早上，我和妈妈来到小菜场，采购了饺子皮、香菇、胡萝卜、鸭蛋、猪肉这些原料，回到家先准备馅子。我给妈妈做助手。我们先把猪肉打成肉沫，香菇切成小颗粒，胡萝卜刨成蒜泥样子，再把它们倒在一起，放上酱油、盐、味精等调料，最后打上一个蛋。我觉得奇怪，妈妈边搅拌馅子边说下锅煮的时候万一饺子皮破了蛋有凝固作用，馅子不容易散。哦，我恍然大悟，看来什么事情都有学问啊!
