那一次，学校进行了一次英语单词竞赛。其实所谓的英语单词竞赛也不过是考一下整个学期所学的英语单词，但是这看似容易，却又很困难，最主要的还是要靠平时的记忆，在竞赛的前一天晚上，我却异常的紧张。或许就是这么一种情绪，使得我辗转反侧，难以入睡。

不久，妈妈走到我房里，对我说：“诶！别那么紧张，不就是一次英语竞赛，有什么大不了的嘛。要不这样，我给你放一段抒情点的旋律听听，怎么样？”我睁大眼睛看着她：“紧张听一下歌就能放松啊？妈，你也太天真了。要是这样，那再听几遍，岂不人人都得一百分？”

“这你就不懂了，音乐不是你想的那么简单，听一下音乐能使你的心情平静下来，这也是心理治疗的一种办法。”虽然，我对于妈妈的话并不是很相信，但我也不想辜负她的一番好意，也就欣然答应了。果不其然，不到一会，我就甜甜地睡着了，同时，也让我见识到了音乐的“神奇魔力”。

到了第二天，英语竞赛开始了，试卷发下来的时候，我又开始紧张了。我努力地让自己镇定，细细地看了一下题目，原来不少题目我都会，这可让我喜出望外。很快，我就把试卷答得满满实实的，自然而然地，我也就是第一个交卷。过了几天，试卷终于发下来了，我满心欢喜地等待着，但那个成绩却并不如我意，一心的期待却变成了满满的失落。

回到家后，我无力地躺在床上。妈妈一看到我，就说：“怎么，考试不如意吗？是不是那一次的竞赛？”我没有理会她，转了个身，因为我不想被妈妈看到我失落的样子。“哼！看来我是猜对了，不要这么灰心丧气的，来吧，我让你再听一下音乐，保证你立刻精神百倍。”

“音乐能治疗紧张，难不成还能治疗忧伤？”妈妈没有继续回答我，她打开音乐，原来是贝多芬的《命运交响曲》。在听的时候，我仿佛看到了贝多芬的执着和他的不放弃。我的心也忽地涌现出一种想法，贝多芬就是因为不放弃，才创作出《命运交响曲》，而我呢，只因一次小小的失败，就这么难过，也未免太容易放弃了。

从那以后，我开始发现，原来音乐的内涵不只只是给人的一种娱乐，它还是一段熔铸了感情的旋律……

I have to say that music really has a strong attractiveness to me. Naturally, everyone can choose suitable music to listen to. However, when you find a kind of music which can bring happiness to you, you will be surprised and become excited. Music has a magical energy, and it can help people gain good mood in a great extent.

When you feel sad, you can have a try to listen to soothing music. At first, soothing music will let you calm down. You will find that you will play much attention to the music, and then your sadness can be decreased. You will enter music ocean. You can experience a baptism of your heart.
