The Hero in My Heart

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

Dr Bethune was good at performing operations.And taking photos was his hobby. In 1938， he came toChina. He opened hospitals and invented medical tools. He worked so hard thathe saved thousands of Chinese people. He didn’t stop totake care of his own injured hand and died.

I am deeply moved by his stories. So I’ll work hard today and do my best to helpothers.

清明节扫墓是一种传统，在中国的美德中扫墓也是美德之一。扫墓是纪念死亡的人的一种形式。有一首诗写道“清明时节雨纷纷。”但是，今年的清明节并没有像往年那样下着蒙蒙细雨，而是烈日当空。

要去我家的祖坟，必须经过一片郁郁葱葱的香蕉林。一路上，我们踏着路上的荆棘，顺着泥泞的小路走着。经过一段长途跋涉之后，终于来到了墓地。

墓碑安静的孤零零的坐落在香蕉林里，周围一片死气沉沉，我不禁满腹忧愁。墓前早已是杂草丛生。于是，几位叔叔和我爸爸二话不说，就拿起锄头，把墓前的.野草和烂泥清理起来。而我和妈妈还有婶婶，则是在搓一种黄色的纸片。搓完了一大个袋子之后，我们就来到墓碑后面，就拿起一大把黄纸，挥起手洒向空中。听妈妈说，俗语中这叫做“金银财宝”。

婶婶把祭品拿出来，我一看，有雪白雪白的鸭蛋，有令人垂涎三尺的烤鸭，有香味扑鼻的春卷，还有其他杂七杂八的零食啦，饼干啦.....

点燃了墓前的香火，扫墓祭拜仪式就开始了。我们全家人站成一排，手中举着香，心里默念着：祖宗们，我们大家来看您了，还给您带来了食物，请您慢慢享用。然后我们把香插到墓前。

最后就要烧纸钱。我们分别把它们搓均匀，表哥搓得最搞笑，他使尽力气地搓，像打沙包一样用力地打着，使冥钱不但没有均匀散开，而且他的拳头上还沾上了金金的碎纸。纸钱搓好以后，点燃了香烛，纸钱一叠一叠地烧。等全部烧完了之后，便要用酒把烧的纸钱给它在外面围一圈。

一切祭拜完了之后，我们就要在墓前聚餐。望着墓碑，使我一股思念之情油然而生：想想他们生前对我的关爱，我不禁一阵惆怅。这时，我看见了远处火红的杜鹃花。杜鹃花又称清明花，它是纪念和安抚亡灵的最佳物品。于是，我跑了过去，摘了几束插在坟前，希望他们都能得到安抚……

I love reading, which enriches my knowledge and helps me know more about

the world. I love the school atmosphere. Students study together here and make

progress gradually. My favorite place here is library. I can read many books

here. Once I have some questions, I can find a lot of information. We fight for

the goal and plan details in the library in group task. I have so many good

memories to study here, which makes me so happy. No matter which school I am in,

一、指导思想。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

many factors leading that result. In my view, the most important factor is the

difference of confidence, determination and sociability are the foundation and

condition of success.

First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as

confidence is the basic need for success. If someone always thinks he can’t do

this or that well, then he can’t finish it well. For example, when a person is

being interviewed, if he doesn’t believe he can do that job well, how can he act

believable, so how can the interviewers trust his ability? Therefore, the

interview is obviously a failure. However, if a person is confident, he can

receive the opportunity to prepare for every challenge easily, which makes

今年清明节，我全家还是象去年一样，早上乘车到木洞镇后，我就急急忙忙地登上渡轮。站在船头，我抬头一看，天空灰蒙蒙的，像要下雨的样子。一阵江风袭来，我不禁感到阵阵寒意，我赶快捂紧随风飘动的春衣。一阵“呜呜呜……”的船笛，又使我不禁精神一振。忽然，一只水鸟像闪电一般掠过江面，在白雾茫茫中转眼不见了踪影。渡轮在隆隆的马达声中抖动着，送我渡过了浩浩荡荡的长江，来到了江北。

路边农田的油菜花一片金黄。远处山上红的桃花，白色的李花也竞相争艳，夹杂在青山绿树间真是好看。一阵微风送来的阵阵花香，真让人陶醉。小溪两旁的柳枝随风飘动着，像在给我扇风一样，更让我觉得春寒料峭。

