清晨，当那一束温暖的阳光射进我的房间时，我睁开蒙?的睡眼，渐渐感到：今天是中秋节!窗外，一片和谐的景象：阳光照射在树叶上、花朵上，小鸟叽叽喳喳唱歌不停，似乎都在迎接这节日的到来。站在窗台边，微微凉风拂面吹来，给人一种诗情画意的感觉。

中午，炙热的太阳散发着它无穷的威力，耀眼的阳光将植物照蔫儿了，我脱下暖和的外套，开着风扇，却依然感到炎热。擦擦头上的汗珠，夏天的感觉又将来到。

随着傍晚的来临，温度也渐渐降低，没有正午那样酷热，只是清晨的凉风变成了一股股“热浪”扑面而来。西边，太阳慢慢落下，黄昏来到。美丽的夕阳呈现在我的眼前。橘红色的天边映照着太阳，一朵朵云彩伴着太阳的脚步也染成了橘色。真美啊!

下午逛了整个靖江城，看看旁边的妈妈，猛的想起爸爸还一个人在江阴上班，诺大的海事局就他一个人，越想越觉得他孤单。于是我就向妈妈提出了我的建议：“去江阴找爸爸吧，好不好，亲爱的妈咪?”说着还努力睁大眼睛，装着可爱的样子。“当然好了，不过……你不觉得应该给他一个惊喜吗?”妈妈调皮地冲我眨眨眼，眼睛里满是喜悦与自信。呵呵，果真是“母女所见略同”。

我们回到家，拿了一盒月饼，抱着堂哥送我的毛茸茸的小熊，风风火火地坐上了去江阴的公交车。车上人真多，站在车上，我摇摇晃晃地，还好，妈妈用手护着我。

几经辗转，终于到了爸爸单位的门口。看着门上“江阴海事局”的字样，我露出了一丝微笑。转头瞅一眼妈妈，突然发现她的笑容里有一丝难以察觉的诡异。

吃完了团圆饭，我们家八口人一起拿出凳子，在这中秋节的夜晚赏月。我们一边赏月一边听着奶奶讲述着中秋节的传说：很久很久以前，天上有十个太阳，有个叫后羿的人，射了九个太阳，为百姓造福，有一个人送给了后羿一包长生不死药。后羿有个徒弟叫蓬蒙，是个奸诈小人，一心想偷吃后羿的长生不老药，好自己升天成仙。嫦娥迫不得已，把药全部吞下肚里。马上，她便身轻如燕，直上云霄。由于嫦娥深爱自己的丈夫，最后她就在离地球最近的月亮上停了下来。听到消息，后羿很伤心，拼命朝月亮追去。可是，他永远也追不上月亮，后羿思念嫦娥，只能望着月亮出神。听了奶奶说的，我们都明白了中秋节的传说。

之前因为后羿射日一事，王母娘娘赏给了后羿一粒仙丹。但王母娘娘没有告诉他这粒仙丹有什么用，只告诉他不到危机时刻不能用，后羿听了，每天都小心翼翼的保护着这粒仙丹。也告诉他的妻子：嫦娥，不到危机时刻不能用，嫦娥听后点点头。但是他们不动，但不代表其他人不动这粒仙丹。这不，得知后羿得到仙丹的人全都聚在一起，计划着怎样偷仙丹。于是几个大汉和一群人就闯进了嫦娥和后羿居住的地方，巧了，后羿正好出去了，嫦娥正在浇花。于是众人就偷偷溜进他们的屋子里，但是他们在搜索仙丹不小心碰了一下铃铛，嫦娥听见后就知道有人来偷仙丹，于是她就轻轻地挖起了藏在土里的仙丹盒，打开盒子吃掉了仙丹。那群人还浑然不知。于是吃了仙丹的嫦娥便飞上了月亮，当后羿回来时，发现了掉在地上的仙丹盒，于是后羿抱头痛哭。后来人们为了想念好心的嫦娥就定那天为中秋节。

If the most beautiful season of the year is spring, for me, the most

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

the language easily. in other words, you have to build up language habits in

english just as you build up english habits in your own language. to sum up, we

must bear in mind that nobody can learn to swim for you. nobody can learn to

play ball for you. nobody can learn english for you. its up to you. you must

learn for yourself and you will learn if you really want to and are willing to

practice.

