I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to feel young again, if just for a few hundred pages.

Everybody has a daily schedule. We do the same things almost every day. My

day is probaly like yours.

每个人都有日程安排。每天，我们总是做着相同的事情。我的一天就有可能像你们一样。

Heres my daily routine. I get up at 6:30 every morning. I take my time

waking up,but then I wash up quickly. I brush my teeth,comb my hair and put on

school uniform. I pack my bag for school and I leave. I never miss breakfast,so

I either eat at home or eat on the way to school. But I always eat hurry. After

school,I go to a cram school like all my friends. I study and finish my homework

for the day. Finally,I go home and I take a break. I have dinner with my

family,watch a little TV. I am usually in bed by 9:30.

This is my routine from Monnday to Friday. However,the weekends are

different. I can wake up late. Then. I can do whatever I like. I believe my

routine is typical. It is probably a lot like yours.

In my eye, my father is so adorable, because he can give me advices and help me to make the best decision. My father experienced a lot. When he graduated from college, his first job was to work in the office, then he found life was boring to sit in the office all the day, so he decided to quit and then started his trip to many places. My father had been traveled to many places, he opened his vision and then went back home to find another job he liked. When he met my mother, he thought it was time to settle down. since last summer, i have written to my pen pal, seda, who lives in turkey. i became acquainted with her when i went to england for a study tour.

we stayed with the same family, and she was my roommate and classmate as well. sometimes we went to the movies together after dinner. seda is very easy to get along with. i will always remember the two weeks i spent with her. we didnt forget each other and kept writing to each other after we returned home. although i havent seen her again since i left england, i still know how she is through letters, cards and photographs. seda tells me her secrets and also shares her happiness and sadness with me . both of us hope that we will meet each other somewhere one day.

maybe ill go to turkey to visit her, or shell come to taiwan to visit me.

My topic today is “ to Be a Confident Person.”

What is confidence? Confidence is to trust yourself. Confidence is to look

upon yourself. It is not to indulge in self-admiration. It is not to get

extremely arrogant. It is not to get dizzy with success or to be opinionated. It

is just to inspire yourself ahead of a quality of mind, in high spirit, full of

energy. It is to meet the challenges of life in a positive mood. It is to

Remember, I have just entered junior high school. In the face of the

朋友们，让我们告别自卑，做一个自信的人吧。因为：只有拥有自信，才能拥有自我;只有拥有自信，才能走向成功，才能创造自己辉煌的人生。

一到冬至，我和妈妈就准备好包饺子的材料：一些鲜肉，一些饺子皮。我拿起一张饺子皮放在左手上，右手用筷子挖一点鲜肉，放到饺子皮里去。可是鲜肉好像很活泼，蹦蹦跳跳的，好不容易封上口结果又撑开了……包饺子可真不容易啊!

说起冬至吃饺子，这里面还有一个风俗呢!在我的老家——北方的河南省，到了冬至家家户户的传统习俗就是包饺子、吃饺子。俗话说：“冬至不端饺子碗，冻掉耳朵没人管。”

北方冬季吃饺子的习俗是因纪念“医圣”张仲景冬至舍药留下的。饥寒交迫的人们吃了饺子，喝了“祛寒汤”，浑身暖和，两耳发热，冻伤的耳朵都治好了。