我一家人在山路上蹒跚前行。临近墓地的一段路很不好走，我一步三滑地好不容易到了墓地。这时天上飘起了零星小雨，滴在我的脸上，令我感到了丝丝凉意。我不由得想起杜牧写的“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂”这句诗来。诗中的描写的情景与现在是多么相似!这时，外公将白色的纸幡挂上坟头的竹枝上。纸幡立即随风飘舞起来。我和大姑婆把篮子放在地上，在墓前点上香烛和纸钱。大人都表情凝重。妈妈教我点好三柱香，在墓前行了跪拜礼。大姑婆眼圈红红的，跪在坟前说：“爸爸，我来看你来了。”这一番话让我心潮起伏：清明节来已故长辈坟前扫墓，这是儿女在表达对父辈的缅怀和尊敬，这是浓浓的、割不断的亲情啊!我的思绪随着袅袅青烟飘逸着……这时，我觉得自己似乎一下子长大了许多。红烛发着或明或暗的光，一闪一闪地燃烧着，流下的蜡像是在人们流下的泪珠。

大家祭拜完后，在一阵震耳欲聋的鞭炮声中，大人们一步一回头，恋恋不舍地慢慢地离开了墓地。

在回家的路上，我没说太多的话。在满眼春色中，我感到自己长大了，自己肩上已有了不轻的责任。我决定每年清明都来为已故的亲人扫墓，并对他们说，您们在那边还好吗?

With the growing awareness of healthy eating， more and more people now are

paying more attention to the importance of healthy diet and an active life。 But

at the same time， a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught

everyone’s concern。

When it es to the food safety incidents， especially 2008 Chinese milk

scandal， every consumer has much anger to pour upon them。 In September 2008， a

fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by

melamine.Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility

for others， law related should be passed and carried out.Only in this way can we

e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world.

Mothers Day Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with

cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy,

Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second

Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own

Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day

off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually,

dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the

kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a

single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from

the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes

up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the

newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and

cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the

dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on

a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a

great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

Anyway ,let mom enjoy the whole day and feel your love, and then the Mother’s

Day can be a good one. As Mother’s Day is around the corner, it’s time to take

actions!

“淅淅沥沥”那是春雨送给春天的一首柔软的歌;“叽叽喳喳”那是鸟儿送给春风的一首快乐的歌;“哈哈哈”那是孩子们送给春天的一首笑语盈盈的歌，我的心情无比快乐。

当春天的风吹过窗户，发出“叽叽喳喳”的响声，当清晨的第一缕阳光射进我房间里，我睁开朦胧的双眼，起床洗漱了。

今天是清明节，俗称“踏青节”，因为刚好是春回大地，万物复苏的日子，所以也相当于领略春季的变幻了。吃过简单的早饭，我们便围着篓子坐，每个人手中拿一份纸，一张张撕扯开来，然后放进了篓子里。“唰唰唰”，撕纸的声音在耳边回荡，不停摆动的手指，娴熟的撕纸技艺，是在一次次玩中学会的，我们也沉浸在“唰唰唰”的世界里头，无法自拔。时间一分一秒地流逝，纸一点一点在减少，直到我们手指停止摆动，撕纸声若隐若现，时间终于静止在了那一刻，我的心情无比快乐。

爸爸和爷爷把笋、豆腐、鸭肉、米饭……放入用竹篾编制的篮子里，收拾好一切以后，我们出发扫墓了。穿过一条笔直的公路，接着就走上了乡间小路。小路一次只能容一个人走，所以我们一个一个排成队往前走，

虽然小了点，

但是有趣嘛。田野上一派春天的气息，被春雨洗刷过的大地更加楚楚动人，花儿欣欣然张开了眼，小草偷偷地从土里钻出来，嫩嫩的、绿绿的。向远处一望，都是绿色一片，生机勃勃，太阳公公也真给面子，没有那么灼热，反倒是带有温暖的，让你的心瞬间暖暖的，融融的。

穿过山间小路，我们终于来到了山脚下，因为不能用火，所以很多人多是买白色或黄色的菊花放在墓前，表示对已故的人的思念之情。我往山顶上一看，都是扫墓的人群，只是今年的清明节少了鞭炮声。还真是有点不习惯呢!今年的映山红特别给力，开得比往年都更加红，更加艳，为春天添上了一笔粉红色。山顶上看更壮观，我们站在山顶上，漫山遍野的树木，还有映山红尽收眼底，花香也夹杂在水气中扑面地吹来，让人沁人心脾。我们来到墓前，将周围的杂草除去，折一根嫩柳插在土里，表示对已逝的人的祝愿，当篮子里的东西渐渐消失，腿渐渐酸痛时，我们的踏青之旅也被终结。我们沿原路返回，世界又恢复了往日的平静，大地“活”了起来。

清明节就像一个小精灵，悄悄地来，悄悄地走。
