写作是一种语言输出的过程，这种语言输出的能力不是一天就练出来的，而是要经过长期不懈的训练才能获得。然而在实际写作过程中，有的学生感到无从下笔，即使能写，也仅仅是简简单单的句子；有的学生甚至对英语写作望而生畏，消极应付；总体上学生存在严重的英语表述上的困难。写作能力不高主要表现在：母语影响、词汇量少；单词造句、搭配不当；不懂句型、语法不通；信息不全、条理紊乱；语言连贯性差，缺少锻炼；缺少整体的谋篇布局和前后呼应。因此，如何有效地改进英语写作教学，结合自己的教学心得，我认为，培养学生的写作能力可从以下三方面入手。

一．扩展语言输入，奠定写作基础

英语作为一门语言，它具有一定的工具性和人文性，它的结构应是：词—句—篇。“词”是基础，“句”是过渡，“篇”是则是目的。整个训练遵循“词不离句，句不离篇”的原则，由浅入深，循序渐进，不断提高。为了提高学生的写作能力，我在日常教学中，尝试了“词、句、篇”三步曲的写作教学。在教学中做到 “教、学、用”三者的统一。

（一）巧记单词

书面表达需要一定的词汇量，学生书面表达时容易忘记单词或把汉英词汇等同起来。因此，要求学生坚持每天听写、默写、循环记忆单词，掌握巩固词汇。还要求学生给出与单词有关的同义、近义、反义和词形相似的词，使词汇量得到最大限度的复现。

（二）用词造句、连词成句

造句是英语写作中极其重要的一环。可以说，会造句就会写作。要学会造句，需要注意以下几方面。

1、熟练记忆词汇和短语

这个环节是最基本、最重要的。记忆单词和短语时，可以从五个方面入手：词性、拼写读音、意思、用法。抓住了这一点，就像打好了万丈高楼的地基。否则，写作就无从谈起。

2、熟练记忆各种句型和结构

在牢记词汇和短语的基础上，还要记忆各种句型和结构，为造句进一步打下坚实的基础。像There be / How many / How much / be+adj / be+V-ing / make sb. do sth /plan/wish/hope/want to do sth.等句型和结构。在表达某个意思时，注意让学生尽量使用学过的结构造句，不可随心所欲地造出汉语式的英语句子。

3、掌握各种时态及语态的含义和用法

要写出一个英语句子，就要明白时态和语态。也就是说，谓语动词使用什么形式。这就要求学生对八种常用时态和两种语态非常清楚。因此，熟练地使用各种时态语态对于造句尤为重要。

4、掌握句子类型和成分

简单句的五种基本句型是句子类型中最基本的型式，每个英语句子都是以它们为模型写成的。掌握了它们，适时引导学生扩大句式，鼓励学生利用课文中的句型造句。另外还要训练学生“一句多译”的能力。有时候，拿到一个中文句子，可能不会译，这时，就要想办法，换成其他的表达方法，迂回曲折，达到目的。通过这样的训练，可以增加学生的多渠道的语言思维，提高应变能力，从而避免“中国式”的英语。

（三）连句成篇

此项训练的主要目的是培养学生把语法项目、教材内容和文章体裁有机结合起来的能力。

1.要求学生仿写。掌握在英语学习中所学到的连词。只有连词才能把句子连成语篇。

八年级所学课文都有一定的篇幅，老师在引导学生理解课文的基础上，可要求学生用所学过的短语和句型，用自己的话把课文的基本内容简要的表达出来。如在教授八年级第二单元阅读理解，说明篮球的发明者是谁？是在说明情况下发明的。在老师的帮助下，学生可以吧短文改编为对话的形式展现出来。这样既吧学生的读、说的能力和写的能力同时训练了。也大大的提高了学生的兴趣