中秋节最有趣的事情是什么呢？对于我们小孩子来说，当然就是吃月饼和赏月了。

中秋之夜，我们全家人来到姥姥家吃月饼。

爸爸和姥姥做的月饼可真丰富啊！有豆沙馅的，上面刻着幸福安康；有枣泥馅的，上面刻着长命百岁；有蛋黄陷的，上面刻着甜甜蜜蜜；有蜜桃馅的，上面刻着开心快活，真是色香味俱全，令人口水直流啊！

我左手抓起一块豆沙月饼，右手拿起一个蛋黄月饼，嘴里吃着一口枣泥月饼，眼睛还盯着蜜桃月饼。恨不得把脚都用上，一会肚子就胀得饱饱的。家人们见了笑得前仰后合，爸爸更是合不拢嘴，连声说：“大女儿，你慢点吃，给我留点哦！”你们知道他为什么这么说吗？因为今天是我爸爸的生日啊！

吃过月饼，快到晚上了，我们全家来到小区里赏月。

仰望星空，那又大又圆的月亮照亮了整个夜晚，像玉盘，似明灯，如玛瑙般晶莹发亮，让人喜欢不已。

我们一边欣赏着明月，一边赞叹不已，都被这景象深深吸引住了。

看看这又大又圆的月亮，爸爸告诉我一个神话故事，他说：“传说中，有一对夫妇，他们非常恩爱。一天，丈夫出去打猎了，妻子在家洗衣做饭。忽然，一位仙子飞了过来，给她一个药丸，便快速的飞走了。她想，这一定是个长生不老的仙丹，就把药丸切成两半，一半给自己，另一半给丈夫。但是，她还没等丈夫回来，就把仙丹全部吞下。这时，她已经成仙，飞上了天空。丈夫回来了，连忙去追，可是再也追不上了，她奔上月亮，再也没有回来。人们就把这个故事称为《嫦娥奔月》。”我听着听着，仿佛自己也飞到了月亮上，跟嫦娥一起跳舞，和月亮一起听嫦娥姐姐讲睡前故事，我开心极了，不一会我就睡着了……过了好一会儿，我才记起我不是仙人，我也没吃什么仙丹，我就是一个正常人，跟我的爸爸妈妈在一起，我就是最幸福的那一个！

中秋节的夜晚是明亮的，如玉盘的圆月悬挂在半空中，月亮的光辉驱散了夜的侵袭，投散在地上的是影影错错的光影，交缠间给夜增添了几许乐趣。

这些光影中除去枝丫的交错根节，还有人的长影。我的影子在月辉下拉长变形，抽象得仿佛要脱离主体，逍遥而去。我张开双手，地上的影子也张开了双手，不过，只有轮廓的影子可承载不了我脸上的笑容，这是一个快乐的中秋节，快乐到我脸上的笑容一整晚都没有消散过。

月已经上了中天，但我没有一丁点儿的睡意，这月华不仅驱散了黑夜，就连睡梦都一一驱散。家里的亲人们闹了一天，晚上月亮出来的时候又是一番赏月乘凉，大家相互之间交谈的细语就没有停过，等到该说的也大都说完了，这才一一进了屋。

我不知道他们睡着了没有，但我是睡不着了，白日里见到远归的亲人们那种兴奋感，到现在还留在我的心间，兴奋感不时的冒出来，不断的维持着我脸上的笑容，这个时候，夜安静了，我悄悄的掩上房门，来到了外面的阳台上，我沐浴在月光之下，轻闭双眼，细细体会着藏在我内心里亲人团聚的滋味，这就是一种快乐。

