The complete name of this statue is Liberty Enlightening the World. It is

为维护正常教育教学秩序，保障师生合法休息权利，保证中小学生度过健康、安全、文明、有意义的假期。按照省教育厅工作要求，结合我市实际，现就2021年全市中小学校假期工作安排通知如下。

一、寒暑假假期安排

1.义务教育阶段学校：寒假1月30日(腊月十八)至2月28日(正月十七)，3月1日(正月十八)开学;暑假(含农忙假期)7月7日至8月31日，9月1日(星期三)开学。

2.普通高中学校(含高考补习学校)：寒假2月6日(腊月廿五)至2月28日(正月十七)，3月1日(正月十八)开学;暑假(含农忙假期)7月14日至8月31日，9月1日(星期三)开学。

3.严禁随意增减假期时限，学校因学业水平考试、中考和高考等设置考点考试、农忙假期等其他原因需调整假期安排的，要按照对等时间调整，经县(市、区)教育局批准后报市教育局备案。调休的时间安排应提前向社会公示。

4.幼儿园在当地中小学寒暑假期间，根据家长需要，以不影响家长工作为原则，工作人员可以采取轮流方式休假。具体办法由幼儿园举办者确定。

二、公共节假日

全市中小学幼儿园公共节假日原则上按照国家有关规定执行，具体放假调休安排如下。

1.元旦：2021年1月1日(星期五)至3日(星期日)放假。

2.清明节：4月3日(星期六)至5日(星期一)放假。

3.劳动节：5月1日(星期六)至5日(星期三)放假，4月25日(星期日)、5月8日(星期六)上课。

4.端午节：6月12日(星期六)至14日(星期一)放假。

5.中秋节：9月19日(星期日)至21日(星期二)放假，9月18日(星期六)上课。

6.国庆节：10月1日(星期五)至7日(星期四)放假，9月26日(星期日)、10月9日(星期六)上课。

三、切实做好假期安全宣传教育和安全防范工作

要认真贯彻《山东省学校安全条例》，牢固树立安全第一思想，高度重视学生的安全教育和学校安全工作，切实把安全教育工作做足、做细、做实。各学校要深刻认识今冬明春是疫情防控的关键时期，进一步完善校园突发疫情应急处置预案，统筹常态化疫情防控和教学科研工作，及早谋划、科学安排师生员工寒假放假期间疫情防控工作，切实守好教育系统疫情防线。学校和各类校外活动场所等组织的各项活动均要精心设计，做好安全预案和安全检查，防止各类安全事故的发生。及时做好校舍及设施设备的检查、维护、改造和修缮工作，要重点排查寄宿制学校、农村学校、边远山区学校(含幼儿园)的校舍、校车、厕所、围墙以及校园周边建筑情况，对存在安全隐患的切实做好整改。通过召开班会和家长会、发放宣传资料、致家长一封信、校园网站等形式向学生和家长进行防溺水、防煤气中毒、防意外伤害、防火、防食物中毒、防交通事故等安全知识教育，要引导学生和家长慎重选择假期出行(游)地点、交通工具和旅游服务机构，确保学生生命安全。

四、科学指导学生的假期生活

各县(市、区)和各中小学校要立足于丰富假期生活、增强实践能力、培养创新精神、促进健康成长，为学生提供系统科学的假期生活指导。要加强对学生的中华传统文化教育，引导学生和家长利用好春节、清明节、端午节、中秋节等传统节日，加强对传统节日文化知识的普及，增强学生对传统节日的认知和理解，让广大青少年更好地了解传统节日、认同传统节日、喜爱传统节日。要坚持知行合一，鼓励学生积极参与志愿服务等多种形式的社会实践活动和公益活动。要支持学生社团活动，向服务区域内的中小学生开放学校图书馆、艺术教室、体育场馆和实验室等活动设施，为学生自主探究和实践活动提供帮助。要充分发挥校外活动场所、图书馆、科技馆、博物馆、城市展览馆、体育馆等公共资源优势，为学生提供内容丰富、形式多样、多种可选的活动项目，吸引更多学生参与。要加强与社区和家长合作，建立学校、社区和家庭“三位一体”的假期工作体系。教育和引导中小学生在假期文明出行、文明上网，引导家长加强对子女假期上网的教育管理，使学生自觉抵制不良信息的侵害，合理安排上网时间，不沉溺网络。发动社区力量，关爱留守儿童。帮助家长合理安排子女假期活动，指导子女从事力所能及的家务劳动，增强自理和自护自救能力，提高孝亲敬老、服务家庭的意识。

五、规范中小学校假期工作

学校要充分利用假期时间，积极开展教师培训，提高教育教学水平和能力。各县(市、区)和学校不得以任何借口在假期要求或组织学生集体到校上课、补课或统一组织自习，不得以任何形式参与、组织学生参加各类辅导培训班，禁止学校在假期联合或将校舍租借给社会力量办学机构用于开办补习班、培训班，严禁商业活动、商业广告进校园，发放的奖状、证书、奖品、致家长的一封信、假期安排等物品或通知中不得夹带或隐含商业广告，坚决杜绝违规办学行为。深入开展在职教师有偿补课等问题专项整治工作，严肃查处有偿补课等违规违纪行为。

各县(市、区)教育局和中小学校节假日期间要安排好值班和安全保卫等工作，坚持校园值班制度和信息报告制度，维护假期校园秩序，遇有重大突发事件发生，要按规定及时报告并妥善处置，确保师生平安愉快地度过节日假期。

现就2020-2021学年寒暑假放假有关事项通知如下，请遵照执行。

一、放假安排

(一)寒假。义务教育阶段学校和幼儿园放假时间为2021年1月18日(星期一)至2021年2月21日(星期日);普通高中放假时间为2021年1月25日(星期一)至2021年2月21日(星期日)。考虑到毕业复习考试，初三年级放假时间为2021年2月1日(星期一)至2021年2月21日(星期日);高三年级放假时间为2021年2月8日(星期一)至2021年2月21日(星期日)。2021年春季学期开学时间统一为2021年2月22日(星期一)。

(三)中小学寒、暑假期间一律不得安排学生返校或补课。幼儿园寒、暑假期间依家长申请可开设假期留园班，各县(市)区教育局要结合当地疫情防控需要加强监管，确保幼儿园安全稳定。

二、强化校园疫情防控和安全工作

四、科学指导学生假期生活

数学对我来说太难了，老师讲的太快，以至于我不能听懂。每次数学考试我都不及格，我的爸爸很生气，他不让我看电视，也不让我出去玩，我很难过。数学老师总是让我去办公室，给我讲题。我开始不害怕犯错，因为我还可以改正。我不断的练习，加快了我的做题速度，并且不忘记预习和复习。在最近的一次考试里，我的数学成绩达到了优秀。一个好的学习者有很多好的学习习惯。
