根据省教育厅假期安排有关要求，结合我市实际和传统节日时间，现就2021年全市普通中小学假期时间安排有关工作通知如下。

一、统一安排假期时间

(一)寒假：义务教育阶段学校具体时间为2021年1月30日(腊月十八)至2月28日(正月十七)，3月1日(正月十八)开学;普通高中学校具体时间为2021年2月6日(腊月廿五)至2月28日(正月十七)，3月1日(正月十八)开学。

(二)暑假：义务教育阶段学校具体时间为2021年7月3日至8月29日，8月30日开学;普通高中学校具体时间为2021年7月10日至8月29日，8月30日开学。

(三)公共节假日：原则上按照国务院办公厅关于2021年部分节假日安排的通知执行。

(四)因特殊情况需要调整寒暑假安排的县区，须提前按规定程序审批和备案。严禁随意增减假期时间。学校因学业水平考试、中考和高考等设置考点考试、寄宿制、农忙假期等原因确需调整的，可结合实际安排调休，但调休时间要保证国家规定的放假天数，调休的时间安排应提前向社会公示并经县区教育行政部门批准报市教育局备案。

二、相关工作要求

(一)统筹做好疫情防控工作。各县区各学校要深刻认识今冬明春疫情防控形势的严峻性，牢牢守住教育系统疫情防线，开展多种形式的常见传染病防治和知识宣传教育活动，开展校园爱国卫生运动，倡导文明、绿色、健康生活方式，及早谋划寒假和春季开学安排，统筹常态化疫情防控和教学工作。学校可根据实际采取“错峰”措施，安排学生分批次有序离校返校，妥善安排留校师生寒假生活。守牢学校大门，加强寒假期间人员的出入管控，严格实行“测温+亮码+身份核实”的访客登记制度。学校体育设施暂停对外开放。要在驻地应对新冠肺炎疫情联防联控机制(领导小组、指挥部)指导下，及早谋划2021年春季学期开学工作，适时发布本地本校春季学期开学安排。有效落实学生每天1小时以上的体育锻炼时间，继续保持勤洗手、“一米线”、防集聚、戴口罩、保持社交距离等良好习惯。强化源头管控，要求离校师生员工不到国内外疫情重点区域，教育师生减少走亲访友、减少聚餐活动，坚持“非必要不外出”，原则上不跨省出行，如确需离鲁的，须向学校报备。

(二)统筹做好放假前各项工作。各县区教育行政部门要对中小学校放假前的各项工作进行检查、指导。各中小学校要成立假期工作领导小组，制定详细的假期工作安排，明确任务，责任到人，确保落实。要组织全体教师学习好《新时代中小学教师职业行为十项准则》、《中小学教师违反职业道德行为处理办法(2018年修订)》、《山东省对违规从事普通中小学办学行为责任追究办法》(省政府令第255号)和《菏泽市教育局

(三)科学指导学生假期生活。各县区教育行政部门和中小学校要深入学习宣传党的十九大精神，以社会主义核心价值观为引领安排好学生精神文化生活，认真贯彻省、市“减负”工作的部署，严格控制学生寒假作业总量。小学低年级不布置书面假期作业，让学生真正度过一个愉快、祥和的寒假。立足于丰富假期生活、增强实践能力、培养创新精神、促进健康成长，为学生提供系统科学的假期生活指导。要加强革命传统教育、创新教育、实践教育、传统文化教育和劳动教育，指导学生通过开展研学旅行、职业体验、志愿服务、劳动体验等途径拓展视野、丰富知识，增强社会适应能力、社会责任感和公民意识。本着就近、方便、安全的原则，学校可适当布置一些科技、文化、艺术、体育、家政等实践活动，参与宣传垃圾分类、制止餐饮浪费和文明城市创建的社会调查和社区服务。要合理安排作业，布置一些能够激发兴趣、开阔视野、锻炼意志的开放性作业，着眼于培养学生的探究能力和实践能力，切实减轻学生课业负担。要支持学生社团活动，向服务区域内的中小学生开放学校的图书馆、艺术教室、体育场馆和实验室等活动设施，为学生自主探究和实践活动提供帮助。要充分发挥校外活动场所、图书馆、博物馆、展览馆、体育馆等公共资源优势，为学生提供内容丰富、形式多样、多种可选的活动项目，吸引更多学生参与。要教育学生自觉坚持体育锻炼和注意用眼卫生，严格控制使用电子产品的时间,每次持续时间不要超过30分钟，每天累计不能超过2小时。要加强与社区和家长合作，建立学校、社区和家庭“三位一体”的假期工作体系。