皓月照在我的眼中，我想圆圆的月亮也在向我祝贺呢。

我抬头仰望着月亮，我对月亮说：“中秋节快乐。”忽而从天边飘过一层薄云，薄云一飘，半穿过月亮，这夜的光辉瞬间暗去了一大半，似乎正在催促着早些入眠。

我又悄悄的在中秋的夜晚上肚子站了好一会，等到月亮重新从云层中落出全貌的时候，我又转身进了屋。

快乐的中秋节终有结束的那一刻，虽然只有短短的一天，但是却让我们留下许多的快乐的回忆。

一年一度的中秋节到了，每年这个时候的月亮都是最明亮的、最圆的，每当这个时候家人就会团聚在一起吃月饼。可是为什么要吃月饼呢?因为中秋节的传统食品是月饼，而且月饼是圆形的，象征团圆，反映了人们对家人团聚的美好愿望。据说中秋节吃月饼始于元代，当时，朱元璋领导汉族人民反抗元朝暴政，约定在八月十五日这一天起义，以互赠月饼的办法把字条夹在月饼中传递消息，中秋节吃月饼的习俗便在民间传开来。

今年中秋节，我吃了一种特殊的月饼――――雪月饼。

今天，妈妈回到家时，我们正津津有味的看着中秋节联欢晚会，并没有在意妈妈那在手中的月饼，直到吃饭的时候，我们才对这盒月饼开始关注，这时妈妈拆开月饼盒，我们发现里面都是冰块，还直冒凉气呢!

我们开始怀疑这盒月饼好不好吃，是什么馅的，就这样一场家庭争论开始了，一号选手奶奶率先登场说：“这盒月饼一定是去年的，所以用冰块保鲜。”而二号选手爸爸却说：“一定是月饼不好吃，所以用外表来掩饰。”而三号选手妈妈说：“没那么差吧，虽然我没吃过，但是这怎么说也是限量的，不会那么差的。”

就在这时，在一旁一直没有说话的我，这时大声说道：“别吵了，那一个出来尝一尝不就知道了吗。”说完后，我拆开一块月饼，月饼是正方形的，除此之外并没什么特殊的，大家也都用好奇的目光看着我手里的月饼，当我一咬开月饼的时候，牙都要冰掉了，里面都是冰淇淋。

真没想到，以前的吃过的月饼有豆沙的、枣泥的、冰糖的，还有牛肉的、蛋黄的，可这冰激凌馅我还是第一次吃。这时大家都围了上来，边吃月饼边说着雪月饼的“神奇”。转眼间一盒雪月饼一扫而光，说实话真的很好吃……

月饼本来是传统美食，吃月饼也是传统的习惯，我感慨现在的人们不仅对月饼的“内容”有了创新，也许将来还会对吃月饼传统赋予更多的内涵。

今年的中秋我过得非常快乐。

早上，我开始读英语和语文，然后和爸爸一起到爷爷奶奶家去了，这时我的记忆力是最好的，本来应该做作业的，可是我只想看电视，我想起妈妈对我说的话，学习是我们自己的事情。我把电视关掉以后就跑进屋里做数学题了，做完以后我自然没有忘记其他科目的作业。

中秋佳节，我们的午餐当然要丰富一点了，我倒要看看今天到底有什么好吃的，爷爷给我买了我最喜欢吃的螃蟹，这可是我吃过最好吃的菜，我吃的肚子又大又圆。吃了美食我还要睡一觉，在梦中我想要什么就有什么，我的要求不高，我想要一个点火的灯笼和一包蜡烛，我还想要一个闪闪发光的闪烁棒，在我的梦中和我在现实生活上的区别可大了。

我起床的时候发现我要的东西都放在我的床头，我知道肯定是爷爷给我买的，吃完晚饭我和爷爷在公园里玩灯笼，一直玩到蜡烛烧完为止。

我们在院落里，翘首望着天空，云朵十分浓厚，月亮整晚都不见踪影，这让我们的心情也略显低落。

月饼从来都是中秋的主角。记得去年，我们一家人坐在一起，手中拿着自己的一小块月饼，欢声笑语，其乐融融，我也同样期待今年的这场欢宴。

切好了月饼，坐在一处的却没有超过三个人。我等着，发着呆等着。

片刻后，想到今晚还未与弟弟好好聊聊，便开始我们的交谈，妈妈却在这时叫我，“我们该回去了。”

我愣了愣，问道：“不吃月饼了吗?”

