又到一次中秋节，月亮圆的如月饼。皎洁的月光挥洒在晶莹的玻璃窗上，倒映出我们一家其乐融融的团圆饭，爽朗的笑声在夜幕中回荡……

每年一次的中秋节似乎成了我们中国华人最欢庆的节日之一，吃着金黄的月饼，赏着圆月，聊着家常，一起吃团圆饭都必不可少，我们也不例外。

中秋节那天，我格外兴奋，我和爸爸妈妈还有姐姐在中午来到奶奶家。时间一点点流逝，到了晚上，我们开始吃团圆饭。还没开饭，我的小肚子已经“咕咕”直叫，望着桌上的“饕鬄大宴”我的口水早就飞流直下三千尺。原先五花大绑的螃蟹变得黄澄澄的，香味十足的老鸭煲在灯光的照耀下显得格外诱人，香菜拌海蜇头散发出一阵阵清香……看了这些谁不会垂涎欲滴呢?功夫不负有心人，在我漫长的等待下，终于开饭了!家人个个都围坐在桌子旁，一边吃，一边聊天。我可顾不了那不多，立马狼吞虎咽，美味佳肴一一送入我的口中，变成了我的腹中之食。

我早早地吃完了，便闲于无事，独自欣赏起月亮来。我凝望着皎洁的月亮，遐想月亮上是不是有嫦娥和玉兔。轻柔的月光晃晃洒下来，叶子变靓了，花儿变美了，湖水变宁静了，月亮变的更加圆了……“床前明月光，疑是地上霜。举头望明月，低头思故乡。”我吟诵着李白的《静夜思》，感慨万千。其实我们是幸运的，在中秋佳节，家人能够欢聚一堂，吃着团圆饭，可是那些远离家乡，漂泊远方的人来说，凝望月光，谁不思念家乡?

Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to

improve his way of life。 With the tools of technology he has altered many

physical features of the earth。 He has transformed woodlands and prairies into

farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or

hydroelectric power。 Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining

marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways。

However， mans changes to the physical environment have not always had

beneficial results。 Today， pollution of the air and water is an increasing

danger to the health of the planet。 Each day thousands of tons of gases e out of

the exhausts of motor vehicles。 Smoke from factories pollutes the air of

industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside。 The pollution

of water is equally harmful。 The whole ecological balance of the sea is being

changed and industrial wastes have already made many rivers lifeless。

Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before。 As we know，

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

poses a great threat to mans existence。 Indifference to these problems will

mean mitting suicide。 Therefore， effective measures should be taken and laws

passed to conserve environment。 Otherwise，man is certain to suffer from the

serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living

surroundings。

In high school, Chinese students study very hard to fight for the future

college, while in western countries, students are spending time in taking all

kinds of activities. Though students from different countries have different

ways to spend high school time, they make the decision and take charge of their

life. This is the best age to learn knowledge, their brain can remember words

and numbers quickly. For making friends, they will probably meet their lifetime

friends. During three years, besides gaining knowledge and making friends, they

grow so fast, not only in body, but also in mind. Being independent is the main

feature. They can make a lot of decisions without asking parents for help. When

they are equipped themselves with basic skill, then they can better get used to

the new environment, which is important for future life.

With our world developing,more and more people neglect how to conduct

theirselves.What is the most common reflection of this phenomenon is

dishonesty,which is now seriously influencing relationship between people.

Being dishonest can do harm not only to others but also to

ourselves,thus,we must get aware of the importance of boycoting it.Take the case

of the Sanlu powder for example.After drinking Sanlu fake powder,lots of babies

got sick and had big heads,nevertheless,their bodies still thin.People hateful

too much,the Sanlu corporation expectedly get punished and never have choice to

When it comes to the significances of being honest,I consider,we will make

good relationship bewteen others,such as in the school ,in the busineand in the

society.Furthermore,only if we are honest to others can others become friendly

It was Mother’s Day.Sun Zheng thought he should do something for

hismother.He decided to help his mother do some housework.After school he went

toa shop to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he

couldn’tdo the cooking well.Thenhe cleaned the room.He felt very tired, but he

每年农历八月十五日，是我国一年一度的大喜节日——中秋节。今天是中秋节，我们一早就去菜场买东西，准备庆祝中秋节。

晚上，我们出去吃完一顿丰富的晚餐后，就去猜灯谜了。我们来到了灯谜场之，哇！人山人海！有人用笔在纸上面点点画画；有人猛摇着头，好像题目很难似的；有的人答中了，兴奋不已地跑去拿奖。。啊！真热闹！走着走着，我也被别人猜灯谜的热闹气氛感染了，自己也想去猜一下。嗯，看看："青葱拌豆腐。"哈哈！这不正合我的心意吗？我连忙把它撕下来，到兑奖台上，向工作人员说："青葱拌豆腐——一清二白。"答对了！答对了！我兴奋得不得了，并开开心心地拿走一个小奖品——红灯笼。

