I like travelling very much， this years winter vacation I went to wuxi，

Shanghai， wuzhen and zhouzhuang， really appreciate the beauty of them!

Wuzhen is the place where I was like， it is so quiet， so has the charm， let

a person fondle admiringly! It has the very big difference and zhouzhuang，

although is "small bridge， flowing water， somebody elses style， but the quiet

wuzhen is zhouzhuang not comparable! Wuzhen is not so busy， zhouzhuang so noisy，

but its style is one big scenery!

Listening to zhouzhuang singing tune， let I as if place oneself in the old

jiangnan dragon boat， a beat my heart a position. There is no noise， only the

sweet ship tune! This is shen three thousand hometown -- zhouzhuang! Beautiful

river， ancient， and with a style of old bridge， guarded the beautiful land of

this one party!

Todays wuxi， let me have to admire it， though the beautiful night view

than Shanghai， but it is also the mainland top ten charm city! The charm of it

is still in the scenery around it. For example： li garden， three kingdoms city，

water margin and Tang Cheng beautiful scenery of wuxi city， it is no wonder that

wuxi would be so charming. Shanghai is a city that never sleeps， this word is

true. On the beauty of the bund， looking at star of the Oriental pearl tower， a

kind of want to stay in Shanghai， live in Shanghai will be instantly. In the

Oriental pearl tower in Shanghai at night is really an enjoyment， sparkling the

huangpu river， those dots of lights， and there will be a very romantic feeling!

I live in the hotel in nanjing road， visit the store every night， feeling really

Spring Festival was my favorite Chinese festival when I was a child. At

that time, I had a great time. Every year at that time I could dress new

clothes, get lucky money from relatives and seldom receive criticism from my

mother. Everything seems such wonderful. However, as I grow up, I find Spring

Festival is less and less interesting. I just feel that as usual. What’s worse,

with the fireworks, I find Spring Festival is a noisy festival. So I don’t like

it any more.

It is summertime. The park has many trees. It has a baseball field. It has

a water fountain. The water is cool. Kids play in the water fountain. Their feet

get wet. Their clothes get wet. They sit down in the fountain. They run around

in the fountain. They splash in the fountain. They have fun.

THE ONLY MAGICAL THING----Map There was only one thing in the world that

wanted to play, and that guy’s name was Jack. He wanted to be a pirate one day,

and found treasure in pirate islands… He had a conversation with his mother one

day for certain. It was about being a pirate one day for once in his

lifetime…

“Mom, I want to be a pirate one day, and find treasures in buried islands

and…” “Whoa! Hold there son, what do you mean by, you what to be a pirate?”

castle’ then I could be a pirate sooner or later.

And so his mother showed him a riddle clue, which had many words written on

it, “All you have to do is answer the riddles and you will arrive at your

destination;” so Jack took the map, and head out for the wicked castle

immediately, “Now let us see, two choices to make; which one is it that I need

to take?” then he suddenly felt a little twinkle among his eyes, he looked at

the map; “That’s it!” he opened the map and placed it upon him. “Now, I just

need to figure this one out.”

He read it out loud, “Choose the path that has round hard things the most…”

then he thought about it, he looked at each side; first, he checked the left;

“There is nothing very hard on this side, or even round!” the he checked the

other side, known as the right; “Look, there is a pile of rocks here, they are

very hard; and round, and there are plenty of them!”

He walked to the right, and then he went straight on. At last he came to a

big castle, it has many traps; and so Jack decided to use the map and find clues

so that he won’t get lost…

He first came to the front door, and then he opened the map, read the

riddle; “Watch out for the monster, with two pairs of wings; and come in the

spring, it is giant, I warn you…” then he answered, “The only flying thing that

has two pairs of wings is a dragon fly!” when he said “Dragonfly”

d-r-a-g-o-n-f-l-y; a giant dragonfly flew past his eyes!

“Whoa!” shouted Jack, he then read the riddle, “look around you; use the

one, as sharp as a knife;” Jack looked around himself, then he found a big sharp

needle; it was huge! He used all his might and picked it up, and then he sprang

it to the monster. The monster fell down immediately, as if dead.

