开学不久，我跟同桌想请他帮我们补习。第一次英语考试我们考了八、九名，我们连连说这个成绩好――若是考差了，他会不补；若是了，又会说不用补。我们找他谈了以后，他竟说：“不要，我从来都不帮人补习，我最讨厌补习这玩意了，不要！”我和同桌纳闷了好久：这样强劲优秀的英语老师竟然没帮人补习过。殊不知，更纳闷的还在后头，他很不喜欢学生课后问他问题。被学生缠得没法了，有一次他干脆在课堂上宣布：“你们不要老是来问我一些乱七八糟的问题，我最讨厌这个了。别的老师都喜欢屁股后面跟着一大串学生，我最讨厌这些，上课有听就够了，不要再来问我。”话音未落，我们面面相觑，半张着嘴巴，都愣住了。而最后证明我们英语是对的，他的课堂足以让我们不用问问题。

学生自然是很尊重他的，其他的老师也是，他说什么就是什么，就连我们那让人不寒而栗的杨校也得让他三分。他跟好的学生没啥话谈，倒是跟那些调皮捣蛋的很谈得来。哪一班谁谁谁捣蛋了，他就找谁谁谁去喝茶聊天。他总是站在理字上，也不得不尊重他。有一次录音机坏了，他气得半死，说公物怎能破坏，东西怎能不打紧，越说越气，最后竟然把书一摔，说：“不上课了，学什么书，学做人好了。”后来有一次他看见粉笔头乱七八糟地散在地上，也气得摔书不上课。

我们英语人有个性，课也有个性。课前唱歌的时候，他竟点起歌来，说：“停停停，别唱这个，唱刘欢的什么‘心不在’，什么‘重头再来’那首来我听。”我们不会唱，他皱了眉说：“哎哟，那么好听的歌怎么不会呢？”接着指着指挥员说：“你，下课去7班学唱这首歌，以后我来了你们就唱给我听。”过后有的老师听说了这事，禁不住大笑起来说：“哈……王老师就是这样，真性情！”

到了复习期间，他大步迈上讲台，把手在半空中一挥，喊道：“来，我们的口号是……”全班一起大喊：“用声音唤起记忆！”感觉，就像在上幸运52一样。

初三即将结束时，他不经意间说起：“老师扮小丑，拼命逗笑，只为了让你们记得更深。”我当时低着头，红了眼圈。在每一次笑声的背后，我们学到了很多，而老师付出了很多很多。他说：“我自认对得起我的教学，你们想想，老师什么时候在课堂上讲错一个字。”真的没有，他从来没有口误，从没说错过一个字，那，精神该多么集中啊。

上学期，有一次我早早地回家，遇见了他，没变，我们英语还是穿得整整齐齐，头发丝毫不乱，着哩水喷得满头油亮油亮的。戴着一副墨镜忽忽地开着摩托车。我惊喜地大叫：“啊，老师！”他一忽而过，也来不及听见。

后来，我梦到了他，也没变，还是在上那么个性的课堂，我还是他的学生，幸福地听着“哎哟哟，这是个黑面鬼，得注意咯……学英语呢，就得这样，我们不但要有激情，还要有表情……来，我们的口号是……”

I have a small but warm family. There are only four people in my family. They are my father, my mother, my sister and me. We live in a city of Guizhou.

几次单元测试成绩发下来的时候，我只考了80多分，看着别人的90，95分，心里却像打翻了的五味瓶，有着说不出的感受：是羡慕，还是嫉妒?我不知道。可我丝毫未引起警觉，总觉得这只是单元测验，老师出的题难没什么大不了的，就这样，我一次次的纵容自己所犯的错误，不虚心接受意见也不改正。

那天窗外阳光明媚，是个好天气，可我没心情去玩，没心情去放松。无奈之下，想缓解一下情绪，便去到奶亭说：“买一瓶冰红茶。”正巧那天冰红茶卖完了，所以我便买了一杯绿茶。

拧开瓶盖，喝第一口绿茶，舌头告诉我，它是苦的。比红茶要苦。可当我咽下去再回味留在口中的味道时，它反而是甜的，是香的。

我惊奇，在惊奇与迷茫之中，又仿佛在雾里走出一位哲人。他告诉我：“苦尽甘来。天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤。”他还说：喝惯了苦的东西，回味反而是甜的。”

对呀，我应该振作起来。我不是曾经还说过自己要做一只翱翔蓝天的雄鹰吗?我怎么能因为一点挫折就站不起来了?我怎么能就此一蹶不振呢?不!我不能!我不能就这样一蹶不振，善罢甘休，我不能一直就这样任由成绩下滑，我要努力我要学习我要恢复以前的我，甚至要比以前的我更好，更优秀。

终于，黄天不负有心人。我又回到了前10名，我又做回了那个学习成绩优异的自己，只是比以前多加了一条优点：我已经敢于自己克服困难，走向成功了。在遭受挫折后，站起来的我，是一个全新的我。

想来，这是那杯绿茶给我的启示了，喝惯了苦的东西，回味反而是甜的。

We all know that the Expo 2010 will be held in Shanghai. Being citizens of Shanghai, we fell proud and responsible. It is said there will be 7,000 visitors from different countries coming to Shanghai. What can I do for the Expo 2010 at that time?

There is no doubt that I will be a volunteer to give services to the Expo 2010. I am good at English and I can communicate fluently with foreign guests. I must study English even harder so that I can introduce to them in English the rapid development of Shanghai and I can also help them. I can make them feel at home in Shanghai, such as showing them the way to their hotels or to the places of interest in Shanghai.
