As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

more and more dispirited while eventually, they could do nothing well.

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

give them plenty of encouragement. Therefore, if facing failure, they will be

quite courageous and then try their best to beat it, finally, they make their

dream come true.

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

however, it can also make us unconfident now and then. Thus, if encountering the

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

never give up.

In summary, I wish when failure appears, each one of us could confront with

it bravely and beat it, if possible.

I like to hear music, music helps me get out of annoyance. Before I go to

bed, I always need to listen to soft music, so that I can sleep soon. When I am

in bad mood, I will listen to hard music, I will rock my head and then sing with

the song. Listening to music is good way to relax myself, I plan to buy a guitar

and learn music.

在我三四岁时，妈妈经常给我买了一些图书。这种有图画而没有文字的图书，让我认识了许多东西，如：植物、动物、交通工具……

上学以后，识字的我更加如鱼得水。从那以后，我迷上了看书，看书就成了我每天必不可少的事情。一见到一本新书就爱不释手，把什么都忘记了，连吃饭也忘了，好像叫书迷了魂。

妈妈经常说：“培养学习的兴趣首先在大脑中不断地输入新知识”。读书太好了，我非常喜欢读书。若要让我发现一本好书，我就会把读书看成一项任务，努力用最短的时间来完成这项任务，并把它完成好。

It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me. In

the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and

played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious

dinner for us. After dinner, we watched TV and at about 8:30 p.m. we ate

birthday cake. There were fifteen candles on my birthday cake. I made a silent

wish, and then I blew the candles out in one breath. I had an interesting

birthday party. We had a good time in the party. I was so grateful to what they

did for me.

第二课，我和教练走进大池里。我一边扶着游泳边，一边慢慢的在水里游。教练说我先给你示范一下怎么游泳。说完，他一头跳进水里。我看着教练的动作，然后一遍遍在旁边学着他的动作。教练说到我了，我就学着他的样子游了几次，又游了几次，停下来的时候教练说我已经学会游泳了。我像上次那样高高兴兴的从水里蹦出来。

又学了几天，纠正了一些动作，终于，我真的学会游泳啦!我想：我一定要拿到我梦想中的那块金牌。

故乡的山好，水也好。

山脚下的山涧里，汇成了一条小溪。溪水清澈见底，可望见溪底的沙粒。站在小溪里，真是凉透了心。其间不乏深水鱼塘，也有飞流瀑布。鱼的本领真大，房子高的飞流上方仍有石板鱼，使人好奇。它们是怎样上去的呢?喝上小溪的水，真是幸福，水是甜的。大人们说，因为山里有甘草，所以水带甜味。

Dear Tom,

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

My Home

我曾经听到过一个故事，讲的是从前有一个人去爬山，因为特别喜爱山中的景色和环境，决定住在山中，他砍掉了一片树木来给自己开垦出一片空地和建造出一个木屋，由于他的占有欲太强，认为这座山是自己的，是属于自己的王国，于是他不辞辛苦用木头造了一座城堡和一些村落，养些鸡、鸭、鸟作为臣民，剩下的树木都刻上属于自己的标志，几年之后，因为大肆砍伐树木，养牲口，这座山竟然已经没有了一棵树，成为一片荒地，空气也不清新了，这个人也因过度劳累而死。

山林就是山林，它是属于自然的，为何要因为一己之心就破坏这里美好的自然景色呢，美丽的好的东西就要大家共享，就如我现在正走在的山水之中，呼吸着许多人都呼吸过清新空气，身边有同伴在嬉笑，不是也很开心吗。

我登上山顶眺望远处缥缈的山峰，层层白雾缠绕在山腰，山中若隐若现的房屋和茶田，还有小小的不起眼的墓碑，这座不知从多少年前就存在的山峰，经过风雨洗礼，人为的破坏，最终成为了现在的这个样子。

我踏上下山的台阶，身边是最美丽的风景。
