国庆节是一个指定日期庆祝活动标志着一个国家的国家。常常国庆节将会是一个国定假日。

国庆节通常是作为一个国家或地区的日期取得独立。其他日期,如国家的守护神,或重大历史日期有时使用。每年大多数国家只有一个国庆日,尽管一些,例如,印度和巴基斯坦,有不止一个。除此之外,每一个中华人民共和国的两个特别行政区,即香港和澳门,庆祝的日子特别行政区的建立,以及中华人民共和国的国庆节。

国庆节的重视,是庆祝的程度,从国家有着极大的差别。例如,在法国的国庆节是在7月14日,巴士底日。人们普遍庆祝和法国三色旗的证据,而共和国总统参加阅兵在巴黎的香榭丽舍大街。在美国,7月4日庆祝活动广泛庆祝的烟花和烧烤。在爱尔兰共和国,圣帕特里克节,3月17日国庆节和公共假期多年,近年来它被观察到的是一个完整的公共假期在北爱尔兰。然而,英国其他地区的组成国家‘守护神’天低调的事务。

大多数国家有国庆节一个固定的日期,但有些活动日期。一个例子是牙买加,将在8月的第一个星期一庆祝国庆节。这是为了纪念从英国独立获得周一,1962年8月6——8月的第一个星期一。另一个例子是泰国庆祝国王的生日12月5日。这个日期会改变加入的王位继承人。

The Advantages of Doing Physical Exercises

As the proverb goes, “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.”

From this, we know

that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many

people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I

concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

I have a Chinses Teacher. Her name is Lui Xiaohong. She is from Lanchang. She’s very active and strict. She has two big eyes. She’s very nice.But she is short. She like to smile. I don’t know what season she like. Because I don’t know her very well. Her class is very funny, I like it.

In a word, I love my Chinese Teacher.

第一、目标要明确、适当。因为每位同学的基础各异，接受新知识的能力不同，所以选择目标一定要切合自己的学习实际，要正确估计自己的知识和能力、估计能够自己支配的时间，了解自己学习上的缺欠和漏洞。目标既不能定得过高，也不能过低，“跳一跳就能摘到果子”，便是最佳目标。

第二、要合理安排常规学习时间和自由学习时间。常规学习时间主要是用来完成老师当天布置的学习任务，消化当天所学的新知识。自由学习时间是指完成老师布置的学习任务后归自己支配的时间，这一时间可用来预习、复习功课，查缺补漏和进行课外阅读、训练等。

第三、计划要全面，要符合素质教育的基本要求。中学生不能成天只讲读书，智育只是人追求全面发展的一个方面，除此，还有德、体、美、劳等。因此，在制定计划时还要安排锻炼身体的时间、娱乐的时间以及充足的睡眠时间等。

第四、要做到“长计划，短安排”。在一段较长时间内应当有个大致安排，每星期、每天干什么，也应有个具体计划，长远计划可以使具体计划有明确的实现目标;短安排，则可以使长计划的任务逐步落实。

第五、计划要留有余地，不要定得太死，太满，太紧，要留出机动时间，可作必要的补充和安排。

另外，需提醒同学们的是，学习计划不是制定给老师或家长看的，更不是用来装璜门面的，而是指导自己学习行为的准则。计划一旦制定，就要严格执行。计划执行一段时间后，一定要检查计划内的任务是否完成，没有完成计划的原因是什么……通过检查，立即采取相应措施，调整补充计划或排除干扰计划执行的因素等。