离开灯谜场，已经是晚上九点多了，家家户户在楼顶的露台上烧烤，开派对，欣赏美丽的月亮。不时传来阵阵的欢笑声。

开始，月亮被云朵遮蔽起，还是蒙蒙的，后来就又大又圆，像一个好吃的大月饼。明月挂在天幕中，既皎洁又明亮。随着头上的绿瓜藤，周围的植物，和与邻居的欢声笑语，我想起了在月亮里面的嫦娥和玉兔，今天她们很高兴吧？应该坐在玉桌上快乐的吃着月饼吧？

时间慢慢地过去了，挂在一帘黑幕的月亮依然又大又圆。我们的心情更兴奋地聊天、吃月饼、剥花生……邻居三四岁的小孩拿着一个闪光的灯笼，用不稳的脚步，走来我这里，并把小灯笼递给了我。这时，乐得大家捧腹大笑。

在这宁静的夜晚，我们在与家的温馨，与邻居的欢乐，与大家的欢声笑语，又过了一个快乐的晚上。

I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China。 Everybody

likes it because its a family get-together。 You see it is called"Mid-Autumn

Day"， so it often es in September or October。 It is on the 15th of the 8th of

the lunar month。 Now， lets say something about this interesting festival。

Firstly， Id like to say something about the moon。 I like it very much

because I want to be an astronaut in the future。 That day the moon is round，

big， just like a beautiful plate hanging on the blue cloth。 When I see the moon，

I will remember the ancient myths——the godess Chang Er and her little rabbit are

playing under the tree which Wu Gang grows。 I will also think about Armstrongs

first moonwalk。 I will also miss the friends in Tai-wan island， in Macao and

Chinese people who are abroad。 I know they are missing us very much， too。

Secondly， I11 say something about the tradition on Mid-Autumn Day。

Look!Theres a big tree in a garden of a Chinese fami-ly。 All the family members

are sitting around a big table under the tree in the open air。 They are eating

the mooncakes and admiring the full moon in the sky。 That is a family reunion

dinner。 The mooncakes and the moon represent the love from a family。 I think

this is one of the most valuable things in the world。

Thirdly，it is a very good opportunity to make three wishes on Mid-Autumn

Day。 My wishes are: the first， I， an astronaut in the future， would like to go

to the moon one day， and stay with the sky and stars; the second， I hope every

person in the world will stay with family， share love from the family forever;

the third， I hope everybodys dream will e true。

That is the Mid-Autumn Day in my mind。 I will always re-member: East or

West， home is best。

Facebook is the most popular social communicational software. People like

to share their information in it and keep in touch with their friends. The

founder of Facebook is a young handsome guy named Mark Zuckerberg. He was being

a dad recently and he announced that he would donate 99 percent of his share for

celebrating his girl’s coming.

99 percent of his share! That is such great amount. The public were so

astonished by his decision. This young guy could only take out the small part of

his share, but he took out nearly the all. His great grace could help a lot of

people to improve their lives, even change their fate.

There are a lot of rich people in the world, but only less people could

make the great decision like Mark Zuckerberg. When the media asked him why he

did this, he said he wanted to reture society and help the people who were in

need of. This money was not necessary for him, but could change a lot of poor

people’s fates and I wanted to help them.

There is no doubt that Mark’s generous indeed will help a lot of

中秋节前夕，我和妈妈参加了文化馆组织的亲子活动，去洞林湖定制月饼制做，捡鸡蛋。吃过午饭，我们在文化馆门前登上了去洞林湖的公交车。经过四十分钟的路程，我们来到了洞林湖。

第一个地点是洞林湖新田城，我们要在这里尝试自己亲手定制出美味的月饼。我看见做月饼的台子上放了四种馅，分别是：香芋馅、绿豆馅、豆沙馅、和花生馅。老师给我们了一双一次性手套，便开始做月饼。我首先拿了一个面团，把它揉成团后压成一个圆形的面饼，再拿一小块月饼馅，把它放在月饼皮的中间，然后把它包起来揉成一个小圆球，均匀的粘上面粉，再把它放在一个模具里，用劲按下去，一个漂亮的冰皮月饼就做好了。看着自己做的月饼，心里美极了。

