So its urgent that we find ways to solve these problems. But we should not

stop the development of science and technology because of these disasters they

bring, just as we should not give up eating for fear of choking. In addition, we

should make some rules to regulate our actions. As long as we use science and

technology in a proper way, they may bring us even more benefits.

又是一个清明节，又是一个回味家族历史的百姓故事会。

平民百姓，只有到了清明节，才有时间、凭借人生经验和阅历，回味祖祖辈辈口口相传的尘封家族故事。才会想起祖先如蚁蝼般生存，如牛马般苦力，宁为太平犬，不为乱世人？才有了今天—子子孙孙跪满遍地，香火不断。虽说祖先没有给子子孙孙留下金满箱银满箱，更未使子孙后世做强梁，但却让子子孙孙的血管里始终流淌着愚公子孙一样的鲜血：每天挖山不止，为生计，为稻梁，被说不尽的苦和累煎熬着，为一粒芝麻大小的幸福而满足高兴着。 就这样，一个个生命悄然来到人世上；一代代人，相继变为一坯黄土的忠实守望着。总是在祭祖的日子里，凭主观想象揣测祖先的模样，终究自己的血液里流淌着祖先的基因，虽然并非“王侯将相宁有种乎”般野心勃勃，但终究知道自身从那儿来要到那儿去。 因为太平常又众多，平民祖先寿终寝所便称做坟墓。

记忆里，遍地都是坟墓，坟墓里埋葬着爷爷、爷爷的爷爷甚至更老的爷爷，还有奶奶、奶奶的婆婆的婆婆、甚至更远的奶奶婆婆。忽然有一天，平坟轰轰烈烈开始了，那么多坟墓竟被夷为平地。历史如同一道被化简的方程式，老祖先大不过是一个小小的有理数。有理数被化简，土堆也就消失了。只是到了清明节这天，长辈们才会告诉子孙：去，那儿有个老坟，挂个纸扎！表示子孙们还记着那地下长眠的老人。虽说当年平坟时，也曾诅咒过激进派的行为，现在回想，何尝不是一件大好事！老百姓本来就是草根，如同黄土一般平常。人吃了黄土一辈子，最后慷慨大方的让黄土一口吃掉，岂不乐哉！这一口黄土，也就成了永久的纪念与追忆。草根生命，本就来自于阴阳五行之中，又回到五行中去，岂不是大自然绰绰恩赐！ 若按等级分类，名人的坟墓就叫做林，比如孔林，关林；漫游在历史长河中的土堆，称得上林者能有几多？追溯到皇帝坟墓，叫做陵，比如乾陵、茂陵，十三陵，秦始皇陵。活着就为自己大修陵墓，乃大多帝王的热衷追求，他们活着出尽风头，即使到了阴间，还想继续称王称霸，不可一世，要不怎么霸称自己为始皇帝？还有一世二世三世……？他们贪婪设想，即使到了天国，仍然会继续愚弄自己的臣民。甚荒唐，到头来却免不了为他人作嫁衣裳。

