这本书由鲁子问和康淑敏两位专家编写,由华东师范大学出版社出版,可以作为英语教学设计方向研究生教材,也可以作为中小学英语教师设计培训教材使用。我认为在英语学科骨干教师研修班接受培训期间读读这样一本书是再合适不过的。这本书介绍了教学方法与教学策略的相同与差异,提出了教学方法与策略的选择与整合的方法,介绍了英语教学方法的实践操作方法,包括情景教学法、交际教学法、任务教学法和自主学习教学,然后分析了英语教学过程的策略及实践操作方法,并从英语知识教学的策略及实践操作方法、英语技能教学的策略及时间操作方法两方面对英语教学方法与策略的行动研究提供了系统的指导。

这本书让我羞愧于自己在教学理论和策略方面知识的匮乏,更让我明白英语教学的成功应体现在“培养学习者在真实的情景中有效使用英语的能力”我是一个率性而为的人,很多时候只是随心而教学,不会严格遵循某一教学模式。所以一直以来,教学成绩都没有取得重大突破,而我本人也一直为此烦恼,这本书教会我许多有理论支持的教学方法。如:语法翻译法、直接教学法、认知法、自然法、社团教学法、沉默教学法、全身反应法、暗示教学法。从书中我悟到了想成为一名优秀的教师必须充分认识到“教必有法”的原则性和“教务定法”的灵活性特点之间的统一关系。教师不应拘于一法一策,囿于一方一圆,而是要因地制宜,因材施教,将各类方法加以组合和调配,在吸收、借鉴已有教学方法的基础上,创造性地发挥,逐步形成富有教师个人特色的教学风格。在教学实践中,我根据教学环境、教学目标、教学内容、学生的需求和自身的教学风格适丰富了一下教学方法和策略,收到了一定的效果。

大家好！我是来自河北省保定市高阳县龙化中学的吴永会老师。今天我说课的内容九年级下学期人物描写的作文复习。九年级学生对于写人、记事的文章已有了一定的功底。但是，在批改作文的过程中，我发现不少学生人物描写的能力并没有提高，刻画的人物形象干瘪僵硬，文章主题空洞，缺乏生活气息。

《基础教育课程改革纲要》指出“大力推进信息技术在教学过程中的普遍应用，促进信息技术与学科课程的整合，逐步实现教学内容的呈现方式，学生的学习方式，教师的教学方式和师生互动方式的变革”，这预示着我国包括语文在内的课程与教学将越来越多的渗透和发展信息技术。因此，我尝试在网络环境中进行一次人物描写作文复习的教学，有效地整合网络资源，利用主题网页，让学生在网页上浏览、学习，在网络中阅读一些相关例文，尝试写作，提高写作水平。

下面我从（出示幻灯片）教学目标、教学过程、教学反思三个方面进行说课。

一、教学目标：（出示幻灯片）

知识与技能：巩固掌握人物描写的方法。

过程与方法：通过群论坛交流、评改描写片段。

情感、态度与价值观：引导学生用心观察生活、思考生活。

教学重点：通过作文评改，引导学生掌握人物描写的方法。

教学难点：运用人物描写方法，描写生活中的人物。

二、教学过程

教学过程分为六个环节，分别是：

(一) 单刀直入，引出描写

（二） 链接百度，复习描写

（三） 进入论坛，点评描写

(四) 网上交流，评改描写

（五） 大显身手，刻画人物

（六） 合作互动，评选佳作

这几个环节，依据学生对人物描写知识的理解、巩固、掌握、运用、提高的认知规律，逐层深入，高效达成教学目标。

（一）单刀直入，引出描写

导入：在日常生活中，我们随时随地都接触着形形色色的人——无私奉献，努力工作的老师，活泼开朗、天真纯洁的邻家小妹，任劳任怨、不求回报的父母，尖酸刻薄、得理不饶人的小商小贩……人们在不同场景中的表现和举动形成了不同的性格，无论我们是主角还是旁观者，只要用心观察，细心体会，就能够用文字描写出这些生动的人物。今天，让我们再一次走进人物描写的学习中。