接着，我们又开始了下一个行程去田里捡鸡蛋。到了地里，我只看见了一望无际的草丛，却没看见鸡蛋。妈妈说：“鸡蛋都藏在草丛下面，仔细找肯定能找到。”于是我像侦探一样仔细寻找，不放过任何一个地方，功夫不负有心人，我终于找到了鸡蛋。

时间过的真快呀，天黑了，我依依不舍地踏上了回家的行程。

今天是农历八月十五，是中秋节，也是大家团圆的日子。我早早地盼望着在那个静静的夜晚，玉盘似的月亮在云朵中穿行，皎洁的月光洒向大地，我一边吃着月饼一手提着灯笼在阳台上赏月。可是今天一早就下起倾盆大雨，今晚肯定看不到月亮了。

晚上，我们一家三口带着准备好的月饼礼盒和水果来到爷爷奶奶家吃团圆饭。一进家门就闻到奶奶正在炖我爱吃的牛肉的香味，香气扑面而来，馋得我差点就流口水了。我走进厨房，看到爷爷奶奶正忙乎着准备好多菜，有甲鱼，有虾，有鸡……菜品堪比过年一样的丰盛。平时不怎么干活的爷爷也给奶奶打起了下手，洗菜切菜。我本想帮奶奶淘米，可奶奶疼惜我不让我干，让我坐在沙发上吃点水果等着开饭。不一会儿，饭桌上就摆满了一大桌子的菜，五颜六色，又好看又好吃。爷爷打开电视机，喊我们一起吃饭，我们边吃边看着电视里播放的中秋晚会。看着看着我们都被节目中的小品逗乐了。爷爷奶奶不停地夹菜给我吃，我觉得团圆的感觉真好!

饭后，爷爷提议我们一起玩个游戏，看谁能说出关于中秋的古诗最多就获胜，胜利者可以奖励一盒美心月饼。“哈哈，美心月饼是我的最爱。”我高兴地一口答应了。心想：我在会学馆背过那么多古诗，这点难不倒我。于是我立马来一首“小时不识月，呼作白玉盘。又疑瑶台镜，飞在青云端。”爷爷奶奶爸爸妈妈都拍手叫好。爷爷也来了一首“床前明月光，疑是地上霜。举头望明月，低头思故乡。”“爷爷厉害!”我竖起大拇指喊道。接着我又想起了一首刚学的“明月几时有，把酒问青天，不知天上宫阙，今夕是何年，我欲乘风归去……”当我把一整首背完时，大伙都惊呆了，我特别得意，最终我获胜了。

窗外的雨依然淅淅沥沥地下着，今晚我虽然没有如愿能赏到那月饼一般圆的大月亮，但是我们一家人幸福地团聚在了一起，欢声笑语、其乐融融地度过了美好的中秋节。

记忆中，无论农活多么忙碌，八月十五这天，母亲仍然会放下手中的农具，换上干净衣服三五人一道去赶集，买回一些平时舍不得吃的东西，回忆那儿时的中秋节。同时，住校念书的我们也尽可能赶回家，既为了全家团圆赏月，也为了满足肠胃对美好食物的渴望与需求。

赶集归来，母亲空空的篮子里便多了一些让我们垂涎的东西。割上斤把肉那是少不了的，手头宽泛的话还会捎回条鱼。因为是中秋节，自然少不了月饼、苹果和柿子，但苹果、柿子多是三五个，一般也就是刚好够我们姐弟三人的，月饼更是只买五块，一个人一块，用母亲的话说，这些都不能当饭吃的。但为了圆孩子们中秋美梦，母亲更多的便是制作手工月饼来给我们解馋。

赶集回来，母亲便把“糟头”(做饼时留下的一块生面，主要用于发面)用温水泡在瓷盆里，午饭后便开始和面。在醒面的间隙，母亲把家中的芝麻拿出来选干净然后放在锅里炒，冷却了以后便用家里的石臼把它捣碎然后拌上糖，这样月饼馅便做好了。我清楚地记得那时村里只有我们家才有那个石臼，听父亲说那是祖上流传下来的。因此，每年中秋节的下午，故乡的老屋便始终弥散着芝麻的香味。这时面已发好母亲便开始揉面，并把它们做成盘子那么大小的饼，里面包上准备好的芝麻糖，用簸箕盛着端到锅灶上，一块块地放到锅里面烤。当然，一锅最多只能放四块，而且火候也要适中，大了就被烤糊了，小了有可能不熟，所以烤饼是一个细致活，当然，这对于母亲而言自然不是什么难题。

