Computers are affordable for almost all people nowadays. As a result, an

increasing number of college students take computers to their dormitory to

browse website, watch movies and play video games and so on. This phenomenon has

caused lots of public concern. Some people believe that computer does bad to

students’ health for college students spend more than five hours staring at

computer without break every day. However, for other people, they are positive

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

I already have information from BLCU and hope to study there for at least one full year starting with this summers program continuing through the fall and spring semester 2006. Can your office advise me if such scholarships might be available to me?

I have been studying Chinese for one year now. I am not sure what level I belong to. I was told that there will be an HSK test in our university in September. I am planning to attend the test. But I dont know if the result of the test is recognized by your university. If so, can it be a help for me to apply for the scholarship?

人生中充满了“盼”，在生命的长河中，总会有几件我们盼着到来的事，如过春节、过生日、过儿童节……可我最盼的还是那令人兴奋的过春节。

自从我懂事时起，我就开始盼春节，过春节的时候会去亲戚、朋友家拜年，能吃到好吃的东西，有吃有玩有快乐，为什么不盼呢？

春节时盼的事情也是随着年龄的变化面变化着。四五岁时，我过春节时盼着晚上的来临，因为每年春节时物业公司都要买大量的烟花燃放，庆祝春节的到来，那时的我觉得看放烟花是世界上最最美好快乐的事情了。烟花放出后色彩缤纷，煞是好看。这些小精灵们刚出去时是流星状（只不过是上升的），到达一定高度时，做会爆成分散的小粒子，有的小粒子爆炸时像一朵盛开的花儿，美丽动人；有的像一朵朵彩云，漫天飘飞；有的像一道大瀑布，飞泻而下……烟花的颜色很好看，黄的似金，白的像雪，红的如火……真是好看极了。为什么不盼着看呢？

我渐渐长大后，开始喜欢上了一种叫“爆竹”的东西，用火柴点燃后就会爆炸，但这种快乐只有春节时才有，所以我就强烈地盼望着新年的到来，那时我可以用压岁钱买很多爆竹，过足爆竹瘾。爆竹这种东西，我喜欢它是因为玩起来刺激、有趣。一过年，我就会有一袋子各种各样的爆竹，点燃它们，体验放爆竹那无穷无尽的乐趣和惊险，所以我盼着，盼着。

过春节的好处多多，何乐而不盼？

三十晚上，我们一家安安静静地坐在沙发上看春节联欢晚会。 Thirty night, our family sat quietly on the sofa to see the Spring Festival Gala.

晚会还没开始，爸爸就先领我和弟弟到楼下放烟花，我们捂好耳朵，准备迎接烟花的到来。点火;闪开;只听一阵急促地“嘶嘶”声，接着“嘭”地一声巨响，烟花在夜幕中划过一道银弧，当烟花升到处时，裂成了一个五彩的球，刹时炸成一束耀眼的礼花，旋转;放大;变形，又变成了金黄金黄的穗穗，映在在湛蓝的夜空中显得格外漂亮。爸爸趁我不注意的时候，悄悄点燃了一支爆竹，噼里啪啦的响声震耳欲聋，楼底下传来小孩的吵闹声，尖叫声，奔跑声，但最多的是欢呼声。

春节联欢晚会在一片歌声中拉开帷幕主持人朱军，董卿，李咏，周涛等人面带微笑出现在电视机前，开始宣布节目，我按捺不住心头的激动，随着电视上音乐的起伏跳起舞来。

我印象最深的春节晚会节目是一个搞笑的相声，是由姜昆领着他的一群徒弟说苹果，“健康专家”说这个苹果不能留着皮吃，不能削皮吃，不能在白天吃，中午吃，晚上吃。我们听了以后，笑成一团，奶奶露着大门牙捂着嘴笑;爸爸肩膀一颤一颤得咧着嘴不出声;爷爷笑的嘴里的瓜子飞出来;我捂着肚子笑，笑的眼泪流了出来;妈妈鼓着腮帮子笑;小弟看见大家都在笑，觉得莫名其妙，也跟着“呵呵”傻笑起来。

理财专家更有意思，编了个顺口溜：二十三，不吃餐;二十四，饿一天;二十五，看看手;二十六，看看肉;二十七，磨磨牙;二十八，吃苦瓜;二十九，直接饿倒在家门口。我们听了又笑起来。

还有收藏专家，他说应该把这个苹果先洗洗，然后“埋了”过100万年在挖出来。而恋爱专家把苹果看成这个那个的说得更夸张了，屋子里又传出来一阵滑稽的笑声。

一个男魔术师的“年年有余”节目令我非常欣赏，他带着自己家的祖先鱼登台表演，两只黑的，两只花的和两只白的。只见魔术师做了个揖，就能指挥金鱼走队形，让它们走到哪里就走到那里哩!但这可算不了什么，魔术师还把纸上的一只金鱼变在手心里，又放画中去;刹那间，魔术师把鱼全部变到水族箱里了。刚刚看完，我们拍手叫好，而小弟，看的张大了嘴，呆在那里，好半天才回过神来。春节晚会上，林志玲，周杰伦，冯巩，毛豆，小沈阳，赵本山等等一些很多人知道的腕儿都出场了，今年的春节晚会晚真是不一般!

