2016 is coming, my friends: whats your New Years resolution?

辞去了2015，迎来了2016，在新的一年里相信每一个朋友心里都会有一个新年愿望。

我身边朋友的新年愿望我都知道，不是我挨个挨个去问的，是我们在一起聊天时，聊到了这个话题而已。我们的新年愿望第一个就是让家人平平安安、健健康康、快快乐乐的度过一生。再一个就是朋友们都非常想要的红包了。

每年的收获可大了。当我们的聊的正火热时有一位同学站起来说：“我们不应该拿爸爸妈妈的钱那是他们辛辛苦苦赚来的，如果我们拿了钱去潇洒，那岂不是太对不起他们了。”“对，你说的对。”“老师?”“嗯，这位同学说的对，如果我们把这笔钱用在学习上，那才对。”掌声响起来了。

不要不在乎爸爸妈妈辛辛苦苦赚来的钱，他们很不容易。

2016就要来了，朋友们你们的新年愿望是什么?

时隔三年，新海诚导演携新作《你的名字。》与广大观众见面。本片在日本上映前两天内便创下59万人观看的记录，上映十天内，票房总计突破38亿日元，观看人数超过290万，日推和雅虎等社交网站上对该作也是一片赞誉。

一、新海诚与他的动画之路

熟悉新海诚的观众或许都知道，新海诚并非美术专业出身。大学以前的他一直生活在长野县一个叫小海町的地方，进入大学后开始尝试儿童绘本创作，毕业后就职于一家游戏公司。最初他并没有成为动画导演的打算，只是想运用所学技术做出一部完整的、属于自己的作品。他一面工作一面创作，耗时两个月完成了一部五分钟左右的动画——1999年的《她和她的猫》。这部作品对新海诚而言意义非凡，是他踏上动画制作的起点。

2002年上映的《星之声》则是新海诚的正式出道作。在前作基础上，他将黑白画面改为彩色，视角从动物变成人，主人公成了俩，此外也添加了故事性，拉长了时长。得益于网络的普及与传播效果，本作为新海诚取得了不错的上座率与口碑，此后他离开游戏公司成立了自己的工作室。

2004年的《云之彼端，约定的地方》是新海诚第一次挑战长篇动画的成果，延续了前作的世界系物语(注：世界系物语，指2000年代初兴盛于日本ACG及轻小说等亚文化界中的一种故事类型。内容围绕主人公“我”和女主角展开，并与拯救世界等庞大概念相交织。)主题，外界对其褒贬不一。

2007年上映的《秒速五厘米》是新海诚至今为止最受欢迎的作品，将日本社会这个大环境下的日常生活细节和细腻情感进行了放大，主题和风格没有太大改变。作品虽获得成功，但考虑到海外观众的理解程度，新海诚决定改变叙述方式，做一部无关文化背景、适合所有人观看的电影。

这就是2011年上映的《追逐繁星的孩子》。本片与前作设定略有不同，加入了对生死的讨论，意在强调逝者对生者的意义。在制作上体现了东映动画、《世界名作剧场》(日本动画公司系列作品，内容多取材于世界各地的儿童文学)、吉卜力一脉的影响。这部作品展现了一个不同以往的新海诚，趋近东映一脉，模糊了他自己的风格。

到了2013年的《言叶之庭》，前作中萦绕不去的“世界系”概念几乎消失，故事不再只有虚无的宇宙世界观，而是在空间上回归社会(学校)，在文化上走向传统(古典文学)。女主人公终于敞开真心的告白可以看做新海诚脱离世界系概念、脱离“错失”、“无法传递”等主题的一次尝试，但叙事上的缺陷仍然没能得到改善。

二、《你的名字。》——焕然一新的视听体验

在此之前，新海诚的作品始终萦绕着一种没有来由的、唯美而哀伤的丧失感，故事零碎、结构松散等弱点也一直存在。而2016年上映的《你的名字。》无论在节奏控制还是情节推进上都可圈可点。

