那是我们去109中学上的一次实践课。课上，我们每三个或四个人分成一个合作小组。我和唐文婷、陈孟乔分成为一组。老师开始讲课了，她一边示范，一边讲解：要先放面粉再放糖霜，和匀后，放入黄油。再用手捏碎黄油，和入面中。最后还要打鸡蛋。老师强调了一句：“鸡蛋不要打碎，要用手来揉哦!”

我们一个个眼睛睁得溜圆，听得聚精会神。但当听到要用手来揉鸡蛋，我们全都张大了嘴巴。我想象着那软软的鸡蛋洒在面上，那粘粘的液体，先就受不了了。我抬起头，正好陈孟乔也往这边看来，我们异口同声地对唐文婷说：“揉鸡蛋的任务就交给你了!”唐文婷一愣，抬起双手左看看，右看看，叹了口气说：“好吧，我来。”

喔嘢!唐唐太好了!我松了口气，积极性暴满，动作也快了许多。我先把面粉和糖霜放在一起，搅拌均匀，然后把黄油放到里面揉了起来。陈孟乔见揉得开心，也当仁不让地凑上来，和我一人一手地抢着揉起面来。唐文婷在一旁插不上手，无奈地看着我们两个“大忙人”。

该唐文婷上场了。她先把鸡蛋放进碗里，皱皱眉头，把手放了进去，轻轻地揉了起来。可是揉了一会儿，我们发现鸡蛋和面粉没有融合!蛋清就像透明的、软软的果冻似的，七零八落地散落在面粉上。唐文婷心下一横，爆发出“小宇宙”，用上巨大的气力，狠狠地揉着那小小的面团。过了五六分钟，我们再细细看看：奇了!唐唐用那么大劲居然揉好了一个胖胖鼓鼓的面团!再看看别的组的，天哪，别的组的面团好大呀!为什么我们组的就那么小呢?哦，是了，唐唐用劲太大了，所以面就被揉劲道了!

我还在发愣，陈孟乔已经利利落落地把面包用保鲜膜包起来了。那动作，潇洒自如，_神医女侠，巧施银针，帅得很呢，不知道的，还以为她干过多少回了呢!

面团被放进冰箱里了。我很期待面团变成饼干的时刻。那味道，是不是又香又甜，像我吃的曲奇饼干呢?不过，我可以肯定，里面有一种味道，是别的地方没有的，那就是，友谊合作的味道。想尝尝吗?让我们一起来做饼干吧!

我的中秋节

今天是中秋节，正好是星期五。早上我就早早起床。吃完饭我就在家里，一直想今天下午干些什么好。狂欢，表演，不行，这些都不适合中秋节终于，我想出了一件非常好的选择，就是开派对。

中午我吃完饭的时候，我跟妈妈说:妈，我下午去开派对了。妈妈说:去哪开派对。我回答到:我弟弟家。妈妈叫到:你怎么不带我呀，开派对这种事我最行了。我说:好吧。我心想，我妈是改性的还是怎么了，居然会开派对，好吧，反正说也说了，让她去吧。

下午我的四个弟弟集合在我第二个大的弟弟的家里，在桌子上买买了许多好吃又好玩的东西，比如说我最爱吃的鱼香肉丝和麻辣小龙虾，还有我最爱玩的乐高拼装玩具，当然少不了中秋节的主要食物，月饼，今天晚上可气派了，我和我的弟弟们个个都是吃辣高手，我们一起举办吃辣大会，就是比谁吃辣的最多。最后是我赢了，奖品是十个麻辣小龙虾。

我敢说，今天是我最快乐的一天了。

on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability

to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge

that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which

might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve

practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help

the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills

to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the

students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first

thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any

problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the

students innate powers of making sound judgements.

嫦娥，美貌非凡，是后羿的妻子，相传后羿是尧帝手下的神射手。后羿从王母处盗来不死之药，嫦娥偷吃了这棵灵药，成仙了，身不由主飘飘然地飞往月宫之中，在那荒芜的月宫之中度着无边的寂寞岁月。

今天，是中国传统，也是我最喜欢的好节日——中秋节。

晚上，一轮明月高挂在晴朗的高空中——硕大的月亮犹如一块晶莹剔透、雕刻精美的白玉盘，回光返照地洒下了满地的“白银”，令人感觉清亮皎洁而心旷神怡。

我们全家人集结阳台，围着圆桌，沐浴在这洁白无瑕、清爽凉快的月色里，尝着带着清香、饱含甜味的月饼……

看着桌子上摆满了蛋黄、红枣、豆沙……等各式各样、各种风味的月饼，我好奇地问妈妈：“妈妈，中秋节为什么要吃月饼？”妈妈和蔼可亲、笑容可掬地回答说：“聪明的孩子，你抬头所看见的月亮是不是圆的？再看看桌上的月饼是不是圆的？看啊，我们全家人岂不是正在营造着、品赏、享受着这“团圆美好”的生活吗？”

中秋节过去了，我的记忆却还留在那天晚上我所做的梦中——我们全家人天天沉浸在圆满和美的天伦之乐的幸福氛围里……

“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。”一年一度的中秋节又来到我们的身边。今年的`中秋节，我们家与往常大不相同。