晚上，皎洁的月亮早早地就挂在了空中，好像她也知道今天要受人们祭拜似的。母亲和姐姐便把桌子抬到院子里，放上早已用盘子装好的苹果、柿子、月饼和母亲做的月饼，然后还要认真祈祷一番，无非是祈求平安、丰收之类的话语，具体说得是什么听不明白也听不清楚更不想听，因为心早已被那些食物给勾走了。

第二天一大早，母亲便起床为我准备回校的东西，自然少不了要在我的书包里装些月饼，有时，姐姐还把她没吃的苹果悄悄地塞到我的手里。这些生活的细节与往事让我记忆犹新，令我珍藏永远。

中秋节的来历知道了，那我们为什么要吃月饼呢?原来中秋节吃月饼相传始于元代。当时，中原广大人民不堪忍受元朝统治阶级的残酷统治，纷纷起义抗元。朱元璋联合各路反抗力量准备起义。但朝庭官兵搜查的十分严密，传递消息十分困难。军师刘伯温便想出一计策，命令属下把藏有“八月十五夜起义”的纸条藏入饼子里面，再派人分头传送到各地起义军中，通知他们在八月十五日晚上起义响应。到了起义的那天，各路义军一齐响应，起义军如星火燎原。很快，徐达就攻下元大都，起义成功了。消息传来，朱元璋高兴得连忙传下口谕，在即将来临的中秋节，让全体将士与民同乐，并将当年起兵时以秘密传递信息的“月饼”，作为节令糕点赏赐群臣。此后，“月饼”制作越发精细，品种更多，大者如圆盘，成为馈赠的佳品。以后中秋节吃月饼的习俗便在民间流传开来。

吃完月饼，我们这班小孩就要开始玩闹了，哪起荧光棒，把它敲亮，然后拼成自己喜欢的图案，戴在脚上，戴在手上和戴在头上等，在漆黑的夜晚里，在皎洁而象征着团圆的月亮之下闪烁着，美丽极了!我们还看见了许多孔明灯在天上飞，有些人还把自己的愿望写在灯上，飘向天空，祈求嫦娥能帮助他们达成愿望。

多么难忘的中秋节呀?可是，已经很晚了，该时候睡觉了，真的有点依依不舍，过了今晚，明天晚上的月亮可就没这么圆喽!

今天是中秋节，是全家团圆的日子，所以学校特意提早放了学，我一到家看见姐姐一个人在忙着做饭。一会儿，妈妈也回来了，一进门和奶奶一起忙开了，等我写好作业，一出门，哇！桌子上摆满了丰盛了饭菜。我迫不及待地对奶奶说：“奶奶，今天的菜看上去好吃，我先尝尝哦！”“是吗？”奶奶笑眯眯地说，“好吃多吃点，不过得等你大伯和小董阿姨回来一起吃。”

等来等去，大伯还是不回来。奶奶已经打过三、四个电话了，可他总是说“过一会回来”、“马上到”……七点了，大伯和小董阿姨终于来了，我大喊一声：“吃饭了！”便狼吞虎咽起来。不一会，红烧螃蟹、猪蹄子、木耳炒肉片、水煮鱼……都不见了。

晚饭后不久，我们全家坐到了阳台上。吃着月饼，听奶奶念叨着：“不知你爸爸出差在外有没有吃月饼？”看着那圆圆的皎洁的月亮，我不由得想起了苏轼的《水调歌头》中的诗句：“人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。但愿人长久，千里共婵娟！”

回到家，望着窗外皎洁的月亮，想，明天就是一年一度的中秋节了，要好好庆祝一下！

睁开眼，阳光明媚，一看今天就是个好日子！穿上一身新衣裳，陪着爸爸妈妈去超市买菜。

超市可热闹了！人山人海，车流滚滚。放眼一望，还以为是一片花的海洋，但仔细一看，却是穿着五花八门的衣服的人们簇拥在了一起；门外的车排成了长龙，不停的按着喇叭，人们都急躁极了，恨不得能张双翅膀，飞进去……我们也急死了，唉，这真苦呀！

超市里的菜都卖完了，也只剩下几根“烂菜叶”，鱼和虾也卖得差不多了，正当我们垂头丧气，准备离开时，“意外”发生了！工作人员运来了好多菜、海鲜，我们赶快去抢。哈，有了！

