朝阳公园一日游

昨天我去朝阳公园钓鱼，又去玩碰碰车了。

到了碰碰车的地方，我连忙说：”爸爸我们去买票吧。“老爸说：”好的。“玩的人太多了，我和老爸等了好一会儿，终于轮到我们了。我拉着老爸连忙冲向蓝颜色的碰碰车坐了上去，就听到管理人员大声说让大家扣好安全带。老爸就把车上的安全带扣他和我的身上。不一会儿车就开始动了，我对老爸说：”老爸快撞向黄色的车。"老爸就快速的转动车的方向盘，猛踩油门直冲向黄颜色的碰碰车。黄颜色的碰碰车看见了我们快速的冲了过去他连忙倒车闪开了我们的冲击。

老爸高兴的说：“原来是个高手。”我说：”爸爸我们再撞下一个碰碰车吧。“爸爸说：”好的。”

我和老爸继续寻找下一个目标，这一次我们撞上一辆红色的碰碰车，我们还没来得及高兴只听见"嘭的一声“我们被一辆绿色碰碰车给撞上了。我们连忙拐弯躲过了黄色车的冲撞。我们刚想倒车过去撞黄色的车只听见”叮铃铃~~"铃声响了起来，我们的车也停了下来。我依依不舍的说：“这么快就到时间了。”虽然这样可我还是高高兴兴的拉着老爸的手向出口处走去。

然后我们又去玩了木乃伊城堡和鬼屋。今天我和老爸老妈玩的真开心呀。

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have

a healthy life style and lead a happy life.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way.

I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so.

I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

My Naughty Cousin

I have a cousin, she was eight years old this year. She studies in grade

每条小鱼都活泼可爱，游得非常欢快。它们身上都有两条白色的花纹，显得格外美丽。两只圆溜溜的大眼睛，看来看去的。我心想：看什么看，我以后就是你们的主人了!一回到家，我就赶紧找了一个鱼缸，在鱼缸里倒满了水。把水静置了十分钟后才把小鱼倒进去。我看见有一条小鱼有些不对劲儿，无精打采的。妈妈说它已经死了，我非常伤心。小鱼刚刚还好好的，怎么一会儿就死了?晚上睡觉时，我一直担心其它小鱼会不会死，我想出去看看，可是客厅太黑了，我不敢出去。第二天一早，我迫不及待地出去看了看，见它们没有死，我才松了一口气。后来爸爸告诉我说，那条小鱼是不适应家里的水，所以才死的。我要好好养护剩下的几条小斑鱼。

Hello,everyone! My Winter vacation`s life was so interesting.Do you want to know what I did during the Winter vacation? Well, at the first week, I did my homework,surfed the Internet,played computer games and watched TV. At the second week, I helped my parents with housewrk, so I did the dishes, washed lots of my parents` clothes and helped them take out the trash. As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and

comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in

university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college

life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library

and the others.

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the

priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew

clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue

learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my

life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study

there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

Secondly, student activities play an important role in our college life. To

be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social

skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For

example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I

think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some

jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling

papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences

for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of

books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this

way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons

.When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and

comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the

library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay

in the library.

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate

parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn

money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that

study brings me knowledge, student activities improve myself, library changes my

horizons, the others things make me independent. They get all my abilities

trained. And I see that the chance will come only if you have a prepared mind,

so I’m sure that I can achieve my dreams in college life.

今年暑假，我游了厦门，旅行让我快乐无比，那是一段十分快乐的时光。阳光逼人，厦门的夏天可比杭州这只大火炉凉快得多了。站在海边，一阵阵海风吹来，让人心旷神怡。鼓浪屿上有许许多多的美食美景，从海边向鼓浪屿看，民族英雄郑成功的雕像巍然屹立在岛上，目光炯炯，向台湾方向眺望。站在日光岩上可以观看厦门的全貌，百鸟园的鸟表演更是好玩，龙头路上，美食多多：有烤鱿鱼，林氏鱼丸，烤鱼肉，油炸章鱼须……香气四溢，让人口水直流。