2.列出提纲，引导学生写作。

引导学生书面表达有许多形式，教师要从学生“学”的角度来设计教学活动，使学生的学习活动具有明确目标，并构成一个有梯度的连续活动。我首先采用给出文中的关键词或短语，整理素材和文章要用到的信息和关键词。帮学生做好铺垫和理清思路，让学生的大脑里有东西，这样学生才有可能写出东西来，帮学生树立信心，克服心理恐惧，从写作中获得了成功的快乐，树立了写作的信心。

3．注重平时的词句积累

鼓励学生收集好词好句，以便于在写作时能信手拈来。

二．进行有效指导，扎实写作训练

1.巧设课堂，限时作文

训练时当场发题，促使学生瞬间接受信息，快速理解信息，迅速表达信息，提高实际应用和应试能力。这一步是关键，也是学生的难关。首先必须使学生明白书面表达题既不是汉译英，也不是作文，不可任意发挥，要求的是将所规定的材料内容经整理后，展开思维，目的在于考查学生运用所学英语知识准确地表达意思的能力。必须要求学生在写作过程中牢牢记住以下口诀：“先读提示，弄清要点与格式；时态语态要当心，前后呼应要一致；句子结构和搭配，语言习惯莫违背；文章写好细检查，点滴小错别忽视。”学生明确目的并掌握要领后，要严格在规定时间内完成作业。训练的初级阶段，每次时间可放宽一点。随着学生写作能力增强，时间相应缩短，逐步做到20分钟内完成任务，决不能养成拖拉的坏习惯。

2．优化习作批改，及时讲评

作文的批改与讲评是写作教学的最后一个环节，也是其重要的一个环节。由于班级人数多，批改的工作量很大。因此，教师可以让学生动手参与，互相评改。由于学生之间的了解更深刻，他们之间的相互交流往往能收到很好的效果。而当学生意识到教师并不是他文章的唯一读者时，他们会更认真地写好作文。因此，让学生相互传阅和批改作文不仅增加了写作时的真实感，更重要的是，能训练学生的语言意识和语境。

Should Internet Slang Be Prohibited?

At present, Internet Slang, such as “GG, MM, Xia Mi”，has become popular among the teenagers.

There are different opinions on Internet Slang. Some students think Internet Slang is vivid, fashionable and full of humor and intelligence. Besides, it makes chatting on the Internet quicker.

二、下载资料，获取写作素材

学生写作往往为材料所困，尤其像说明文的写作，例如学生要写一篇介绍一种动物或植物的说明文，常常苦于难以找到相关的资料，因而无从下笔。而网络则为我们提供了有大量的介绍动物和植物的信息资源，有文字资料，有图片资料，甚至还有声音和动画。通过上网查询写作的相关资源，学生不仅进一步了解了要说明的对象，而且通过对资源的选择，拥有了大量的写作素材，这样，写作就不愁了。

学生上网查资料、读文章、欣赏词句、片段等，通过各种途径获取大量信息，如果不及时将素材记录、储存起来，时间一长，也就模糊、淡忘了。这就需要对信息进行梳理，建立资料库，将有价值的信息进行分门别类地储存。一是视频图片库，主要内容为网上下载的和平时班级存入的图片和视频；二是记事库，记录自己的所见、所闻、所感，记录周围的人和事或网上的一些信息，记录时要求记下时间、地点、人物、事件等要点；三是文字素材库，从网上汲取的一些名句、好段、好篇，分别按写人、记事、写景、状物等分类归档。

三、在线作文，师生共同评改

学生确定了作文的主题，思路和文章的结构布局，并可以快速的把想好的话通过键盘打在屏幕上，形之于文字，形成完整的文章。在网络环境下利用WORD写作，学生在写作的过程中如果发现自己不满意的地方，可以用WORD内的文字修改工具辅助自我修改，非常方便，绝对不会影响卷面的整洁。