回到家，我们便开始一刻不停地忙碌起来！妈妈把冰箱里所有好吃的全都翻了出来，他一会儿包饺子，一会儿擦地，全身顿时大汗淋漓；爸爸在洗菜、杀鱼，此时的爸爸一定十分想念那沙发，想在上面躺着看看电视；而我——在理东西，这些要扔掉，那些要收起来……好烦呀！“啊呼——”我打了个打哈欠，想睡觉了！这可真是“辣味”十足啊！

忙了一天，终于有收获了，满满一桌子菜摆了上来，五颜六色的，螃蟹、鸭子、腰花、黄鳝，应有尽有！

“砰砰”，呀，客人来了！原来是奶奶和大姐姐他们来了；“砰砰”，又有人来了，哈，外公外婆来了！

坐在桌边，我给大家摆碗筷，大家都夸我，望着这一桌子菜，不知怎么的，我心里有些酸酸的……

走上平台，阵阵凉风向我拂面而来，隐约还带来一阵桂花香。抬头望去，皎洁的月光照射在大地的每一个角落，月亮好似一个白玉盘高高地挂在西方。我不禁吟诵起了小诗：

小时不识月，呼作白玉盘。又疑瑶台镜，飞在青云端。

多美的诗呀！这月光，不像阳光那样刺眼，我呆呆的望着它，仿佛沉醉在其中了，做了一个很美很甜的梦······

——早晨起床，我还久久不能忘那柔柔的月色，那时，是多么甜美呀！

At present, many teenagers smoke. I dont think its a good phenomenon. It

must be stopped, for smoking is harmful in many ways.

First, smoking is bad for our health. As we start smoking, its so

difficult to give up, because the tobacco contains a drug called nicotine, which

can get us into the habit of smoking. When we go without nicotine, our bodies

will feel sick.

Second, smoking is so dangerous. When we smoke in bed, we may kill

ourselves as well as burn down our houses, for burning cigarette ends may cause

a big fire. And if we threw the cigarette ends anywhere, it would also cause a

fire disaster.

Furthermore, once we smoke in public, we may make other people feel

uncomfortable as well.

Accordingly, for the sake of your and others’ health, please dont

smoke.

中秋节最不能错过的美食就是月饼了。月饼的制作很简单：第一步和点儿面，然后在面中加点儿油。第二步做馅，馅肯定不一样，有的是红豆馅、蛋黄馅、草莓馅……第三步把面揉好擀成圆饼，然后把馅儿包到面里。第四步用模具在月饼的正反面按一下，图形就做好了。它们有的是兔子图形，有的是花朵图形，图形千姿百态，好看极了。第五步，也就是最后一步了，把月饼烘培一下。只听见烤箱“叮”的一声，月饼就做好了。我们赶快把月饼拿出来，深吸一口气，哇!清香扑鼻。

终于到了晚上，我们在园子里摆上桌子，桌子上不仅有苹果、香蕉、西瓜等瓜果，更有美味的月饼。只听见奶奶大声地说：“我的乖孙子，我做了你最爱吃的草莓馅月饼，快来吃吧!”我一边吃着好吃的月饼，一边赏着圆圆的月亮，仿佛看见天上的月宫有一只玉兔在捣药哩!随着一阵风吹来，桂花的清香在天空中飘过，吸一口气，桂花香扑鼻而来，沁人心脾。

这令人沉醉的夜里，我想在海外的舅舅可能也正看着皎洁的月光，真希望桂花香能飘到他那里去……

我爱中秋节，希望下一个中秋节快快到来。

今天是中秋节。月亮像穿上了薄雾，时隐时现。但那金黄的大玉盘，终究是那么的圆。

窗外，没有热闹的气氛。因为漂泊在他乡的我，只能在梦中体验到那真正的中秋节。月饼，还是那么的甜。不知怎的，涌起了一阵莫名的欣喜。虽然身在海外，但还是过到了故乡的中秋节。月亮，明净了。泛着金光，柔和得像梦一般。不知还在故土的你，可能抬头，看看这金黄的明月，这梦幻般的圆。屋中，暖和与幸福弥漫在空气里。虽然没有以前热闹，但这毕竟是我们中国人自己的中秋节。

月亮，还在柔和地照着大地，静静地。忽然，一阵凉风吹来，好冷啊！突然感到，秋天，真的来了。时间如梭，转眼间我已在加国度过了一个夏天。今天是中秋节，望着窗外的明月，我的心酸酸的。是啊，想家了！随着这一阵阵的凉风，望着这金黄的明月，我的心，也似乎飘啊飘，飘回了故乡，飘回了那梦中的中秋节……
