记忆中，无论农活多么忙碌，八月十五这天，母亲仍然会放下手中的农具，换上干净衣服三五人一道去赶集，买回一些平时舍不得吃的东西，回忆那儿时的中秋节。同时，住校念书的我们也尽可能赶回家，既为了全家团圆赏月，也为了满足肠胃对美好食物的渴望与需求。

赶集回来，母亲便把“糟头”(做饼时留下的一块生面，主要用于发面)用温水泡在瓷盆里，午饭后便开始和面。在醒面的间隙，母亲把家中的芝麻拿出来选干净然后放在锅里炒，冷却了以后便用家里的石臼把它捣碎然后拌上糖，这样月饼馅便做好了。我清楚地记得那时村里只有我们家才有那个石臼，听父亲说那是祖上流传下来的。因此，每年中秋节的下午，故乡的老屋便始终弥散着芝麻的香味。这时面已发好母亲便开始揉面，并把它们做成盘子那么大小的饼，里面包上准备好的芝麻糖，用簸箕盛着端到锅灶上，一块块地放到锅里面烤。当然，一锅最多只能放四块，而且火候也要适中，大了就被烤糊了，小了有可能不熟，所以烤饼是一个细致活，当然，这对于母亲而言自然不是什么难题。

一年一度的中秋节到了，我和爸爸、妈妈一起回爷爷的老家——开平的一个美丽的小村庄。一路上，我们欣赏着两旁优美的风景，连绵不断的小山峰上长满了直直的高高的桉树，井然有序。翠绿的山倒影在碧绿的湖面上，优如一幅美丽动人的山水画。忽然，从林间飞窜出一只翠鸟，像箭一样直冲水面，一头扎进水里，捕捉了一条小鱼又飞回了林间。那速度快得惊人，就好像按了快门一样。原来镜子般平静的湖面马上泛起一圈圈动人的鳞光，整个画面更加生动更加有趣了。

途中，我非常认真的看着每一个指示路牌，因为今天我要给爸爸当导游。好在我早有准备，出发前已经向妈妈请教过沿途的路线，所以我指挥起来就胸有成竹、轻驾就熟。一边听着轻音乐，一边欣赏着优美的风景，很快我们就到了开平。

一条弯弯曲曲的小路出现在我们面前，一直伸进村子里。两旁的玉米早已收成了，只剩下一枝枝叶子黄绿黄绿的玉米杆。一排排的竹架上吊满了一条条又细又长的青绿的丝瓜，它们争先恐后地往棚底下钻，恐怕掉了队似的。这时，传来了“汪、汪、汪汪”的叫声，一只全身长满了黑黑绒毛的小狗从茅棚的门缝里探出头来。圆圆的脑袋，小小的耳朵，一双黑溜溜的小眼睛转来转去，很机灵的样子，慢慢地向我们跑过来，摇摇尾巴，好像见到了久违的主人。

晚上，一轮又大又圆的明月挂在高高的夜空上，满天的星星一闪一闪的，像无数珍珠撒在碧玉盘里。奶奶、爷爷搬了一张大圆桌到门口，上面摆满了各种各样的水果，有苹果、栗子、香蕉、梨子……当然少不了月饼。房子旁边就是一个大大的晒谷场，村子里的`老老少少都围在一起赏月、聊天、吃东西。我和一群小伙伴们点起五颜六色的灯笼在晒谷场上追逐玩耍，开心极了。一壶茶，一块饼，一轮明月，一串串欢笑声，一阵阵鞭炮声，打破了平时宁静的小村庄的夜晚，打断了田里青蛙的鸣叫声。

多么美丽的小村庄，多么快乐多么难忘的中秋节!这就是我在爷爷家过的第一个中秋节。
