In my spare time, I like to read novels.  I think reading could enlargemy knowledge.  As for novels, I could imagine whatever I like such as a well-known scientist or a kung-fu master.  In addition to reading, I also like to play PC games.  A lot of grownups think playing PC games hinders the students from learning.  But I think PC games could motivate me to learn something such as English or Japanese. My favorite course is English because I think it is interesting to say one thing via different sounds.  I wish my English could be improved in the next four years and be able to speak fluent English in the future.

I have a funny friend. He is twelve years old. His home is not far from mine. We usually go shopping together. His hobby is playing the piano. He can play lots of songs. He has a big piano. It is beautiful. His father is a worker. He works in TianTong Company. He likes reading newspapers. He usually reads newspapers after dinner. He is a great boy.

上一次，给朋友的生日礼物我花了好多心思。那是我的好朋友要过生日了，我还没有准备给她的生日礼物，怎么办？我们这群死党，过生日可以送比较便宜的礼物， 但一定要能表达心意和祝福。记得以前看到过一本书上写了制作章鱼挂钩地方法，于是，我打算做一只八脚章鱼送给她。

第一步先要准备一些东西，剪刀、硬纸板、胶水和报纸。我接着看下去，要把报纸弄成糊状，可是我没有东西来做。但我灵机一动，对了，我就用一些金色的贴纸来 帖章鱼表面吧。我拿出硬纸板，把它按书上的样子剪了下来，可是我仔细观察了一下它，唉，和书上画的差别太大了，简直就不是一种东西。其实我动手能力还是比 较强的，但这次不知道为什么就是做不好。我有点着急了，心想：“镇定，不要慌，想想怎么修改。”我又审视了一下面前的这个“八脚怪”，没什么，也就只是腿 少了几条，形状不大对。形状在修改一下，再粘上几条退步就差不多了？于是我又在硬纸板上剪下了四条腿，从背面粘到身体上，恩，这样看上去美观多啦。

我拿来贴纸，先把它比着章鱼画出一个轮廓，然后剪下来，掀开背面的纸，贴在了章鱼身上。可是没想到，贴纸还不是那么好贴的。刚贴上去就有许多不平整、打卷 的地方。我试了好几次都没有成功。最后，就在我打算么去买礼物的时候，突然想到一个好主意，我按住贴纸的一头，用力拉另一头。费了好大的功夫，我才弄平 它。心里顿时松了一口气。这就差不多完工了，还有一个步骤，要贴上眼睛和嘴，粘上挂线。我用红贴纸做眼睛和嘴，然后用胶带把红线挂上去，这就大功告成。

现在，我去那个朋友家还经常会看到那个挂钩，那时，我就会想起我制作它的种种困难。