设计意图：简单明了的导入，吸引学生的注意力，使他们全神贯注、精神振奋。明确学习任务后，学生有的放矢，积极主动地去完成任务。这样，会取得更理想的学习效果。

（二）链接百度，复习描写

链接百度，自主学习“百度”中有关人物描写的相关知识，对“百度”中的描写片段进行赏析。

设计意图：学生通过自主学习，加深了对人物描写的理解，独立赏析，引导学生去探究新知，主动获得方法，为下一环节点评作文打下基础。

（三）进入论坛，点评描写

打开qq群论坛，阅读三篇同题同材料作文《开学第一天》，阅读完毕，以回帖的方式自由点评。

设计意图：这种自由回帖的学习方式，充分体现了学生的主体地位，充分发挥了学生的主动性、积极性、创造性，使传统的课堂教学结构发生根本性的改变。真正把作文点评的主动权还给学生，使每个学生都积极参与、相互评议、自主修改，提高了学生的语文素养和信息加工、处理能力，可以说新型的网络教学环境，把学生的创造精神与实践能力的培养落到实处。（点击回帖，学生的回帖印证了我的设计意图。）这个环节让学生进一步巩固了人物描写的方法，为评改描写做好准备。

(四) 网上交流，评改描写

阅读作文《偷梁换叉》，通过小组合作学习，进行作文评改，并回复其他小组的评改意见和建议。

设计意图：通过小组合作学习，师生互动交流，可以淡化教师“领导者”的“主导”地位，使学生的主体性和创造性在小组内得以最大程度地发挥，为实现真正意义上的交流互动奠定基础。学生提出问题的机会增加了，有利于全体学生问题意识的增强。网上交流合作，促进了“自主、合作、探究”学习方式的形成。根据同学们的评改，习作者对原文进行了修改，得到老师、同学的好评。此环节让学生进一步掌握了人物描写的方法。基于以上四个环节的铺垫，学生写作水到渠成。

（五）大显身手，刻画人物

教师布置任务：

根据自己的生活经验，写一篇叙事作文，在叙述事件的过程中完成人物描写，将习作上传至群论坛。

设计意图：在学生写作之前,运用多媒体再现情境，播放精彩的生活瞬间，激发学生的创作灵感，让学生多角度、多层次地体会和品味人物，拓宽思维的广度、增强思维的深度，再引导学生由学校生活、家庭生活联想到社会生活中的人物，通过细心观察，用心体会，学生的写作热情随之点燃。这些作文，为评选优秀作品提供了素材。

（六）合作互动，评选佳作

小组合作选出优秀作品。

三、设计意图

师生对作文进行网上评选，通过交流、探讨达成共识，创立民主、平等、和谐的课堂氛围，让学生真正成为课堂的主人，积极参与到作文评选的过程中来。

通过讨论，全班评选出了5篇优秀作文，并把这5篇作文收录到班级的《悦写越快乐》作文小册中。这是我班的作文小册子，每次作文活动我们都把评选的优秀作文收录进来，有些文章发表到博客中。

通过学习，学生巩固了人物描写的方法，并且学会了描写人物。上课时间有限，网上的交流是无限的，课后学生可以继续到网上交流，把自己对人物描写的收获、困惑和感想发表在论坛上。老师也会在网上与大家进一步交流人物描写的方法技巧。

四、教学反思

信息技术以其图像清晰、动态感强、信息量大的优势，激发了学生写作的积极性、主动性。运用信息技术突破时空的限制，把现实生活中的某些情、景、事、物搬进课堂，为学生提供了宽松、愉悦的无纸化作文环境，使学生自主修改作文，方便、快捷。群论坛扩展了学生作文交流的空间，教师既能与学生共同对习作进行评改，又能把作文评改的主动权还给学生，使每个学生都参与评议修改。学生在网络交流中互相欣赏、互相批改，提高了评改水平，写作水平也随之提高。

由于网络信息资源与生俱来的不规则性和复杂性，第二个自主学习的环节有个别学生被动地在泛滥无效的信息海洋中消磨时光，导致他们参与课堂不积极。今后，我会在激发学生的学习兴趣，改变学生漫无目的的学习习惯。同时，网络的负面影响，我们也不能忽视，教师要引导学生网络文明上网，组织好学生的网络活动。

[在网络环境中的人物描写作文教学

With the arrival of the knowledge economy age, Internet, as a new media, has come into our life. Nowadays, getting on line and surfing the Internet for information has become popular in China, especially among college students and teachers. Why is Internet getting so popular in such a short time?

