我是一名茶客，但只会喝，不会品。晚饭后，端坐在书桌前作苦思冥想状时，手中便会握住一杯茶。喝茶!少抽烟多写文章。茶没少喝，文章没少写，烟更没少抽。

我有一文友，是品茶的行家，我最爱到他的书房，打坐喝茶闲聊。在掀唇快饮，润喉漱齿之余，还能领受一点茶文化。一日，痴迷茶具的他，不知从哪弄来一功夫茶器具，邀我去啜茗清谈。茶是好茶，茶具更是精品。酒杯大小的茶杯，他能抿上四五回。我不行，一口吞下去，也没觉着一丝茶味。两杯下肚，我不干了，换上了大杯。文友责怪道，哪有你这样喝茶的?

其实，我这位文友并不知道我喝茶野蛮到何等程度。想当年，我下乡时，一收工回来，用农民自产自销的茶叶泡的`。喝茶如牛饮，半瓶茶水，我连气都不用喘。

日子久了，我才发现，不会品茶也有坏处。我的一些号称茶道中人的朋友，见我桌前有好茶，便占为己有，末了一本正经地说，你又不会品茶，这等好茶让你喝了，太可惜，明天我给弄点新茶，保证在量上多给一倍。我无言以对，谁叫我只会喝不善品已颇有名声呢!

事实上，茶，我只想喝喝，从不愿花心思去品，我要的是那种感觉，那种氛围，其他必无所求。也许，生活中不仅仅是喝茶如此。

家庭大扫除

大家必须都参加过学校大扫除吧，家庭大扫除却不必须参加过吧。这天是周末，我在家进行了一次大扫除。

我先准备好拖把拖地，从我的小卧室开始拖，我看到一点脏的地方，使劲的拖，还是拖不掉，我把拖把沾了点水，旋转着拖，费了九牛二虎之力，最后把脏的地方拖干净了，我把脏东西堆成一堆，发现大部分都是妈妈掉的头发，以前都是妈妈拖地，我发现不了妈妈会掉头发的，而妈妈掉头发的原因与为我操心有关，如果我不让妈妈那么操心的话，妈妈就不会掉那么多的头发了。我以后不能再那么淘气让妈妈操心，我要像这天一样多帮妈妈分担……想着想着，我又回到了拖地的思路上，我耐心的把我的小卧室，爸爸妈妈的大卧室厨房拖完了。我已经挥汗如雨了，仍坚持把客厅和我的书房拖干净。我又仔细检查了一遍，发觉地板能够照出人影了，我看着自己的劳动成果，心里美滋滋地。

我接下来拿起抹布，沾了点水，跑到桌子那儿，把上面的东西留意翼翼地拿下来，又用抹布把上面的灰尘擦掉，擦完了，又把刚刚拿下的那些东西原封不动地放回原处，又擦了擦电话台、电视柜、椅子等，擦床头柜的时候由于有蚊帐，我一不留意踩到了床头柜边上，床头柜歪了，我掉了下来，床头柜正好碰到我的腿，还真的有点疼，我咬牙坚持了下来，最后把床头柜也擦完了。

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small

group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a

在我们家有个惯例，那就是每到休息日，大姑和二叔两家人都会到我们家举行家庭聚会。这不，大姑和弟弟手里拎着大包小包的东西来了。那可不是送给我的哟！这么多好吃的都是送给奶奶的。

到了吃中饭的时候，我们几个孩子就忙着摆放碗筷。奶奶想进厨房帮忙，就被妈妈和大姑给“撵”出去了：“妈妈，你在那里好好歇歇，这里有我们就行了。”奶奶不知所措地看着大家忙碌，只好干坐着。奶奶是天生的“劳碌命”，闲着反觉得发慌，总觉得没事做就是个废人了。

自东晋陶渊明作《桃花源记》以来，中国人便将桃花源当做一个最理想的栖居之地，那里鸡犬相闻，黄发垂髫，怡然自乐。而在物欲横流、喧嚣而浮躁的现代，除了追求这样的世外桃源外，我们是否还应赋予生活一些更高的追求，来增添它的质量？

拿破仑曾说，他一生拥有过无上的权力、荣耀和金钱，却从未过过一天快乐的日子。尘世中，芸芸众生为了功名利禄而奔波，以为通过财富便能使生活变得美好，却忽视了与家人团聚的时光，散步郊野的闲适，以及强身健体的乐趣。物质的充裕最多不过是生活的表层，它像一个包装精美的纸盒，外表华丽，但用手指轻轻一戳便破。我们只有在盒子里装上爱与希望，装上高尚的精神追求，才能增加它的重量和质量，使它成为人生中真正的大礼。

“斯是陋室，唯吾德馨”。刘禹锡的《陋室铭》能够成为千古绝唱，不是因为他所居住的房屋简陋，而是因为他在清贫的环境中仍有崇高的精神追求，安贫乐道，不随波逐流；洁身自好，不阿谀媚俗。(作文大全 )这样一个心灵纯净的人，才能在陋室中看到“苔痕上阶绿，草色入帘青”的美好景致，才能享受到生活的无穷乐趣。他用他芬芳似花的美好品德与精神追求，提高了他的生活质量，也成为千百年来人们竞相效仿的榜样。

王国维在《人间词话》中说：“大家之作，其言情也必沁人心脾，其写景也必豁人耳目。”沈从文的《边城》无疑做到了这一点。在那个湘西的小城中，人们过着田园牧歌般的生活。风景如画，人性自然淳朴。在功利当头的今天，我们不禁向往那里的生活。与自然亲近，拥有健康的身体和善良质朴的精神。富贵如浮云，只有内心充满美好的精神追求，生活才会变得有质量，也才能使我们真切地感受到生活的美好。

“非淡泊无以明志，非宁静无以致远”，诸葛亮在卧龙岗上仍心系天下，袁隆平数十年来一直在田间默默无闻地劳作，还有那边远地区的支教老师，他们不计报酬，默默地奉献着自己的爱与汗水……他们以行动，诠释着生活的真谛；他们以高尚的精神追求，提升着生活的质量。

生活的质量，在于寻找，不在于坐享；生活的质量，在于发现，不在于给予；生活的质量，在于自然，不在于矫饰。当你用心拥抱这个世界，当你用心对待这个世界里的每一个人，当你诗意地栖居于大地之上，那你就拥有了真正的生活的质量。

In China, people treat the family as a very important union, families get

together now and then, even the kids get married, they still treat their parents

in the first place. So the family means so much to everyone, family has great

influence on them. When the family gets on well, people can focus their mind to

work, they don’t need to worry about other issues. It is reported that the

people live in a harmonious environment are more easy to get succeed, which

reflects the importance of the family. While people who live in a unharmonious

family are easily distracted from work, because besides the work issues, they

also have family annoyance. So the family is very important, we should keep in

touch with family members often, even though we are busy, we should go home

My Opinion on Cheating in Examinations

It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school．

As students，we often take examinations at school，but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us．On the other hand，some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons．So when taking examinations，they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers．

In my opinion，it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools．We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations．Whats more，we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations．