作文写好后，作文评改又是作文教学的重要一环。利用计算机评改作文，能大大提高评改的效率。在评改作文时，我有时在多媒体网络监控系统中对学生操机监控，发现存在问题，及时通过网络反馈给学生，进行针对性评改；有时将有代表性的作文从网络上发送到学生机上，显示在屏幕上，师生共同对文章内容、遣词造句乃至标点符号进行修改，实现多向的实时交流，使每个学生的作品都有机会得到来自教师、学生的多元信息反馈，引导学生吸取别人的长处，看到自己习作中的不足，取长补短，从而达到提高学生写作能力的目的。

四、网上发布，实施资源共享

网络是一个庞大的、实用的、可享受的信息源，可送出或接收电子邮件，可以和别人建立联系互相索取，也可以在网上发布信息，还可免费享用大量的信息源。我们可以充分利用网络的共享性，把学生辛辛苦苦，并通过各种途径修改后作出的文章装入网页，然后通过校园网或Internet上传，把自己的成果与大家共享。让学生体验获得成功的喜悦，能激励学生的创造性，培养学生的发展性能力。有条件的学生可以经常进行网上写作，网上投稿，提高写作能力。

总之，网络环境下的作文教学，是依托现代教育技术产生的一种新的教学模式。在网络环境下实行作文教学，可以提高学生写作的积极性，更充分地发挥学生主体作用，帮助学生搜集到更多的写作素材，为学生的合作学习提供了更加广阔的空间，极大地提高了作文教学的实效，所以说，网络环境下的作文教学具有广阔的前景，只要我们深入研究，一定会丰厚的收获。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

小学英语作为近几年新增设的科目，在肩负英语启蒙和为以后进一步学习大基础的重任的同时，又面临着检验匮乏，教学对象年龄小，注意力，接受，分辨能力相对较低等重多困难。那么，怎么才能克服困难，有效良好地进行小学英语教学呢？我认为应在分析学生的年龄特征、心理、注意力等特征的前提下，精心设计组织教学。而其中，游戏的运用尤其重要。现行小学英语教材就充分认识到了这一点，在整册教学内容中，几乎在每课都穿插有游戏。

游戏在小学英语教学中有着多方面的重要的作用。

一、 激发兴趣，活跃气氛，吸引注意力

一节好课不是老师一味的讲，学生一味的听，而应是有静有动，动静相结合的，小学设管内的天性是好动的，要让他们端端正正的坐着听四十分钟，是很难办到的。即使做到了也收不到良好的教学效果。同时还可能压抑了他们的个性，影响了他们的学习兴趣，此外，心理研究表明，小学生的注意力稳定性较差。最好的也只能保持30分钟，况且长时的有意注意容易使人感到枯燥乏味，投入程度也不会高，如果在教学中结合教师的讲解，适当地安排一些游戏，为孩子们提供一个动的舞台，把他们的思维和身体从疲劳、紧张中解放出来，使他们涣散的注意被吸引过来，在轻松愉快的气氛中完成学习任务。例如，在学习人身体部位名称时，刚开始学生们觉得新鲜，兴趣很浓，热情还很高，但随着单词加多，听讲和读的时间加长，他们感到很疲乏，觉得没意思了，注意力也不能很好地集中了。这时，我适时地加入了“听口令，做动作”的游戏，一听说要做游戏，孩子们立刻变得活跃起来，注意力又集中了，在随后“touch your head” “stamp your feet” “wave your arm”的口令中，他们一会摸头，一会跺脚，一会挥胳膊，忙得不亦乐乎，最终在笑声中记住了个部位的名称。

二、 创设情景，加深记忆

三、 训练口语，发展思维

英语的学习不仅仅是记忆、理解、书写，还要能够说出来，能够正确流利地说出来。这是重点也难点。对于初学英语的人来说，更是难上加难。他们往往心理紧张，没有自信，不敢开口。更别说在课后生活中运用了。要攻破这个拦路虎，首先必须给学生一个没有压力的轻松环境，消除内心的紧张与害怕，同时，鼓励他们进行语言交流，在运用语言与其他人互相讲话时，学习的内容会丰富起来，游戏就恰恰能够做到这些。游戏给了学生接近生活，轻松愉快的环境，带给他们描述、表达、说明的欲望，在不知不觉中训练了口语，这些都比学生自己读教材重复教师的话有价值得多。