因为不会游泳，我租了一个救生圈向大海奔去，那碧蓝的大海一望无际。正是涨潮的时候，那海水冲击地面，发出了“花花”的声音。我向海跳去，那股凉意从脚尖冲向了大脑。老爸也在海里，对我说：“等你好久了！”我向老爸跑去，不知被什么东西绊了一下，我摔了一跤，不过好在有救生圈，我没沉下去，胡乱挖了几下，又游回了老爸身边。我不是十分会游泳，呛了好几口海水，我才知道，原来海水咸得发苦。于是我就向妈妈请教一下怎么游泳，妈妈演示了一遍，因为妈妈是自己学的游泳，所以游起泳来毫无章法可言，只见她用自创狗刨式一下子游走了。我追不上去，只好自己游上去，脚蹬地，太空漫步似的走了。妈妈带头为我鼓掌，“哗……”一个浪头过去以后，我的腿暴露了出来，露馅了，一串尴尬的表情出现在我的脸上。我挠着头皮不好意思地笑了，于是决定开始认真地学游泳。我用双手拨开水面，双脚一张一合。“咕咕咕”我又被呛了好几口海水，看来学习游泳并没有我想象的这么简单呀。当然学习一项技能是不可能一蹴而就，要有足够的耐心。我有信心我一定能学会游泳。

这次的厦门之旅我让看到了广阔无垠的大海；让我在大海的怀抱里尽情地遨游；让我品尝了各种各样的风味海鲜小吃和海岛的新鲜水果。

这真是一次难忘的旅行呀！

星期四的晚上，爸爸带着我和妈妈去和爸爸同事一家三口一起吃饭。

吃饭的时候，叔叔一边吃菜一边喝酒，看起来酒特别的香，特别的甜，很享受，我也想尝一尝酒的滋味。叔叔给我倒了一点，我先闻了闻，眼睛和鼻子感觉有点涩，把酒喝到嘴里时，突然感到又辣又烧，辣得象吃了一百个超级红辣椒，烧的像地上泼了油被点燃一样，喝道嗓子里时，喉咙又烧又干，像火山要喷发一样，难受极了，我赶快喝了两杯饮料两碗汤才把酒劲给压下去，就这样，我就开始昏昏乎乎，像是喝醉了一样，酒真不好喝，我以后再也不喝酒了!

后来，爸爸妈妈告诉我，喝适量的酒对身体有一定的好处，可以起到促进血液循环、通筋活络的作用，还有很多药酒能起到治病的作用，喝葡萄酒能降血压血脂，但过量喝酒，会伤害胃、肝、肾、大脑，甚至会死亡，尤其小孩，内脏还没有发育完善，是一定不能喝酒的!

通过我的亲身体验和爸爸妈妈的讲解，我再也不觉得酒好喝了，再也不想喝酒了!

声像雷声一样震耳。我急忙把眼罩取下来，一看周围有很多人在看着我，我羞的无地自容，真想找个地缝钻进去。

通过这次盲人体验，让我深刻感受到了盲人生活的不容易，所以我们要关心和帮助盲人和有些残疾人。

我一直想帮爸爸妈妈做点家务，做什么呢?那就做回饭吧。正好上午爸妈都去干农活去了。我写完作业，昨天吃的米饭还有，就想做一回蛋炒饭。按我的理解，我找出了鸡蛋，去田里找了几根小葱，找出了盐和食用油，心想，料都准备好了吧。

我先往碗里打了三个鸡蛋，学妈妈的样子，用筷子使劲地搅拌均匀，倒上一点盐，打开燃气灶，等锅热了，倒一点食用油，我还没等油热，便把蛋液倒了进去，好一会儿，才鼓起包来，我也没往小块弄，紧接着把小葱放了进去，翻了一下，把昨天的米饭倒了进去，一块翻炒，可能是火太大了，锅底都糊了。我看差不多了就关了火，把蛋炒饭盛了出来。