从内容上看，本片一扫前作中的忧伤与阴霾，走上了轻松愉快、活泼有趣的大众路线，令人捧腹的同时又有感动，男女主人公不再埋头于自我世界，而是像普通人一样周旋于家人、朋友与社会的关系网中，男女主角之间曾经无法传达的思念也终于有了明确的落脚点。彗星灾难的设定则反映着经历311大地震后的生死无常观，此外，影片添加了不少日本传统文化元素，不仅延续了《言叶之庭》中对日语语言文字本身的溯源(爱与孤悲)，更在此之上有所发展;这种对传统的回归使作品有了真正的底蕴和原色。

从制作上看，本片的成功除了新海诚对叙事手法的驾驭日臻成熟，也要归功于此次制作团队的强大(吉卜力出身的安藤雅司担任作画监督、田中将贺担任人物设定等)和制作设备的更新(购入Story Board Pro软件)。在选择配音人员的时候除了角色匹配度，也考虑到了话题性、观众接受度等，确定插入歌曲时选择了在年轻世代中颇受欢迎的RADWIMPS。

各方面的优化带来了全新的视听体验，标志着新海诚在动画创作上的新突破。他的作品不再只是靠优美的风景画面获得好评，而是通过流利的节奏、丰满的人物与故事、以及对传统文化的回归打动人心。

三、从「むすび」(musubi)说起

故事分两条支线并行，地点分别在高二女生宫水三叶生活的小镇「糸守町」和高二男生立花瀧生活的大都市东京，传统与现代的对立很容易便能读取。设定虽有男女双主角，剧情走向上却更依托于女主角三叶一方。

宫水三叶是飛騨市糸守町宫水神社神主宫水一叶的长外孙女。宫水家作为神社守护者，神主之位代代世袭。三叶的母亲二叶在世时，父亲以「婿入り」的方式(即入赘)进入宫水家，母亲去世后，深爱她的父亲难以接受现实，他拒绝继承神社，被外祖母赶出家门。父亲后来成了糸守町的町长，不再理会神社事务。三叶和四叶在外祖母的抚养下慢慢长大，作为神社的巫女主持当地祭祀活动。故事的核心概念便要从「糸守町」的名字说起。

「糸守町」是新海诚的创作，在现实中并不存在，而飛騨市确有其地，位于飛騨山脉西侧，在岐阜县管辖范围之内。飛騨自古以来林业发达，孕育了大批木工匠人，明治时期在殖产兴业的国策趋势下，该地作为缫丝业的主要劳动输出地，向诹访湖一带输送了大批妇女。而位于长野县内的诹访湖，据日本网友考证，便是电影中「糸守湖」的原型。长野县是新海诚的家乡，将诹访湖和编织工艺的元素纳入故事中，想必也是一种怀乡情感的体现。

宫水三叶的外祖母带着灵魂调换后的三叶和四叶到神体供奉神灵的途中问她俩是否知道「むすび」，说土地氏神的名字也读作むすび。老人说，这个古老的名称同时象征着几种深刻意义：

「将线绕在一起是一种むすび，把人和人联系在一起也是一种むすび，时间流逝是一种むすび，这些都可以用同一个词语来表达。它和神灵的名字相同，因此也拥有着神灵的力量。我们代代相传的编绳工艺「組み紐」也是一种带有神力的技艺，它反映着时间流逝的状态。」

「聚拢成形，扭转缠绕，时而回转，彼此中断，接着又相连。这是编绳，也是时间的象征，这就是むすび。」

「水也好，大米也好，酒也好，只要进入了人体内，就是一种むすび。进入体内的东西会转化为能量和灵魂相连接。」

此处的「むすび」也写作「結び」，源于日本神道中的一种观念。天地万物的生成、发展、完成都是在这种力量的作用下得以进行，老人口中的むすび即是一种“连结”，连结人与万物、人与时间空间。既然むすび如此关键，那么作为むすび的载体，「糸」的重要性不言而喻。