(四)严格规范学校假期工作。假期期间，各县区教育行政部门和中小学校要严格执行省、市关于开展中小学校违规补课、在职教师有偿家教专项整治工作有关规定。不得以任何理由组织学生集体到校上课(包括网上统一上课)、补课或统一组织自习，不得以任何形式参与、组织学生参加各类辅导培训班，禁止学校联合或将校舍租借给社会力量办学机构用于开办补习班、培训班。严禁中小学校为校外培训机构有偿补课提供教育教学设施或学生信息;严禁在职中小学教师组织、推荐和诱导学生参加校内外有偿补课;严禁在职中小学教师参加校外培训机构或由其他教师、家长、家长委员会等组织的有偿补课;严禁在职中小学教师为校外培训机构和他人介绍生源、提供相关信息。各教育行政部门、各中小学校要落实责任，通过明查暗访、设立公开监督举报电话、邮箱等方式，接受社会监督，对有禁不止、违规从事有偿补课的学校和教师，依法依规予以严肃查处。

(五)做好假期安全教育和安全保障工作。各县区教育行政部门和中小学校要认真贯彻《山东省学校安全条例》，牢固树立安全责任意识，高度重视学生的安全教育和学校安全工作，制定假期安全工作实施方案和应急预案，完善安全措施,落实安全责任,切实把安全工作做足、做细、做实。各中小学校要及时做好对校舍及设施设备的检查、维护、改造和修缮工作，对存在安全隐患的切实做好整改。要坚持校园值班制度和信息报告制度，如遇紧急情况要及时准确上报，并迅速采取有效措施妥善应对和处置，维护假期校园秩序和安全。要通过召开班会和家长会、上安全教育课、发放宣传资料等多种形式认真开展放假前安全教育，特别要加强学生和家长进行预防交通事故、火灾、食物中毒、一氧化碳中毒、触电、传染病、溺水、冰上安全事故及传销和防止被盗、被抢、被诈骗案件发生等方面的安全知识教育，提高学生的安全意识和自防自救能力。教育学生遵守烟花爆竹禁燃的有关规定，不得参与赌博和变相赌博，不搞迷信活动，不看不健康的书刊，不沉迷于网络游戏。各校要在放假前以“给家长的一封信”等形式，要求家长做好子女的安全教育和监护。教师要利用假期，有计划地开展家访活动。

(六)做好控辍保学及特殊群体关爱工作。各县区教育行政部门和中小学校要认真落实市政府办公室《关于进一步加强控辍保学提高义务教育巩固水平的通知》(菏政办发〔2018〕53号)要求，关注学困生、厌学学生动向，突出抓好重点学段和重点时段，落实书面报告制度，全力做好劝返工作。要利用假期组织教师重点对留守儿童、进城务工人员随迁子女、贫困家庭学生等进行一次全面家访，交流相关情况，引导家长关注孩子心理健康，帮助孩子养成良好行为习惯，切实履行监护职责。

(七)统筹做好开学前准备工作。要做好学校财产整理、校舍修缮工作,切实加强安全保卫工作，安排好值班人员，落实安全责任制，做好防火、防盗工作。要利用寒假做好下学期开学的各项准备工作，确保新学期顺利开学。

There was once an old goat that was very, very old; he could barely walk,

eat grass among the fields.

您好！

在这美丽的校园里的每一棵大树，从我跨进校门的那一刻起，也跟着我一起茁壮成长，那时我走进那陌生的校园，来到那陌生的班级，看到那陌生的同学和老师，我独自一人做到那孤寂的座位上，当时教我们数学的杨老师静静地走到了我的身旁，摸这我的小脑袋，亲切的对我说：“你怎么不和同学们一块儿玩呢？”我回答道：“我害怕她们不愿意和我一起玩”我低下头轻声的说道。杨老师用那慈爱般的目光看着我，微笑了一下，说道：“她们不会的，不信你可以去试一下呀，试着和她们一起玩吧，在杨老师的鼓励下，我终于鼓起勇气，站起身，走过去，红着脸对她们打着招呼，而她们正如杨老师所说，真的不会不跟我玩，她们非常友好的和我握手，并对我笑了一下，还和我一起玩。

过了一段时间，以前那一张张陌生的脸，一个个陌生的人，都变得熟悉了，到时和她们那平淡的友谊，顿时变得纯真了，变得更加深厚了，更加真情了。就在一次测试中，朋友对我乐于帮助的真情给了我很大的信心，当时我忘记带笔了，顿时我眼前出现了一支崭新的笔，一抬头，一双大大的眼睛里面包含了真情，小丽她亲切的说道：“你还真是健忘呀，以后不允许了哟，要考好成绩呀！”我缓缓的伸出手接住那友谊的象征——一支笔，那支笔，到我手中仿佛重若千斤，让我深深的为我们这纯真的友谊而感动，虽然事情发生了很久，但至今我还是铭记在心。

