2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

第三，这是一个很好的机会，使三个愿望中秋节。我的愿望是：第一，我，一个宇航员在未来，想去月球的一天，并留在天空和星星;第二，我希望世界上每个人都会留在家里，分享爱从家庭永远;第三，我希望每个人的梦想将成真。

那是我心中的中秋节。我永远是会员：东好西好，还是家里最好。

Ladies and gentlemen,

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

中秋节是每年的农历八月十五是中秋节，这个时候人们都要吃月饼、赏月、家人团圆，因为那天的月亮最圆。关于中秋的月亮还有许多美妙的故事，带着这些憧憬，今年中秋节，我也赏月了。

那天晚上，我在看电视，忽然想起这天是中秋节，便叫上妈妈拿上望远镜，一齐来到小区门口赏月。我们等了半天，天空一片空白，连星星的影子也没有，天上空空的，只有深色，没有其它颜色，我们有些失望了。但是，一会儿，我看见了天上有一朦胧的光芒，也有了一些些星星。我想：星星都出来了，那么月亮必须也会出来。我望着天上，慢慢地有了一丝光芒，弯弯的，一会儿又变成了小船;最后变成了一个大圆盘子。“啊，月亮出来了!”圆圆的月亮在天空上，把它那皎洁的光芒洒向大地，把大地照得亮晶晶的。月亮的银白色光芒照在树上，树像披上了一件白纱衣，照在花上，花像一面镜子，把光线反射到我的脸上。看着月亮，月亮上面似乎有什么东西?噢，那可能就是传说中的士嫦娥和玉兔吧，正望着亮晶晶的大地。不一会儿，月亮不见了“是什么东西?”慢慢地那东西飘走了，借着月光看，那是云。原先，晚上也有云呀。这时，我发现，地上的蚂蚁不动了，好像也在看月亮。月亮多么迷人啊!妈妈告诉我：“因为人们为了日子能过得圆满，所以，人们要望着月亮许愿。”于是我也许了一个愿：期望每一天日子能过得圆满。

月亮真神秘啊!又圆又美又亮，下一次我必须还会再赏月。
