Finally, everybody is affected by global warming. Therefore, it is

important that governments involve individuals in the problem solving process.

For example they should encourage households to save as much energy as possible

by using more efficient light bulbs or less hot water. They should also

encourage the public to recycle, and this should be compulsory for everyone.

Another way of saving energy is by public transport systems. Governments should

spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to

save energy.

OnFriendshipEveryone needs friendship. No one can sail the ocean of life

single handed. We need help from, and also give help to, others. In the modern

age, people attach more importance to relations and connections. A man of

charisma has many friends. His power lies in his ability to give.The term,

friend, covers a wide range of raeanings. It can be a nodding acquaintance, a

comrade, a confident, a partner, a playmate, a brother, an intimate etc.As life

is full of strife and conflict, we need friends to support and help as out of

difficulties. Our frinods give us warnings against danger. True friends share

not only joy but, more often than not, they share sorrow.With friendship, life

is happy and harmonious. Without friendship, life is hostile and unfortunate. I

have friends in the rank and file. Some are rich and in power. Some are low and

common. Some are like myself, working as a teacher, reading and writing and

content with the simple life we have. To many of my friends, I know what to

I still remember the year when I failed the collage entrance exmination.Iwas feeling lost,and no idea about what my life is going to be.My teachet came to me,and she said she understand how I felt inside now.She also told me its very common that students who are like me will go though a hard time. She told me that failure was a part of life, which was not the end but a new beginning. And she encouraged me to go back to the school to start a new. I was convinced in the end and decided to give another try.

Now Ive graduated from collage and got a very good job.I know all my success owns to my kind teacher. Ill work harder and never give up again.

When doing the same thing, some people success but some fail. There must be

many factors leading that result. In my view, the most important factor is the

difference of confidence, determination and sociability are the foundation and

condition of success.

First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as

confidence is the basic need for success. If someone always thinks he can’t do

this or that well, then he can’t finish it well. For example, when a person is

being interviewed, if he doesn’t believe he can do that job well, how can he act

believable, so how can the interviewers trust his ability? Therefore, the