语言与思维之间存在密切的关系，游戏在联系课本词汇的同时，促使学生准确地表达思想感情，把他们所学的语言词汇合理地组织，适当地安排，准确地表达，这个过程，丰富了他们的词汇，丰富了他们的的感性经验，推动了思维的灵活性、逻辑性的发展。

此外，游戏给了学生想象和思考的空间，激发了他们的想象力和思考能力。如在教学“friendship”时，为了让他们深刻理解记忆这个单词的含义，我采用了画图的游戏，就是把这个单词的意思用画图表示出来。因为“friendship”的概念是抽象的，没有实物可以比拟，这样就不能照猫画虎了。只能凭借自己的脑子去思考去想象。有的学生想象了一个有关友谊的故事，画了一幅漫画，有的想到了恩格斯和马克思的友谊，画了两幅肖像；有的想到了一句古诗“桃花潭水深千尺，不及汪伦送我情”，并且惟妙惟肖地画了出来，以次来体现“friendship”的含义这样，学生们充分发挥了他们的想象和思考的能力，深刻地理解了单词的意义，思维能力也得到了进一步发展。

四、 培养情感，发展能力

在教学中，有趣的游戏活动，可以养成学生热爱生活，开朗乐观的生活态度，能够让学生有机会感受生活的多姿多彩，有机会展现自己的生命活力和丰富想象力，创造力，从而树立自信心和自豪感。在游戏活动中，学生与他人合作交流，使其体验到团结、友爱、互助、荣誉感、责任感，进取心等积极的情感。比如，在角色扮演的游戏中，使其学习表达各种社会角色的情感，在画画游戏中进一步发展了他们的美感，此外，游戏中还存在一个如何协调的问题，如何制定游戏规则和如何违反规则进行处罚的问题，学生们需要自主地讨论和解决这个问题。这个过程中他们的组织能力、协调能力等都得以锻炼，同时这队学生的独立性、正义感都有潜移默化的作用。

以上是游戏在小学英语教学中四方面的作用，除此之外，还有其他作用，这根据游戏形式、内容的不同而异，当然，并不是所有游戏都能起到了这些作用。这就要求我们在教学中精心选择、组织，恰当安排，以使其取得最佳效果。

传统的作文教学在新兴的网络时代遇到了新的挑战，学生获取课外知识和阅读习惯的改变都要求我们的作文教学在坚持传统精髓的同时，要充分利用网络资源，以期进一步发掘学生的作文潜质。

“作文真难!”这是许多学生的烦恼。学生对作文的畏惧心理不是一朝一夕形成的，在网络时代，网络为大家提供了足够多的资源，加上搜索引擎的广泛使用，类似的抱怨应该已经绝迹。其实不然，新媒体的发达诚然为以往发愁“无米下锅”的同学提供了很多搜集作文素材的便捷渠道，但也催生了一批懒惰者，他们习惯于在网上抛出问题，静等着旁人给出答案，或者有人径直就拿网上直接搜索到的作文给老师交差了事。这确实让很多老师头痛，但我们也必须意识到，互联网的诞生让众人欢呼雀跃的地方恰在于其广泛的开放性和交互性。网络的虚拟空间也确实催生了很多人的想象力。对于中学写作教学来说，完成基本的文从字顺的工作之后，想象力就成为区分学生作文能力高下的一项重要指标。