看着我的作品，虽然看上去不太好，但是能帮家里做点事，感觉心里美滋滋的。

刚从紧张得让人窒息的考试中挣脱出来，满以为暑假可以自由了，想在家里干什么就干什么，如看电视，玩电脑，在我毫不知情的情况下

，妈妈给我报了英语班，课外知识班，写字班已经蜂拥而至，塞满了假期的每一天。

下学期六年级了，趁着暑假这难得的机会，不好好补补怎么有实力和别人竞争?你知到吗?陈老师在寄语上说：

假期多读课外书多向书本学习，读练练字，老师的话你当耳边风了吗? 妈妈一脸严肃的唠叨个不停。

我连忙回答： 不行，这三课我都不喜欢，你怎么不和我商量。 你都六年级，想学也来不急了。 妈妈说， 还要商量吗。

7月8日早上，闹钟早早的把我叫醒，一骨碌爬起来，洗脸刷牙吃了早饭，三步并两步跑到课外知识班，初来乍到，对一切都不习惯，找不到一点上课地气氛。在学校里，每次回答问题，我总有正确的答案，可在这里连嘴也插不上，看来可应了妈妈的话。没有实力怎么和别人竞争。听了半天，我还是一知半解，一节课就糊里糊涂的过去了。

下午两点钟我去学英语，单词，句子，英标都是令人头痛的东西，英语老师说：

现在学习枯噪乏味，东奔西跑真累，为了自己将来幸福，必须坚持心肝情愿。我听了郑老师的话，渐渐被英语吸引住了。

晚上六点半我去学写字，老师教我们横竖撇捺。我下学期都六年级了，还让我练这个，连那个，唉!我也只好认了。时间一天一天的过去了，我的暑假都快结束了。

暑假爸爸妈妈带我去北京天安门。

我们到了公交车站，坐上了双层的公交车，感觉很奇妙，这可是我第一次坐呢!我直接坐上了第二层，往窗外望去，北京城好繁华啊!高楼大厦，鳞次栉比，车水马龙，让人目不暇接。

到了天安门，我真是被惊艳到了，广场周围有许许多多五彩缤纷的花朵。很幸运，我们刚好赶上升旗仪式。我看见一只队伍向广场走来，军人笔直的身体像一棵棵小柏树，他们步伐一致，整齐划一，踏出动听的节奏。伴随着嘹亮的国歌声，五星红旗在空中徐徐升起。我赶紧停住脚步，立正，向国旗敬礼!仰望鲜艳的五星红旗，我们的国旗，身为中国人的我感到无比的自豪!

暑假里，我认真完成了老师布置的作业，和妈妈去了一次海边，帮大人干了好多家务活，每天坚持锻炼身体……，过得非常有意义。

完成的作业有：字帖、小博士训练营、数学暑假作业、语文暑假作业和英语暑假作业。

去大连玩的时候发生了一件有趣的事情。有一天，我们去了一个石滩，那上面有很多石头，海里面突然来了一个很大很大的大浪，大浪冲来了，差点把我的鞋子冲走了，又来了一个小浪，冲来了一个水母，把我的好朋友吓得躲到了我的后面，后来呢，水母被一个老爷爷给捡走了。

我也帮大人干了好多事情。有一次，奶奶要出去买菜，我觉得奶奶出去买菜很辛苦，就和奶奶一起出去买菜，下了楼，走到了菜市场，奶奶买了很多菜，那些菜的营养都很丰富，有白菜、茄子、黄瓜等等……我觉得她买那么多菜是想让我的个子长得很高，抵抗力很强。

我暑假学到了：要讲个人卫生，这样才不会生病;拿别人的东西要经过他的同意，这样才不会引起误会。

这就是我的暑假生活总结。

今年7月底，我听说了首届中国星全国声乐、器乐大赛的举办消息，当时离浙江省赛区比赛时间已不到一个星期，妈妈赶紧托人录制了带子。7月30日，浙江赛区决赛中，我脱颖而出获得少儿B组金奖，并取得了去北京的决赛权。我手捧奖杯激动不已，又想到要去北京比赛，心情既兴奋又紧张。8月15日，我和妈妈带着萨克斯一起乘飞机赶往北京，路上自己的心情更是七上八下，也不知道自己有多少胜算，不停地问妈妈“我能行吗?我能行吗?”妈妈只是笑了笑，没有回答。

到了报到的地方，才知道什么是高手如云。各种各样的乐器，形状各异，千奇百怪。有小号、爵士鼓、钢琴、电子琴、小提琴、大提琴、唢呐、长笛、竖笛、扬琴和古筝、萨克斯等等等等。来自五湖四海的高手们齐聚一堂展示各自的风采。

