what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

“清明时节雨纷纷”，下过几阵蒙蒙的细雨，润湿的空气中飘着豌豆花跟青草的香味，我跟家人提着鲜花、蜡烛来到了凤凰山陵园给爷爷扫墓。

顺着石阶拾级而上，扫墓的人真多啊!一位老奶奶独自一人站在墓前，双手合十，低着头、闭着双眼在轻声地念经，仿佛在念着什么密码，我一句也听不懂。可她看起来是那样庄严虔诚，姑姑说她是在超度亡灵，我也听不懂，我正想问，又想起妈妈给我打的“预防针”——庄严的场合不要随便说话，我只好硬生生地把问题咽了回去。忽然耳边传来一阵哀痛的哭声，我循声望去，只见一位女士正拍打着坟墓痛哭着，边哭边诉说着什么。多可怜啊，她准是失去了自己最亲爱的家人，我呆呆地望了她一会儿，心里有一种说不出的难受。一群孩子跑上来了，他们急着想要放万花筒呢，听着那震耳欲聋的声音，我忙捂上了耳朵，讨厌这噪音打破了大山的宁静。

终于到爷爷的墓前了，站在爷爷的墓前，我小声地念着墓碑上的字，念完，我心里一震，原来爷爷在一九九八年就去世了，离现在有十五年了，遗憾的是我根本没见过爷爷。要是爷爷还健在，我遇上困难一定会向爷爷请教，因为爷爷一定有办法嘛。姑姑点燃了蜡烛、香，烧起了纸钱，她对着坟墓恭恭敬敬地拜了起来，拜着拜着，我发现姑姑的眼眶红了，泪水顺着她的脸颊滑落下来，我的心里也感到酸酸的。老爸告诉我，爷爷是一个勤劳、宽容又多才多艺的人。爷爷一生坎坷，生前是娄岙小学的校长，为了办好教育，他勤勤恳恳，募集资金建学校，招聘优秀的老师，把学校办得蒸蒸日上。爷爷是村民们敬仰的文化人，他经常为村民们写信、写春联，娄岙老人亭的柱子上就有爷爷写的对联。老爸经常教育我，要向爷爷学习，做一个优秀的人。啪嗒，啪嗒，一颗颗大大的烛泪不停滑落，仿佛是寄托我们对亲人的哀思。

离开凤凰山陵园，沿着弯弯曲曲的山路，我们又去祭拜了曾祖父、高祖父。妈妈告诉我，扫墓不光是为了缅怀、感恩先祖，更重要的是告诉先祖，我们会更幸福地生活着，让先祖们含笑九泉。山上开满了一树一树的金银花，树木抽出了新的嫩芽，远处，油菜花给遍野铺满黄金，紫云英染得满地嫣红……

In the cartoon, we can see that a teather feels rather puzzled about what his pupil writes in the assignment, because he hasnt got any idea of some phrases his pupil used in it. Seeing the teacher’s bewilderment, the pupil seems rather proud. He says to himself: “How does it come about that his teacher doesn’t understand prevailing network slangs.”

The cartoon presents a disturbing phenomenon in our society: the prevalence of coined network phrases among teenagers. According to a survey, eighty-five percent of teenagers use coined network phrases in their text messages and e-mails on a daily basis. What’s worse, seventy percent of teenagers have been using network abbreviation in their school work. Though some network languages have come into our vocabulary, the majority of network languages are coined and not commonly used, and some even shallow andd vulgar in content. Educators are much worried that these coined languages will exert a negative effect on the teenagers both in their growth and in their study of the Chinese language.

In my opinion, we should adopt an objective attitude towards the emergence of network language. On the one hand, network language has enriched our language, especially our oral language, making it more colorful. On the other hand, network language has a negative impact on our traditional language. Many network words and phrases are ridiculous in meaning and not standardized in formation, which will severely affect teenagers in their language study. Therefore, some necessary  measures should be taken to ensure a healthy development of network language.

在这幅漫画中,我们可以看到,一个老师感觉而困惑关于他的学生写作业,因为他没有任何想法的一些短语中使用他的学生。看到老师的困惑,瞳孔似乎相当自豪。他对自己说:“它是怎样发生的,他的老师不懂流行的网络语言。”

这幅漫画展示了一个令人不安的现象在我们的社会:青少年创造了网络用语的流行。一项调查显示,百分之八十五青少年的使用创造了网络短语在手机短信和电子邮件日常生活中。更糟糕的是,百分之七十的青少年使用网络缩写在他们的学校工作。尽管有些网络语言已经进入我们的词汇,大多数的网络语言是创造,而不是常用的,还有一些甚至在内容肤浅和庸俗。教育者要担心这些创造的语言会对青少年造成的负面影响在他们的成长和学习中国的语言。

在我看来,我们应该采取客观的态度对待网络语言的出现。一方面,网络语言丰富了我们的语言,特别是我们的口头语言,使其更丰富多彩。另一方面,网络语言对传统语言有一个负面影响。许多网络词汇和短语是荒谬的意义而不是标准化的形成,这将严重影响青少年在他们的语言学习。因此,一些必要的应采取措施确保网络语言的健康发展。
