，已是当务之急。

同学们，烈日炎炎的夏天，当你拧开水龙头，舒舒服服地冲着凉水澡时，你们知道吗?你洗澡所用的水是缺水地区几十人的日用水量;当你冲洗马桶时，你一次用水量当于发展中国家人均日用水量;当粗心的你没有拧紧水龙头，它一个晚上流失的水，相当于非洲或亚洲缺水地区一个村庄的居民日饮用水量……这些事例决不是耸人听闻，而是联合国有关机构多年调查得来的结论。

我们不想看到世界的最后一滴水是我们苍老的眼泪，让我们呼唤水资源，呼唤洁净卫生的绿色水资源，在第十七个世界水日到来之际，我们呼吁：

1、请不要浪费生活用水，珍惜点滴资源;

2、请尽量考虑循环用水，提高水资源利用效率;

3、请注意保护水资源，不要随意污染;

4、请用完水后，记得拧紧水龙头;

5、请提醒身边的朋友：注意节约用水。

I have a dream that I can stay young forever. Then I will have enough energy to do everything whenever I want. Moreover， I dont have to worry about the old age during which I even cant take care of myself. I know that my dream will not come true. However， I think it is lucky that I am young now. So I will treasure my time， enjoy my life and try my best to do everything well.

As we all know water is very important. We should try to save it. First, when we finish washing the clothes or dishes, we can use the water to clean the floor. Second, If we see the dripping tap, we must fix the tap as soon as possible. Third, we can have a shower instead of a bath because having a bath can waste a lot of water.
