乡村教师大多生活艰苦、薪酬不高。宁夏通过政策的不断倾斜，投入的不断加大，让广大乡村教师获得看得见、摸得着的实惠，真切感受到教育的温暖，解决他们扎根乡村的后顾之忧。

据李秋玲介绍，《办法》把提高乡村教师待遇摆在突出位置，根据实际情况适当提高义务教育阶段农村学校教师补贴标准，人均每月提高到山区500元、川区300元，所需经费按照现行的财政分级比例承担。乡村教师夫妻双方均在同一县域内工作的，在自愿的情况下，由市、县(区)负责选调一方到离家就近的学校工作。《办法》还规定必须保证本地区特岗教师工资、补贴及社会保障待遇。

受岗位设置限制以及其他因素影响，乡村教师职称(职务)评聘滞后，一定程度上削减了乡村教师的工作热情。《办法》规定，今后职称(职务)评聘向乡村教师倾斜，在评聘职称(职务)时不作外语成绩(外语教师除外)、发表论文的刚性要求，重点考察师德素养、工作业绩、一线实践经历。

Hi! I am a girl. I’m fourteen years old. I come from a small village of Guangxi. I am a student of Class 1, Grade 2. My School life is very interesting. My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university.