“我们吃过了，拿上你的，该走了。”

我如梦初醒，设法抓住最后一根稻草，“那让我和弟弟再聊一会儿吧，就十分钟好吗?”我央求着。

“不行，外面正在修路，我们得赶公交回家。”

于是，必须离开了，我跟弟弟道别，说“国庆见”，却又忽然觉得耳熟，细想来，我们上一次分别，挺长一段时间前，我也曾说过“下周再见”。

恍恍惚惚回到家里，我才发现自己手中一直捏着一小块月饼，边角已被碰掉些许。望着它，不禁泪眼迷蒙。看不见月光再让人失落，也不可能达到这种复杂的离别程度啊。

日后的生活，定不会变得轻松，谁能断言，我们何时还能有一次真正美好的团圆呢?

千里共赏一月，固然是极富诗意的安慰，而无论月光何在，无论眼前景色如何，与家人团聚在一起，难道不是最令人向往的中秋吗?

我不觉想起了那个关于中秋的美丽神话，月亮不过是无奈之中的思想寄托，而思念，才是人们所渴求团圆的美好情感，才是中秋真正的意义所在。

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

The Autumn Festival

Chinese celebrate the harvest on the Mid-Autumn Festival since ancient times. Its the same as the custom of Thanksgiving Day in North America. The custom of the Mid-Autumn Festival was popular in everywhere in China in the early Tang dynasty. The Mid-Autumn is on August 15 according to lunar calendar, its the festival on which people will worship the moon.

On this night, the moon will be bright in the sky and people will get together to appreciate the moon in the family. The Mid-Autumn Festival was listed as one of Chinas cultural heritage in 2006 and was designed to be a public holiday in 2014. The moon cake is regarded as an indispensable food on Mid-Autumn Festival. People give them to their relatives and friends as gifts or enjoy them in the family party. The traditional moon cake is printed with cheracters "longevity", "blessing", "harmony" and so on. What a funny festival!

As the development of the society, people want to conquer the environment,

they use the high technology to change the environment, when people are

satisfied with what they did to the nature, the nature is starting to teach

human being a lesson. In the movie The Day After Tomorrow, people were in the

great disaster that caused by the greenhouse effect, it just like the end of the

world, there was no way for people to avoid such great disaster. The movie

reminds people of the result they did harm to the environment, it will revenge

people, people have to face the disaster. It is very important to protect the

environment, people should get along with the environment.

今天是中秋节，是一个万家团圆的日子。那是何等浪漫而让人期盼的节日啊！

夜幕终于降临了，一吃完晚饭，我和姥爷等一家人便迫不急待地来到了汉江边赏月。“出来了，出来了”我兴奋地叫起来。月亮从云层中露出头半张脸，害羞得像个小姑娘。慢慢地，圆圆的月亮升起来了，像一个大玉盘，月亮犹如一个穿着白色纱裙的仙女，将皎洁的月光洒向大地，把大地照得如同白昼。

明月嵌在天幕上，从月光中我仿佛看见了嫦娥姐姐在孤单地哭泣，她双手抱着玉免想念着自己的亲人。这时，姥爷叫住了我，“快看那里，好美呀！”原来月亮的影子倒映在水中，形成了一个水中月，江水倒映着周围的灯光，再衬托着美丽的圆月，真像置身于一幅美丽的画卷中。看到此景，我忍不住作诗一首：中秋赏月月儿圆，湖水映色月极鲜。悠悠长河似画卷，我们一家共婵娟。众人一听，连夸我说“不错嘛，兴致蛮高，还能作诗了。”我得意地笑了……多么难忘的中秋夜啊！

中秋之夜，团聚中享受幸福又让人遐想的夜晚……
