This is our school library . It s openfrom 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning

and from 1:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon . It s not verylarge . It has only

three assistants and about two thousand books . The assistants are friendly and

the books are interesting . So we often come here after class . From thelibrary

, you can borrow two books at a time , and keep them for two weeks . In its

reading room , there are tables and chairs . There you can do your homework or

read the magazines .

Since we were born, we are meant to face the stage of study and work until

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

policy.” It signifies the importance of honesty.

What are the benefits of honesty? If you are honest to others, they will be

honest to you in return. When you are sad, they will comfort you. When you are

in trouble, they will help you.

There is no enumerating the evils of dishonesty here. In a word, a

dishonest man will be looked down upon by others and (be) regarded as a public

enemy.

People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never

give up. I agree with it. The power of insistence is infinite. It can bring us

to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned

time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished

it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my

house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation.

When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but

thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and refused to leave

them another day. Today’s thing should be done in today. That’s my faith. My

I will be a middle school student soon. when I look back on my pass days, I

find myself don’t make a difference, I play most of the time and don’t focus on

my study. Now I make up my mind. In the future days, I must study with all my

Many years ago, I saw a science fiction film, which described a future

world. The way people lived was very different. They could drive cars in the

sky. Everything in the future world was so convenient. Since then, I was always

curious about how the future world would become. The fling cars seemed so

After I go to school, teachers always tell me to study hard, so that I can

Water is a kind of liquid. It has no taste or smell. It is transparent, too. Water is useful and is important to us. Why? For example, we use water to water the plants. We use water to wash our face or to have a bath. We drink water or we will die…Water is also very important for China. There are still a few people who are not protecting the water now in the world. For example, some factories pour waste things into the rivers, lakes or into the sea near by. The water there has become very dirty and we can’t use them at all. Although there are seventy–five per sent of water in the world, we can only use fresh water, that there is only a little. So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean. You may ask yourself, have I ever poured or thrown dirty things into the water? If your answer is “No”, that means you have already helped to protect the environment. It is our duty to protect the environment. You may ask yourself again, have I ever helped to clean up the water? If your answer is “Yes”, that means that you have already done something useful to improve the water. If we use up all the water, it is difficult for us to get it from anywhere, including the universe. It is terrible to think that people are too thirsty to live! If life is a banquet,Friendshipis a flower. Friendship is to our life

what water is to fish. If you are in trouble, friends will surround you and

remove the barriers for you. Friendship plays an important role in our daily

life. I’ll cherish my friendship forever.

When I was in Grade 3 in senior high school, because of serious headache, I

couldn’t go to school. The doctor said that I must have a rest for a week. Once

hearing that, I was anxious. The step of Gaokao approaches. The subjects are

quite difficult. One night at eleven o’clock when we heard someone knock the

door, mum opened the door. Li Ming came in .He walked towards my bed and asked

my body. Then he said he would help me with the subjects. I didn’t agree with

him .After a day’s classes he was very tired. But he insisted on helping me with

the subjects. In the end, I agreed. Whether it was fine or not, he came

punctually. I was deeply impressed by his kindness. Apart from helping me with

the subjects, he also comforted me. And I felt better. As proverb says “If you

tell your sorrow to your friends, your sorrow will be reduced by half.” I

thought he had helped me a lot. If he had not helped me with the subjects at

that time, I firmly believed I would have fallen behind others. I felt an

immense gratitude to Li Ming. I was happy to have such a friend.

To sum up, a life without a friend is a life without sun. Friendship is one

of the most valuable things in life. We should treasure our friendship.

People always attach the importance to the promise, they hate people who

break their promise. I remember once a time, my friend asked me to go to see the

movie with her, I said yes without hesitation. But on that day, I forgot about

the date, I just woke up late and then played computer games in my bedroom. My

friends called me, she asked why did I disappear, I said I was sleeping at home,

she became very angry, until then did I think about our date. I felt so sorry, I

break my promise for the first time, I realize I did the very bad thing. Even

though I apologized for many times, my friend was still angry with me. I learn

the lesson, promise is very important, we must keep it, other people will see

through our personality to decide what kind of person we are.

October 1st is the national day of our country, which is a public holiday

for the whole country. It’s an important day that marks the beginning of PRC. On

that day, there are plenty of celebrations holding throughout the country, from

the central government to the general people. And public places, including big

squares, parks are decorated in festive theme. In recent years, the national

holiday means the golden week as well, which is a short holiday that all people

expect to. With the improvement of living standards, people have more money and

desire to travel and the golden week is a good chance for them. Besides, for

those people who would not go out, it’s a good time to have a good rest as well.

Therefore, the national day means a lot to the Chinese.