历史大变革的台风，虽不是每一场皆为十二级，但却不无戏谑，将一厢情的愿肉食者黄粱美梦一次次打破。 这一块故土，刘邦来过，梦河汉界的故事源远流长，让后人多少好事者，将眼睛天天盯在棋盘上，在楚河汉界上杀杀打打，好不热闹！可惜即使至死，他们中绝大多数，仍然在楚河汉界的厮杀中磨蹭，却不见立得一星半点儿拜将封侯军功，最后还是被埋葬在一个土堆里；滚滚红尘里，有朱元璋身经百战的影子，但明朝的那些事儿，让后人瞧得起看得见津津乐道者，也不过永乐盛世、青花瓷云云。非常有趣的是，这两个典型的农民，却曾经弄得中国历史地覆天翻，几近分崩离析：一个为刘姓子孙们封土列侯，王国遍中华；另一个如意算盘，却被称作明成祖的儿子给搅乱，以桃代李。历史似乎并不记得过多有关他们的故事，大多是八王之乱的销烟弥漫，傻子白痴子孙皇帝荒诞不羁的讥讽笑话。 这故事，感动过历代几多文人墨客，令他们摩拳擦掌，杜牧意味深长咏出“旧时王谢堂前燕，飞入寻常百姓家”的不尽感慨。 回到自己的故事里。点一沓火纸，燃一柱香，放一挂鞭炮，想那长眠地下的老祖先也该满意的笑了？那些崭新的钞票，他们在另一个世界可能也是如同活着一般，非常算计地花着？他们知道，一分钱也来之不易，知道安居乐业的重要；他们活着时，就将人的无穷欲望降低到最低温饱水平线上；他们知足常乐，没有顶天立地般理想，也许他们朴素地理解道：所谓远大理想，一但膨胀了，大多就会变成野心！野心一旦实现，就会青史垂名，成为一代风云人物，就会称作雄心壮志、雄才大略；野心一旦败北，就成了乱臣贼子，杀无舍，株九族或者流放荒蛮之地，永远不得翻身！一旦新王登基，为了剪除异己，以绝后患，会及时将野心早败露者来个株连九族，满门抄斩！下场可悲，空前绝后。那儿还会留得一子半孙为他们去上坟扫墓！ 阿Q太伟大了，看来还是做平民百姓好。

平民百姓死了，不论怎样，却将草根的种子留在这个世界上，世界上也就更多出了些叫做芸芸众生的劳作者。他们或挖山不止，或填海矢志不渝，只有这些劳作者，才让这个世界充满神奇，充满诱惑，也鼓舞起更多追梦者。 纸钱纷纷，天空中飘浮着的总是平民百姓对自己祖先的年年追忆、世代缅怀。

Today is Sunday. After supper, father, mother and I went to the pardk. I sat on the back of father’s bike. After a while, father said, Girl, you should lose weight. Motheragreed with father. But I thought it wasn’t bad for me. So I said, No, I don’t want to. I like to be myself. Do you know the famous actress named Fei Fei in Hong Kong? She is very fat but very popular with the audience. But few fat people can become famous, father didn’t agree with me. And mother continued, You know, a lot of illnesses are caused by obesity, such as heart disease, hypertension and so on.

It seemed I had two opponents. I should try my best to defeat them. So I quibbled, There’s nothing to be worried about. Anyway, the medical technology has been developed so advanced. And then I directed the spearhead at mother, You are also so fat. Why don’t you want to lose weight’? Mother sighed, I dowant to. But it’s not good for me to do so. I’min my forties while you are so young. If you can do more exercises and control your diet, you’ll easily lose weight. No, you’re rong. I said loudly. Some experts say that exercises can’t help people lose weight because they will eat more after the exercise.

清明的荒原，蝴蝶从何而来?

迷茫的思念，在千年如梦的河流之上，爱情，孤独的幻术，成为一种冥火的悸动。

扭曲了生命的去向。

有一天黄昏，月色柔柔，我知道，更多的祭祀，是来自灵魂深处的敬畏——一种死亡的超越，比复活的遗言更为崇高。

我便不停地赞美花朵的惊艳。

赞美春天的温馨星月。

赞美生命的赐福，从原始的血脉中，疲惫的云朵，顽强地向我走近。

她们果实的丰满，和蜜蜂付出的泪水，绵延在沙漠的肌肤表象——

清明节姗姗来迟。

青雨蒙蒙。

清明节的源起是提醒我们感恩与勿忘，昭示着我们心中对生命的向往，对逝者的缅怀;对未来的期待，对过去的咏叹。大自然在人类的血液中埋下了一条条寻根的踪迹，而清明节正是唤起了我们对生命的遥想与对祖先的缅怀。

南宋诗人高翥曾吟道：“南北山头多墓田，清明祭扫各纷然。纸灰飞作白蝴蝶，泪血染成红杜鹃。日落狐狸眠冢上，夜归儿女笑灯前。人生有酒须当醉，一滴何曾到九泉。”清明之时，人们祭奠祖先，凭吊故人，遥寄哀思。无论是至亲、朋友，我们都会点一柱香烛，递一束百合，撒一抔黄土，扫一扫尘埃。