绿油油的草地曾是我们欢乐的世界，明亮宽敞的教室曾是赋予我们知识的圣殿，再升旗台的面前我们严肃的对着国旗，唱着国歌......校园里所有曾经发生过的事情，都深深的刻在我的脑海里，六年的时光就这样流逝了，我们要对这伟大的母校说声“再见”了！

再见，敬爱的母校，尊敬的老师，敬爱的同学们，在这温暖的小学时代；里，您给予我温暖的怀抱，您给予我慈母般的爱，您给予我真诚的鼓励，你给予我最纯真的友谊，这些都将是着温暖的小时代里，最刻骨铭心的回忆！

我知道现在的你是不屑于看到关于你小时候的文字的，也许你还会说“幼稚”。但是，你知道吗，翻看这些文字，对当妈妈的我来说，可是亲切又隐隐有些伤感的，就如同我喜欢你熟悉的《目送》里提到的那样：

“我慢慢地、慢慢地了解到，所谓父女母子一场，只不过意味着，你和他的缘分就是今生今世不断地在目送他的背影渐行渐远。你站立在小路的这一端，看着他逐渐消失在小路转弯的地方，而且，他用背影默默告诉你：不必追。”

我记得小升初语文考完的时候，你对我说：“妈妈，《目送》我没读懂。”，是的，儿子，你没读懂，我虽然读了几遍，也还是没有全懂。但有一点妈妈是明了的，那就是：儿子，在过去的十二年里，我在牵着你、拽着你走，但在未来的日子里，我将逐渐放开我的手，在我爱恋和担忧的目光中，你的背影将渐行渐远。

反省过去的十二年，我像大多数的中国父母一样，对你的生活包办太多、干预太多，所以，你的一些缺点，我是负了很大责任的。从现在开始，我要逐步改变我的教育方式，用一种更智慧的方式来陪伴你，有时候你可能会不满意，但等你真正懂事之后，你就会明白妈妈的用心的。

不管你将来选择什么样的生活，走什么样的路，以下几点是你今后成为一个好男儿的先决条件：

一、一个有爱心的人。

你从小就是一个有爱心的孩子，家人身体不舒服，你会不停地去嘘寒问暖，同学生病了，你会献上自己的一份爱心。这两年你长大一点了，好像觉得酷酷的才是大丈夫，其实我知道，你有时候酷酷的表情下仍旧有一颗善感的心。儿子，不要把你的光和热隐藏起来，该释放的时候就要释放，该付出的时候就要付出，这不会影响你成为一个大丈夫，相反，有情有义的好男儿更值得人敬重。

二、一个有广阔胸襟的人。

一个人的胸襟有多宽广，取决于他看过多少的书，走过多少的路，见过多少的人，所谓“读万卷书，行万里路，阅千种人”即是如此。

我很骄傲你从小就养成了爱读书的习惯，我很欣慰你从小就能在书中找到乐趣。读书要读杂一点，就像吃饭一样，吃杂一点营养才均衡。你喜欢看自然、历史、科学、幻想类的书，文学类的书汲取有点不足。书有一时的书和一世的书之分，你现在看的魔幻、漫画类的书部分就是一时的书，在这个阶段你会特别喜欢，但过了这个阶段你就会觉得它们过于苍白和羸弱。我也曾经尝试着去看那些青春幻想小说，但实在看不进去，相反像曹文轩的《草房子》和沈石溪的《斑羚飞渡》，甚至汤素兰的“笨狼系列”这样的儿童文学我都看得津津有味，看来好书的读者是不分年龄的。一世的书适合不同的年龄，不同的心境，譬如我喜欢的《红楼梦》，有才子佳人，有诗词歌赋，有亭台楼阁，有玉食珍馐……不同年龄，不同阅历的人去看，都会找到感兴趣的东西。像你看《三国演义》，小时候把连环画都翻破了，现在看文字版的也一样津津有味。读书能提高人生的高度，看一本书、两本书没有什么感觉，看多了就会发现：世界，真的不一样了!

不知你是否还记得那篇《带着女儿走天涯》?它当初让我多么地兴奋和激动，于是等你身体比较好了之后我就开始尽其所能地带你去各地旅游。早几年，你更多的是享受旅途上和朋友嬉戏的快乐，现在的你，已经开始领略各地的文化了。昨天我们又去了都江堰，在离堆公园干妈指着一尊雕塑问：“张松是张飞的儿子吗?”你说：“不是，是刘璋的部下。”然后，每到一处景点，你会认真察看景点介绍，诵读各种对联，虽然有些繁体字你不认识，但还是一样饶有兴致。

“阅千种人”会丰富你的社会经验，增强交往能力和合作能力。我们把你从家乡小县城送到嘉祥这所大都市的名校，就是为了让你在这样一个优秀的群体里，和来自各地的优秀学子一起，互相碰撞，互相包容，互相学习，从而让优秀成为一种习惯，从而为今后很好地适应社会奠定基础。

三、一个自律的人。