第二天，正式比赛开始了，到了赛场，只见后面黑压压的人，我手掌心直冒冷汗。“吴一帆!”当听到我的名字时，心不听使唤地咚咚地跳个不停，我想：镇定，镇定。想着便迈着步子上去了，当吹起《狗熊变英雄》这首歌时，全身都充满了活力，歌声此起彼伏，热情奔放，动作变化多端。评委如痴如醉，拍手叫绝。下去后，一位评委还向我微笑。我信心百倍地迎接喜讯的到来。得知是银奖后，我大声吹呼，自己也没有想到。

这次比赛不仅使我增长了见识，而且让我对萨克斯更感兴趣了。

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

早晨我睁开眼睛，看看钟表，“天啊!已经七点半了。我又要迟到了，”我想。没有吃早饭，我就匆匆朝学校赶去，可是天又下起雨来。

When I got to the classroom, the maths teacher had already begun his

lesson. It was Mr wang. All of us were afraid of him. I didnt like him, or his

lessons. I opened the door. " Im late again, Mr Wang."

当我到教室时，数学老师已经开始讲课了。是王老师，所有的学生都怕他。我不喜欢他，也不喜欢他的课。我打开门，“王老师，我又迟到了。”

"Ive told you not to be late, but you ..." he said angrily. But suddenly

he stopped, and looked at my clothes. He quickly took off his own jacket and

handed it to me. "Now take off your wet coat and put wet one on." he said

kindly.

“我早就告诉你不要迟到，可是你……”他生气地说。可是他突然停下来，看了看我的湿衣服。他很快脱下自己的上衣递给我。“把你的湿衣服脱下来，套上这件。”他和蔼地说。

It was a bit large for me, but I felt warm in it.

衣服套我身上有点大，可是穿上感觉很温暖。

暑假到了，迎接我们的是炎炎夏日和滚滚热浪，所以在暑假玩水，也是一件很惬意的事。这不，我也迫不及待地下海了。

“到了!到了!假日海滩到了!”我兴奋地跳了起来。穿上泳衣，套上游泳圈，我就迫不及待地拉着爸爸往海里走去。说来也奇怪，就算外面再热。只要走进海里便像开了空调一样——凉快极了!哗!啊，我被老爸泼了一身水。我可不是吃素的，老爸看招!“啊!”老爸也“中弹”了。

正在我们泼水时，大海好像也想玩，他便催动一大片海浪向我们泼来。我和爸爸向沙滩奔去。因为，我们不想变成“落汤鸡”啊!虽然我们努力奔跑。可到底还是变成“落汤鸡”了。正在我擦脸的时候大海又来了一击，我还没反应过来，就又被大海亲热拥抱了一下。由于海浪太凶猛，我和爸爸只好走到岸边和妈妈一起看海，妈妈看到了我们这两只“落汤鸡”笑得前仰后合。

大海真美，听!海浪拍打着岸边沙滩发出阵阵声响，那是海姑娘在唱歌。海姑娘的歌声是那么的动听，让我们听得如痴如醉，看着那和大海连在一起的天，我不由得赞叹：“大海真美!”

暑假是那么的有趣，你在暑假中有什么有趣的事发生呢?

七月十三是中国传统的节日，按照习俗，这个节日里，我们要包馄饨。

首先我们要准备馄饨馅，要包的是肉馅的馄饨和糖馅的蒸馄饨，还要准备馄饨皮，一切准备就绪，我开始包馄饨，先拿一张长方形的皮，把肉馅放在中间，然后对折，再折，后一弯，在角上沾点水，摁起来，就完成了，爸爸和奶奶都告诉过我，馅不能放太多，不然肉会涨出来，煮一煮，味道当然不好咯，但是也不能放太少，放太少的话，不仅不好看，味道也会很淡，要放的不多不少刚刚好才可以;接下来要包甜的蒸馄饨，跟前面一样拿一张长方形的皮，把糖馅放在中间，然后对折，再折，后一弯，在角上沾点水，摁起来，可是馅料的多少就不一样了，因为是糖馅，甜甜的，所以馅料要放多一点，蒸一下，味道会淡一点，所以放的越多越好。包好了，就要煮了，我在一旁看着，流着口水，等待着好吃的馄饨出炉。