The popularity of Internet results from its great convenience and easy accessibility to information. Thanks to the Internet, a world of information is just a click away. E-mail is another contributing factor to its popularity. It can transmit your letter quickly, safely and accurately. Besides, Internet has some other uses. Doctors may use it to diagnose and treat their patients by discussing or exchanging experiences with doctors in other parts of the world. Students may obtain new knowledge from a national long-distance educational system via Internet. Finally, businessman can conduct E-commerce or E-business on the net.

With so many uses and advantages, there is no doubt more and more people will be wired to the Internet-the information expressway. In short, with its high speed and efficiency, Internet will be more popular in China in the near future.

Every afternoon during the summer vacation, hundreds of thousands of teenagers pour into Internet bars. They switch on a computer, and indulge themselves in a fantasy world playing games such as World of Warcraft and Counter Strike.

As everyone knows, playing Internet games can do much harm to teenagers if they spend too much time in the virtual world. Firstly, it is an enormous waste of time and teens will have little time for their study. Secondly, those who play video games day and night will be harmed physically for lack of adequate sleep. Thirdly, teenagers’ social ties will suffer as a result of the immersion in the virtual world.

In my opinion, the whole society should pay more attention to this problem, especially the parents and the game industry. Besides, the youth shouldn’t spend too much time, energy or money on the Internet because study is their priority. In conclusion, the youth should make good and proper use of the Internet.

As a primary source of information as well as an efficient means of communication, the Internet offers people a colorful and convenientlife. Just by clicking the mouse, we can enjoy a brilliant and easy life that could not be achieved ever before: shopping, making friends, contacting

relatives, looking for jobs, downloading music and movies, conducting business deals, and freely airing our opinions.

For its convenience, the Internet has attracted people like magnets and some people even claim that it is indispensable. To them, life can’t go on without it. As far as I am concerned, I don’t approve of uestrained Internet reliance. Although the Internet is a gift of the technological revolution and a blessing of this information age, we should never let it control our life. With proper use, the Internet serves you; otherwise, it kills you.”

Internet may have been one of the most influential but disputable existences in the world,ever since its first appearance in the late 1960s.Internet has accelerated the world’s development with an incredible speed; nevertheless,it has brought this world many burdens.Nowadays,nobody can imagine what the world will be without this double-edged sword.

In the cartoon, we can see that a teather feels rather puzzled about what his pupil writes in the assignment, because he hasnt got any idea of some phrases his pupil used in it. Seeing the teacher’s bewilderment, the pupil seems rather proud. He says to himself: “How does it come about that his teacher doesn’t understand prevailing network slangs.”

The cartoon presents a disturbing phenomenon in our society: the prevalence of coined network phrases among teenagers. According to a survey, eighty-five percent of teenagers use coined network phrases in their text messages and e-mails on a daily basis. What’s worse, seventy percent of teenagers have been using network abbreviation in their school work. Though some network languages have come into our vocabulary, the majority of network languages are coined and not commonly used, and some even shallow andd vulgar in content. Educators are much worried that these coined languages will exert a negative effect on the teenagers both in their growth and in their study of the Chinese language.

In my opinion, we should adopt an objective attitude towards the emergence of network language. On the one hand, network language has enriched our language, especially our oral language, making it more colorful. On the other hand, network language has a negative impact on our traditional language. Many network words and phrases are ridiculous in meaning and not standardized in formation, which will severely affect teenagers in their language study. Therefore, some necessary  measures should be taken to ensure a healthy development of network language.