清明节，我和爷爷一起去老家扫墓，祭拜我逝世的老祖母，一路上，我看到了许许多多的去扫墓的人，有手捧拿着白花的，有手拿祭礼的，人们以不同方式表达对亲人的缅怀，我们也在他的坟前烧了一些纸钱，放了一束花，将那浓浓的相思与怀念传至坟茔，埋于心间。

“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。借问酒家何处有，牧童遥指杏花村。”天下起了蒙蒙细雨，好像老天爷也为清明流下了眼泪。

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂，借问酒家何处有，牧童遥指杏花村。”每当我想起唐大诗人杜牧的这首诗歌时就想到好像清明节快要到了，清明的脚步已经不远了……

大概到了8点左右，我与妈妈爷爷从家中出发了。在路上，我不断回想着以前的事，似乎我从来没有见到奶奶那慈祥和蔼的模样，脑海里也没有任何跟奶奶有关的事迹。她长什么样子?待我好吗……一连串的问题一下子涌到我的大脑。我问妈妈：“妈妈 ，我见过奶奶吗?待我好吗?”妈妈无奈的说：“实话说吧，她对你可好啦，你犯错了，她一直袒护你……”

经过几十分钟的汽车颠簸，我们终于来到了奶奶的坟前。我们清理掉墓前的杂草，疏通边上的排水沟，放上供品，点好香、蜡烛，把折好的纸钱烧成灰烬给亲人拜祭，以此寄托对死去亲人的一份思念。我们行完了中华民族的礼仪以后，叔叔就拿出鞭炮“劈劈啪啪”的响起来，那声音震耳欲聋，就像天上打雷一样。我默默的在坟墓前许愿“希望奶奶能保佑我读书聪明，学习进步，全家生活快乐，身体健康”。

历史的风，把我的思绪吹到了那个战火纷飞的年代，吹到了那个无数革命烈士为新中国的诞生抛头颅撒热血的年代。

今天，我们早早地来到了学校，老师给我们彩旗队每个同学一面鲜红的旗帜，并告诉我们这可是用烈士们的鲜血染成的!我们今天将去一个庄严、神圣的地方——烈士陵园!我们都兴奋地望着那面旗，能举起它，我感到无比的自豪。随着军乐队乐曲的响起，我们出了校门

转过人民路中段，便远远地看到了“人民英雄纪念碑”高高耸立在绿树之中。近了，更近了，终于到了烈士陵园，首先映入眼帘的是白布黑字的挽联“为革命献身的烈士们永垂不朽!”旁边是两个用烈士鲜血浇灌而成的花坛。

我们停在了烈士墓前，同学们个个神情庄重，没有一个同学说话。这时主持人说：“鸣礼炮，奏乐!”随后就响起了鞭炮声，军乐队奏起了音乐，我们郑重地听这这如泣如诉的音乐，情不自禁地流下了泪水，这音乐激励我们前进再前进。接着是团员代表和少先队代表分别发言，我听着他们的讲话，心里不断地想：是呀!我们今天的幸福生活来之不易呀，曾经，中华母亲倍受欺凌，中华人民被人四分五裂，但，有压迫就有反抗!不愿屈服的中国人抛头颅、撒热血，用自己的生命谱写了新中国!他们是中国人民最坚强的脊梁!是他们，忍受住了敌人残无人道的折磨，缝补了中华母亲受伤的心!想到这里，我的泪水夺眶而出，沉浸在无限的悲哀与自豪中!

最后，老师带我们去烈士墓参观。走到纪念碑下，我仿佛听见了无数英魂正在向我诉说，眼泪中的纪念碑，化成了江姐、邱少云他们伟大的身影!漫步在曲曲折折的小路上，我们仿佛听见那硝烟弥漫，战火纷飞那个年代战士们的喊杀声，看到了志士们宁愿死去，也不愿倒下的英勇形象。绿树丛中，有朵朵小白花，可谁知道每朵白花后面都隐藏着一个悲惨动人的故事呢!

离开烈士陵园，走在回家的路上，我一直默默地下决心：为了祖国美好的明天，我从现在开始就要努力奋斗!