许多主持人一起倒计时到“一”的时候，新春钟声敲响的时候，新的一年到来的时候，全国人民沸腾了，三亿中国人沸腾了，鞭炮声此起彼伏，一串串烟花腾空而起，如花绽放，天空明的如白昼一般。天上的烟花绚丽多彩，地上的孩子笑逐颜开，这真是一幅情趣盎然的风俗画，更是一幅欢乐祥和的喜庆图啊!

忙碌了一年的人们终于在过年的这段时间可以去轻松，休息一下了。而我们这些学生们就有如刚从鸟笼里被放出来的小鸟一样迫不及待的要去探险了。

xx月xx日，我们一家人来到了一个山清水秀的地方游乐，可谓是快乐无限多。平时父母忙着做生意连在家陪我们的时间都少之又少，难得可以一家人一起出来玩我们可开心了。一路开车上山，一边是环绕着的青山，一边是石壁，往下望可以看见波光粼粼的碧潭，令我们兴奋不已。我们急忙跟妈妈拿手机来拍照。可惜呀!一拖拉美丽的风景就这样与手机擦肩而过了。真是凡事拖拉不得啊，不然就错过了最美的啊!

不知过了多久，等我们累了回到树下时才发现妈妈她们已经烧好炭准备烧烤了。我急急忙忙在水里洗了洗手然后去出分力。我拿起一根竹签，串上3粒肉丸然后问妈妈这样对不对。我一边把食物都串上竹签一边把串好的先递给她们开烤。最可爱的是小妹妹吃了条火腿就撂下句“我去玩了”然后就拍拍屁股走人了。当我们吃得不亦乐乎的时候，只见她又踩着沙子蹬蹬蹬地跑回来了。

年前的一天游乐真是无比开心啊，离开的时候我们都说回广州前再来多一次，不过一定要记得带多套衣服。这是我的大年里的其中一天。只有在过年的时候，一家人在一起的时候，才是最开心的。

过年是中国人一个非常重要的日子。各地过新年都有自己的特色，温州也有自己独特的过年文化！

温州人喜欢在农历十一月就开始晒酱油肉，准备在过年是大饱口福。

年三十的晚上，表哥、奶奶、爷爷都来了，外婆特意烧了几道拿手菜，爸爸还买了许多烟花。年夜饭开始了，只见桌上的菜肴非常丰盛，我馋涎欲滴、迫不及待地往自己碗里夹菜，然后就是狼吞虎咽大吃一顿。我看了看表哥只见他吃得津津有味。不一会儿，他也吃完了，我俩便一起去书间里玩电脑。到了八点，大人们终于吃好年夜饭了，这时是我们期盼已久的时刻，因为大人们吃好饭就是给小孩发红包的时候。我美滋滋地想，这次红包会不会更多？于是，我假装到房间里那东西，一出门奶奶就塞给我一个红包，表哥见了也跟了过来，这时爷爷也塞给他一个。我们兴奋地把红包给妈妈，只见红包圆鼓鼓的，真想打开来看一看。。”

过了半个小时，大人把我们这两个“小财迷”叫了出去，接下来就是放烟花了。只见大人们胸有成竹地过去点燃了烟花，然后又快速地跑了回来，只听“啪”的一声，天上像下着流星雨一样，地上仿佛落下万斛珍珠。只见左邻右舍也拿出了烟花，劈劈啪啪的，，紧接着彩色的烟花也腾空而起，天空顿时就像白昼一样。

烟花放完了，我和表哥急冲冲地窜到了楼上，打开电脑，继续玩过了好久，差不多快十二点了，表哥回浦东了，爷爷和奶奶回家了。

我喜欢这个节日，因为这个节日，玩的非常快乐！

春节中，有许多鞭炮，随着春节的到来，鞭炮的声音越来越多。这可忙坏了清洁工人。

我们可以放鞭炮，但是不能把鞭炮扔到地上。我有几个方法，可以减少垃圾。一、做一个盒子，把鞭炮摔到里面，如摔鞭、冲天炮、鞭炮等，这样清洁工人可以休息一下了。二、放在地上一个硬纸板，然后向纸板上扔鞭炮。这两个方法还是不错的。

现在，少放鞭炮，尽量不放鞭炮。放鞭炮不如和全家吃一顿团圆饭，一家人好好团聚、其乐融融。

春节中，一般全家人出去旅游或回老家，坐车时以下几点很重要，一定要做好哦。一、不打扰驾驶员驾驶。二、提醒父母不要酒驾或疲劳驾驶。三、遵守交通规则。

在家的同学们，就更要注意安全了。如用电安全、煤气安全、食物安全和防盗等。不要用湿手触摸电源，不要忘记关煤气，不吃三无食品，出门前关好门窗。一定要记得哦。
