当我远离家门，来到人地两生的美国打工求学，当我以稚嫩的双肩和孤独的心灵迎接美洲大陆的冷风热雨和太平洋上的狂风恶浪，我突然发现我竟是如此留恋父母羽翼下的温暖与安全。刚到美国半年的时候，我从炎热的南方小镇转学到冰天雪地的北方城市，那时的我不仅在经济上陷入困境，而且正经受着我有生以来所遇到的感情事业上的双重重大挫折。有一天，我从打工的餐馆趟着没过脚面的积雪回到住处，从信箱里找到一封家信。我迫不及待地拆开阅读，一行行多么熟悉多么温暖的字迹映入眼帘：“孩子，北方冷不冷?你带的衣服够不够?用不用爸爸妈妈给你寄衣服被褥过去?打工学习累不累?可千万别冻着、累着。”读着一句句体贴的话语，感到就像我小时候父母用慈爱的手轻轻抚摸我的头顶。我再也不能控制自己的情感，多少委屈、多少思念一起涌上心头，我就这么一只手扶着信箱，一只手举着信，站在路边放声大哭，让肆虐的寒风吹干我脸上小河一样的泪水。父亲!母亲!父爱!母爱!在我的心中是这样的重!

与父母天各一方这么多年，虽然时时互通电话但仍有咫尺天涯之感，来自大洋彼岸的每一封家书、每一张照片都令我爱不释手，百看不厌，实有杜甫“烽火连三月，家书抵万金。白头搔更短，浑欲不胜簪”的境界。多少次我问北美的季风，你们把五大湖上空的云海吹聚又吹散的同时，可否向远方的父母带去我心中的思念?多少次我问浩瀚的大海，你们把地球上所有河流都涵纳的时候，是否也溶进了父母对我的牵挂?

我的爹娘!我用什么来回报您们给我的恩德?我倾尽此生所有，仍不及父母给我的一分一毫。我所能还给他们的，比之于他们给予我的，犹如滴水之于汪洋，沙砾之于高山，小草之于森林。我的爹娘!我所能给您们的只有我无语的思念、真诚的祝福和深切的祈祷。就让海风、让月光带去孩儿心中的低语：祝父母安康，愿您们保重!等待我们团聚的那一天早日来临!