一、继承优良传统，不断更新教法

新媒体的蓬勃发展确实改变了很多人的阅读习惯，即便如此，我们还必须正视传统的一切，毕竟传统的经验是前人多年的积累，饱含着多少代人的智慧和努力，时代的变化肯定会带来一些新的问题，甚至会改变传统经验的存在形态，但我们深信其中一些精髓是不会有根本的改变的。就作文教学而言，下述四个方面可以说是很多老师耳熟能详的，我们在这里进一步提出，目的一方面是强调其广泛的普适性，另一方面也试图说明随着网络时代学生阅读方式的改变，有必要在这些传统的经验上补充一些新的内容。

1．广泛阅读，激发兴趣。

要提高学生的写作兴趣和写作能力，首先必须让学生多阅读。古人说：“书读百遍，其义自见。”语文教材中，有许多优美的文章和片段，这是写作教学的好材料。课文中大部分是名家名篇，语言生动形象，易感易学，很适合学生阅读。网络上许多专门的阅读与写作网站，同样提供了不少富有时代色彩的阅读材料。“巧妇难为无米之炊”，对于学生来说，倘若能够广泛阅读和积累，临到自己写东西的时候，语言会像涓涓细流，自然而然地从笔下“流淌”出来。要写出好文章，不但要让学生熟读课文，还要扩大学生的知识面，引导学生阅读大量的报刊，阅读名家名篇，汲取其中丰富的写作营养——只有做到读书破万卷，才能达到下笔如有神。

2．走进生活，积累素材。

生活是写作的源泉。作文就是把我们身边的生活写出来，把平时所见的、所听的、所想的用恰当的语言文字表达出来。这正如叶圣陶所说：“生活犹如源泉，文章犹如溪水，源泉丰盛而不枯竭，溪水自然活泼流个不停息。”这就要求教师多引导学生体验生活，如郊游、参加学校组织的各项活动，广泛积累写作素材。在网络及时交流软件广泛应用的今天，我们还可以充分利用QQ群等交友网络，鼓励同学们及时把自己身边发生的新鲜事和大家一同分享，这也是拓宽学生生活面的一种非常好的尝试，因为很多同学都习惯了用这种软件来进行交流，却很少有人自觉地将其与学习结合起来。当然，在这些学习、实践过程中，教师要特别注意引导学生观察过程，若有一些心得体会，就要及时记下来。这样坚持久了，学生在写作文的时候就会习惯于记实事、写真人、抒真情、发实感。

3．自己评改，提高能力。

在作文批改中，教师要充分发挥学生的主体作用，让学生参与评改，可采取互批互改、集体批改等多种形式。常用的是互批互改，要求学生批改作文时做到：先通篇读，看作文是否符合要求，再一句一句认真读，找到不通顺的句子、不恰当的词语、错别字、用错的标点符号等，并用圈、点等符号标出，最后写上对这篇作文的简评。这样基础好的学生与基础薄弱的学生对调批改作文，写得差的学生改到好的作文时，可以从中学到方法，受到启发，得到提高；写得好的同学改到写得差的作文，也从中得到教训。实践证明，让学生自己评改作文会使学生逐步养成爱动笔的好习惯，十分有利于调动他们的写作积极性，天长日久，就会自然而然地提高学生的写作兴趣。"

4．赏识成功，不断充电。

在作文教学中，我们千万不要忽视鼓励的力量。对于那些写作水平不高的学生，教师应努力找出其作文中的闪光点，及时鼓励：对于写作能力强的学生，教师应尽可能地提出稍高一些的要求，做到既充分肯定其成功之处，让学生看到自己的长处，又愉快地认识到自己作文中的不足。这样，所有学生都能体验到成功的喜悦，产生浓厚的写作兴趣。作文课后，我经常会挑出一些优秀作文和进步大的作文，张贴在教室里，让学生相互阅读，这样既可以互相学习，还有很强的激励效果。我还鼓励学生办班级手抄报、写广播稿、评论社会热点问题等，并鼓励他们向报刊社投稿。这些做法都大大激发了学生的写作兴趣。