Then Jack had beaten the giant ‘Dragonfly’d-r-a-g-o-n-f-l-y, he was ready

to see the sorcerer. He was casting a spell when Jack came in, he interrupted

him; and so the sorcerer shouted, “What are you doing stranger?” he asked, “Can

you make me a pirate?” “What! Nobody has ever done that spell before;

never!”

And so Jack had to keep on being a normal boy, he was satisfied sometimes,

but also was glad that he didn’t turn into a pirate. “The map is ‘the only

magical thing’ in this world…

Fall is the third season of a year . There are three months in fall : July

, August and september . The weather in fall is cool , Sometimes it’s windy . I

can wear my jackets and jeans . I often fly kites and go hiking with my good

friends. And there are many fruits in fall , Just like : apples , bananas ,

oranges…… And the Mid Autuain Festival is in fall , too . So I like fall very

much.

There are lots of things you can do. First, you can ride your bike in your

neighbourhood and try to find some kids. When you find some, you can go up and

talk to them. You should also let your parents know that you want to make

friends because they can help you. Second, you can ask your parents to take you

to the library or some(public) places where there are lots of kids. You could

try joining an art class or a sports club. These are all great ways to meet

people. Third, you can try making friends in it if you go outing to take part in

activities on Sundays.(you can try making friends at churches too if you go to

说句老实话，我并不希望她考全年级或全班第一名，也不希望她代表学校参加什么类似的什么化学或数学大赛，我希望的是;学校能让她在快快乐乐的环境中学习，而不是现在的每晚的晚自习到十点后才能回家，我需要的是她在学校能学到发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的能力，而不是她现在的顺着老师的教学思路作个解题的考试第一，也可能她将来考上重点大学甚至清华北大的机会非常大，那样会对学校重点大学的录取率添光彩，但我却并不想让她在国内上大学，象清华北大这样的国内名校在世界大学排名中连200名之内都进不了，那种老师在课堂上灌，学生顺着老师思路往下走的模式，我会在孩子高中毕业能自立后与之彻底断绝的。

人在一生中学生时代并不多，她们毕竟是要走入社会进行竞争的，我最大的希望是让她们在学生时代能在快乐的环境中学习，而且，最好用讨论形式的方法学习，老师可以提出问题，也可引导学生提出问题，培养学生发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的能力，而不是满堂灌输，让学生跟着老师走，培养的学生最后成为解题的机器，以便迈过进大学的这道门槛。我希望学校不要用公式或定律及名人来限制学生思想的自由发挥，什么能量守衡定律，物质不灭定律，一开始就把学生束缚在一个框框里，使学生不敢想永动机、不敢对已有的事物进行创新，要知道，任何真理都是相对的，有的定律公式都有它的阶段性，就像相对论出来前，人们认为时间是永恒的一样，就连早期数学1+1时等于2，但到高等数学出来、或把1+1放在社会学中，放在哲学中时就有可能不等于2了，而我恰恰希望的是老师能带出能提出类似问题的学生。

国外有的名校是不招高考状元的，因他们认为，学习好的学生一定在全面素质的培养上不能均衡发展，因一个人的精力是有限的，不可能在各个方面都优秀，有人作过统计，从我国恢复高考以来，每年的高考状元加起来有几千人，按出类拔萃、特优秀、优秀等分类，出类拔萃的人就没有一个是从高考状元中产生的，有些免强进入特优秀行例，但人数少得可怜，也仅仅是当了厅级以上的干部，而在学术上是没有任何成果的，与此同时，也是这么长时间，美国人却拿了几十个诺贝尔奖，在国际一流学术刊物上发表的论文就更多了。

美国密歇根大学的校长访华时说过这么一句话，“在我校，有一条原则，一个学生如果在老师出题的考卷上得到满分，他只能得B;如果他的一个想法让教授大吃一惊，他才能得A”，遵敬的校长阁下，您的能力足以证明您的才华可以领导学校向世界一流学校看齐，但却不是这样拼命死学的方法。

A Happy Day

Today is Saturday， my family and I go to have a picnicin the park， I feel so excited， because our family does not have the activityfor a long time. At first， I go to see the park and play for a while， then Icome back to my parents， and join them. I play games with my parents， theylaugh happily. Today is a happy day for me.
