The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me.

The quality of human life has improved greatly over the past few centuries, but Earth is being harmed more and more by human activity. As we develop our technology, we demand more from our planet. Eventually, this will harm people as well.

Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that cant be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they cant recover. We are too careless in taking what we want without giving anything back.

There are more people than ever, living longer that ever. So is it any surprise that many areas suffer from too much development? Anyone living in or near a city has experienced "urban sprawl". As it’s known to all, China is popular for its emperor of bicycles. This is because our country is still a developing country and few people can afford private cars. The demand for a means of transport is met by making millions of bicycles available.

Riding a bicycle has a lot of advantages over driving a car. First, it is a physical exercise to ride a bicycle. In contrast, sitting in the car, one tends to gain weight. Besides, it is much more economical to ride a bike than drive a car. On the one hand, the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is the annual tax. However, the annual fees for a car are costly. Girls at a training course offered by the "Care for Girls" program in

Qingjian county, Shaanxi province, talked about their pursuit of dreams despite

今天早上，我起得格外的早，因为今天，我将迎来国庆长假最令人期待的旅游，这次旅游我将从香港玩到澳门再玩到深圳。这可是我期待已久的了。

一下飞机，我就发现，来接我们那位叔叔的车，有两个牌照：一个是粤B什么，还有一个是两个英文字母加四个数字，并且他的车方向盘是在右边的。后来通过大人们的谈话，我知道了，原来，香港和深圳的牌照是不能通用的，所以，如果要在两个地方通行，那么，就得申请两个牌照。而在香港，如果车的方向盘不在右边的话，是不能开的。

上了香港的高速，我又发现，这里的车子都是靠左行使的……

我们经过了香港的大桥、马路等让我好奇的路，终于在中午12点时赶到了香港迪士尼。

迪士尼是一个由四个游乐部分组成的大型游乐场：美国小镇大街、明日世界、幻想世界和探险世界。美国小镇大街为买纪念品的地方;明日世界、幻想世界和探险世界则是游玩地区。

我们第一个玩的项目是明日世界的“惊心动魄太空山”，准确的说，这是一个室内的过山车。虽说是过山车，却比过山车还要刺激，因为一般的过山车是可以看见外面的，但这个过山车却只能看见星空和鬼，再加上我从来没有坐过过山车，所以，出来的时候，我的腿都快动不了了，还好爸爸妈妈都在，由他们把我架出游戏馆。不过，有失必有得嘛，爸爸为了奖励娇女的勇敢，给我买了一只20港币的棉花糖和许多玩具……

后来，我们又玩了“疯帽子旋转杯”“灰姑娘旋转木马”“小熊维尼历险之旅”“泰山树屋”等游戏，又看了迪士尼不可不看的游街，还看了幸会史迪仔、米奇金奖音乐剧等有趣的表演。

这次的国庆假期玩得真是开心啊！！