二 发掘网络资源，提高作文能力

1．开展新型仿写训练。

前些年新概念作文大赛中，有一篇文章引起了大家广泛的激赏，这是一篇仿写鲁迅《孔乙己》的记叙文，惟妙惟肖的模仿塑造的却是当下生活中年轻人的形象，后来这篇文章在网络上广泛流传，引发了诸多跟风之作。最初看到这篇文章的时候，我也颇为作者的才气所倾倒，继而我就想能否以此作为一个契机，利用网络广泛的影响力，激发同学们寻找另外一种培养个人写作能力的途径呢。我在班上宣读了这篇获奖作文，引起了大家一致的慨叹，都说，作文原来还可以这样模仿啊，感觉是模仿，可明明其中并不乏创造的因素。我趁热打铁鼓励学生寻找我们语文课本中自己感兴趣的文章，进行仿写，仿写的基本要求就是要能够做到“旧瓶装新酒”，要能将自己对所阅读文章的感触尽量充分地表达出来。然后，我建议在我们的班级QQ群上，建立一项活动，就是同题模仿的PK。看得出来，学生们对老师居然开始不反感大家用QQ进行交流很是诧异，这也达到了我的初衷。要想加强和学生之间的交流与理解，教师必须要能够放下自己的身段，了解今日学生的兴趣所在。

这项活动因为是第一次进行，学生们最终交上来的作文水平也确实参差不齐，但是令我欣喜的是，几位平时极为反感写作文也很令人头痛的调皮鬼，居然交上来的是像模像样的文章，远远超出了我的预期，如一位同学就还是选择了《孔乙己》来进行仿写，写的确是今日学生沉迷于网络游戏的身影，非常不错。还有很多同学选择了课文中的游记来进行仿写，加入了个人的旅游经验，尽管创新不足，但显然锻炼了学生通过亦步亦趋的借鉴训练组织素材能力的目的。在之后的讲评采用了课下在线及时聊天软件来进行，大家兴致盎然，发言也极为积极大胆。鉴于此，我就建议大家能否把该项活动作为一个长期的班级固定活动保留下来，得到了大家的积极响应，我也提出了进一步的建议，就是老师不再指定你们应该仿写哪篇文章，这样的篇目应该由学生自己来提供，谁提供的篇目获得了大家广泛的响应，还有额外的班级奖励。这一举措调动了大家的积极性，后来，我们在常规的作文教学之余，坚持每月一次这样的班级作文仿写大赛，收到了非常不错的效果，到后来一方面自己也是技痒，另一方面也是同学的盛情要求，作为教师我也参与到了这样的仿写比赛中，切身体会到了这一活动双重的效果：既是对作文能力的一种有效训练也是阅读理解能力的一种积极提高。

2．开展电子阅读活动。

在我们这样的小县城当中，近些年文化资源的发展确实步履维艰，传统的新华书店门面不断被蚕食，新兴的私营书店又多以经销教辅和畅销书为业，我们经常发愁不能给学生提供足够好的阅读材料，网络的广泛应用在我看来真是开辟了另外一条通道。我就和其他的老师一道，在网上精挑细选有用的资源，并及时把他们介绍给学生，为了让他们有时间来浏览这些网站，我还尽量将固定的教学内容和作业在学校就完成，以腾出晚上的时间来让他们完成这样的阅读作业。开始很多家长不理解，觉得老师怎么能鼓励学生上网呢?上网不就是让学生玩游戏吗?这还了得。通过我的解释和学生实际的变化，他们发现原来学生上网只会玩游戏诚然是这个年龄孩子的天性：好玩又缺乏自制力，但另一方面也是缺乏引导，很多孩子甚至对网络能够提供什么样的资源都不甚了解。教师给学生推荐了一个中文阅读网站的目录，其中包括一些知名作家的博客和中学语文教学的资料库，极大开阔了学生的眼界。紧密联系作文教学，使读、写结合，产生了良好的效果。