妈妈说：“今年的中秋节，我们不去外面吃，自己每人做一道菜，包括你也要出一份力。”说完后，大家都开始急忙开工了。我还在想着做什么菜呢，爸爸已从冰箱里拿出两个鸡蛋，又从橱里拿出小碗，先将鸡蛋轻轻地打出一个小孔，两个大拇指向里面将鸡蛋壳掰成两瓣，鸡蛋就从蛋壳中流出来，爸爸拿出筷子将鸡蛋搅拌均匀;妈妈正在切菜呢，她左手按住菜板，右手紧握菜刀，把生姜给打碎，只见一粒粒芝麻大的生姜粒在菜板上翩翩起舞;再来看看爷爷，爷爷正在洗鱼，他拿出小刀，在鱼的背上“作画”呢;而一旁的奶奶正在给爷爷围围裙，有时，大家满头大汗时，奶奶会拿出纸巾，给她们擦汗。所以每个人的脸上都洋溢着微笑、幸福。

要不，我就给大家煮一顿香喷喷的米饭吧。首先，我拿出准备材料：电饭煲、装米的小桶，还有一件最重要的东西，那就是大米。我小心翼翼地从米袋里将米取出。接下去就是淘米。我来到水池边，将装米的小桶放进水池的凹槽里，打开水龙头，水“哗啦啦”地落进小桶里。我撸起右手的袖子，把手伸进小桶里，顺时针地转起来，米如同一群顽皮的孩子，在跟我玩游戏呢。

最难的环节到了，就是如何将淘米水从小桶中倒出来。我左手握住小桶的口部，右手托住桶底，将小桶侧过来，水慢慢地流出来，可是我倒水的速度太快了，一不小心米被我全部洒在水池里。我急忙跑到奶奶身边，抓耳挠腮地疑惑着问着奶奶：“有什么好方法倒水时不让米洒出来?”奶奶摸摸我的头吗，微笑着说：“你可以找一个和水桶口大小一样的塑料篓子盖子水桶口，去试试看。”听完奶奶的话，我连忙找到一个红色的篓子盖在水桶上，将水桶侧过来，水慢慢地流着，少数米被水冲到了红色篓子里，但没有再洒出来，我高兴极了!水倒结束后，我将粘在篓里的米轻轻地敲进小桶里。最后就是将米倒入电饭煲，加些少许的水，米饭开始煮了。

时间一分一秒的过去了，每个人的菜品也陆续放在桌上，有色泽鲜亮的宫保鸡丁，酥香爽口炸鸡腿，清鲜醇浓酒酿团子，麻辣鲜香的水煮牛蛙……，当然，还少不了我煮的香喷喷的米饭哦!

看着全家人的笑脸，听着全家人的欢笑声，闻着满屋子的香气，我不禁深深陶醉了。这不是一顿普通的饭，这是全家人群策群力、热热闹闹“做”出来的中秋团圆饭，每道菜里都有一种独特的调料，那就是“爱”!

海上生明月，天涯共此时。一年一度的中秋节如约而至。赏月、咏月，月圆人团圆，读诗、品诗，诗韵传经典。

今天我到肖雨桐家里来过中秋节，我和肖雨桐在她的屋子里玩给娃娃化妆、收拾娃娃做衣服的布料、画画和扮演皇后和公主的游戏，我们还吃了石榴，跳了大绳和双人同摇跳，到了午饭时间，我就和肖雨桐去洗手吃饭，今天的饭菜真丰盛啊！我们吃的东西都有：大螃蟹、鱼、西蓝花、丝瓜和胡萝卜拌花生芹菜，主食是：米饭。

到了目的地了，我们就进去给肖雨桐买睡衣了，因为我已经有睡衣了，所以我就不需要再买新的睡衣了，到了2楼卖童装的区域了，肖雨桐就去挑自己喜欢的睡衣了，把肖雨桐的睡衣买回来之后回到家，我俩又打了一会儿羽毛球，还做了一些数学课本上的小手工，用正方形的彩纸剪成各种的图案和风车，再加上我们画的一些小装饰，和宝石贴画，这样我们的两幅画就完成了。

数学老师又布置了一个任务，让40几号到52号做正方形的陀螺，只能让爸爸妈妈或者自己做一个陀螺和华容道，我和肖雨桐就帮了一点小忙，这点小忙就是：帮我妈妈和肖雨桐的妈妈转陀螺是否能转起来。

把这项作业完成了之后，肖雨桐妈妈送我了一个文件夹，让我把学具装到里面，把东西装完了之后，我就开心的跟肖雨桐和肖雨桐妈妈说了再见就高高兴兴的走了走了。

I am not a brave girl, I am afraid of losing face in front of my friends

and parents, so I always let the chance go and refuse to try. Once, I have a

chance to take a performance in the Christmas show, but thinking about if I

performed badly, all my friends would laugh at me, so I gave up the chance. But

now, I am tired of letting so many chances to go, I want to try, after seeing my

friends take all the chances to try, I am not going to be the outsider all the