「糸」即线，在影片中最直接的表现便是三叶用来绑头发的红线。红线松开，长发变短，时间倒流，或前进至未来;线的形状改变，化作一声遥远的呼唤缠绕手腕，是寻找，也是期盼。我猜想「糸守町」中「糸守」的意义大概可做此解：守护彼此之间相连的红线，守护时间与空间，同时也是守护这座小镇，守护那些在过去罹难的人。

在进入神界时，老人所说的「隠り世」便是日本人观念中的「あの世」，又称「常世」，是黄泉之国，死者之国，与「现世」相对应。日本人认为人死后或早或晚都会化作神灵，因而隐世也可以看作是神的国度。片中凹状山谷里围绕神体(古树)的环状水带可以视为境界线，要到达它需要穿山越岭，心怀诚敬。境界线的存在是为了隔开人界与神界，如果说宫崎骏在《千与千寻》中设置的长隧道让人在毫无察觉间进入异世，本片中靠近神体的环状水带则可以看作一条巨大的「注連縄」(神道中用于隔离圣俗两界、祛凶避厄的绳状物)，示明他界的存在，以隔离的方式彰显其神圣不可侵。

普通人进入神域是被禁止的，老人说，一旦进入神的领域，要回到现世就必须用最珍贵的东西交换，而这个东西也成了后来两人改变命运轨迹的关键道具之一。

新海诚曾在官网中表示，创作这部作品的灵感之一是小野小町的和歌：「思ひつつ寝ればや人の見えつらむ 夢と知りせばさめざらましを」。

大意是说，怀着对你的思念入眠就一定会在梦里见到你吧，可如果知道那是梦，我情愿一梦不醒。本片中的男女主人公便是在梦一般的情境中互换了身份，代替对方度过一天又一天的人生。

四、日本文化中的原风景

“原风景”的概念兴盛于1970年代的日本，以奥野健男的著作《文学中的原风景》为起始，从文学扩大到人类学、心理学、地理学、环境教育、建筑造景等多个领域。个人意义上的原风景多形成于故乡与童年的原体验，广义上的原风景则涉及历史性、民族性、文化性等方面。《你的名字》中展现的神灵信仰、诹访湖的风景与宫水神社中延续的古老习俗、编织工艺等意象便可看作对日本文化原风景的一种体现，它唤起人的乡愁，给人以无限怀旧之感。

原风景在当代具有不可忽视的意义，它承载着我们对自身根源的探寻，对文化深处的凝望。在这个意义上，本片也可谓是新海诚回归传统文化的一次成功尝试。它巧妙地将传统与现代、过去与现在、梦境与现实、人类居住的现世与灵魂栖息的隐世通通编织在一起，如同编绳工艺般时而交叉扭转、时而中断、回到原点。男女主角的命运在彗星撞地球的那一夜被改变，二人的初次相认也只能是在境界线消失、人与非人之物共现于天地之间的逢魔时分(たそかれ、かたわれ)。

五、结语

与宫崎骏、细田守、庵野秀明等观众熟知的导演不同，新海诚的创作根基建立于游戏制作，他在早期曾为18禁游戏制作OP动画，也为各种美少女游戏周边制作封面。此外，《云之彼端，约定的场所》以前，他的作品也始终是一人负责整个制作过程。从1999年的第一部短片到2016年大受好评的《你的名字。》，新海诚始终没有停止探索与创新，其作品的变化也反映着这种努力。

新海诚曾说，希望动画对观众而言是像创可贴一般的存在;受伤时可以用它加速伤口愈合，复原后便撕下它、无需留恋。

最后，附上新海诚导演在电影宣传小册子上写的一段话：“这是一部献给所有正值青春期的年轻人和内心仍旧怀抱青春期残片的大人们的电影。我赌上了自己的全部来完成它的制作，希望大家能乐在其中。”
