在我国的北方有一种习俗，就是吃饺子，饺子的谐音即“交子”，表达了人们对更岁交子，对新的一年吉祥富裕的一种渴望。而南方人则喜欢在大年的早晨吃汤圆，意味着我们在新的一年里圆圆满满，团团圆圆。人们还喜欢把一种叫“荠菜”的蔬菜和汤圆一块吃，“荠菜”有被称作“聚财”意喻在新的一年招财进宝，心想事成。

春节里，我们更少不了要放鞭炮来活跃一下春节时欢欢喜喜的气氛了。放鞭炮在民间还有一个传说：相传在远古的时侯，有一只叫“年”的怪兽，每到春节的时候就出来吓唬人，于是人们就想了个办法，用竹筒点燃扔向它，竹筒爆炸后发出很大的声响，吓走了年兽，放鞭炮的习俗就这样流传下来了。

春节的习俗还有很多很多，它丰富了我们的知识，拉近了人们的距离。它是中华名族的优良传统，让我们一起去了解它们吧!

Have you ever been Changbai MountainIt is a marvelous place and known by people all over the word. My parents like traveling very much.So, in summer vacation, our family choose Changbai Mountain to visit.

Owing to the remote location, we spent one night to go there by train. When we reached the gate of Changbai Mountain, we felt very lucky. Because the weather was so good and full of sunshine that we can see Heaven Pool clearly. In the tour, we saw the virgin forest. Changbai Mountain is a natural big Museum and one of most famous forest of China, being honored as “Temperate biological free gene pool”. There are kinds of tree, such as Korean pine, fir, birch and so on. There is the “millennium snow is the year pine, on straight world first peak” fine reputation. Also, I saw many squirrels. They are very cute. I took many photos of them. I really wanted to take them to my home, but it is impossible.

The bus took us to the foot of the mountain. Our board is to look at heaven pool in Changbai Mountain, but would like to see the heaven pool is not easy. The jeep bumped along the rough mountain road, and we must climb over 1,200-tread of the staircase. I felt very tired after that. Changbai Mountain is a dormant volcano, as a result of Changbai Mountain unique geography structure. Nearby the heaven pool, we saw the crater. It is too grand to keep on going. As if I go ahead, I will fall to the bottom.

There are many hot springs.Changbai mountain is famous for the most abundant hot springs and mineral spring sources ,but it is a little expensive. The most famous food of Changbai Mountain is over eggs. The eggs are boiled in hot spring. Everyone who visits Changbai Mountain must eat them. It is a symbol of Changbai Mountain.

Changbai Mountains is one of the state AAAA level scenic spots. It is the best choice to be the first spot to visit China. Don’t miss it, or you must be regretful.

Food safety has been closely watched, because our everyday life simply can not do without food. Everyone knows this, but always some people again, lets worry about it, whether our food safety and health.

Recently of malachite green, Sudan red, and so on have been "destroyed" and are these hearts duck eggs, and havent been solved completely. But even if they now have to solve, but we also have to worry about "they" will not back not just in the future? Thought of here, I cant help but think constantly behind the scenes "make" the food of a few to endanger the safety of life. So I just sent a such doubts are these people for the sake of what? I want to or for a word - money, money is the devils bait. Because of the money, how many times this happened in the world of murder, robbery and theft? 食品安全一直倍受关注，因为我们的日常生活根本离不开食品。所有人都知道这一点，但又总一些人，让我们担心，我们的食品是否安全，是否卫生。

最近的孔雀石绿、苏丹红等这些是已经被“消灭”了还有红心鸭蛋等还没完全被解决的。不过就算它们现在已经给解决了，可是我们还要担心“它们”还会不会在不就的将来卷土重来呢?想到这里，我就不禁想到了在幕后不断“制造”这一些危害人生安全的食品的人。于是我就发出了这样的疑惑这些人是为了什么?我想还是为了一个字——钱，钱是魔鬼得意的诱饵。因为钱，这世界上发生过多少次的谋杀、抢劫和盗窃?谁能想到这么一张张的钱币，竟是想监狱和法庭输送罪犯的“供应商”?

也就是因为了钱产生了：人工合成甜味剂(糖精钠、甜蜜素)和防腐剂(苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾)等食品添加剂的使用情况。因此，我十分的想些人明不明白，他们的“产品”危害了多少人?有许多的人因为吃了这些所谓的“卫生、安全食品”而上吐下泻乃至丢了性命的!

不过，我想，除了批评那些只知道赚钱而不顾及他们身体健康、安全的人以外，我们还要提高自己的防范意识!

如：苹果过于的发亮说明苹果可能打过蜡。葡萄上的白斑过多可能就是农药使用过量。

这些说明，防御食品中人为的添加化学物质、有害物质有些是可是用肉眼或简单的方法检验出来的。

我们要关注食品安全，要为了我们的健康而努力，要为了我们的文明而努力。

With the improvement of our living standard， more and more people can afford a car. As a result，our roads are more often than not crammed with cars.

However，with more and more waste gas being discharged by the cars，the problem of air pollution bees even more serious. So nowadays we advocate to lead a low-carbon life.

My suggestion is we should ride bikes more often instead of driving cars.By riding a bike， we can not only exercise our body but also protect our environment.

My childhood, it is a song with a happy mood, a record of my childhood fun, big and small.

然后，我“骑”在妈妈身上，拿起铁片就往妈妈鼻孔里插，妈妈被我弄醒了，瞧见我这副傻样儿，就明白了。妈妈笑着拍了我一下，我乐呵呵地跑了。妈妈追上我，一把抱起我说：“小鬼，别总是想办法对付我了!”我跳出妈妈的怀抱，跑了。

这就是我的童年趣事，现在回忆起来，就觉得可笑。

Last Sunday my classmates and I went to Xiangshan Park.

We met at 7 oclock at the school gate. The weather in Beijing that day was great. At around 8 oclock, we arrived at Xiangshan Park. There is a high tree on the bottom of the hill. We had a party and played games under the tree. Then we climbed to the top of Xiangshan Mountain. It was not very difficult for us to do it. Next, we had lunch at the top of the hill. It was delicious. After lunch, we saw some birds. They were friendly. And we saw a whole picture of Beijing. "What a beautiful city!" I said. At that moment, we all felt so proud. I live in Beijing now. The 2008 Olympic games was held here.

John is the most diligent student in our class. He is one of my friends. As a matter of fact, he gets along with his classmates. He might spend just five to ten minutes talking to you once in a long while, but he talks with enthusiasm and energy, and he likes to share his thinking and ideas with you. He is honest; he does not like to waste his time and energy. He never appears sleepy and tired in the classroom. He always hands in homework on time and also does well in his examinations, yet he has time practicing playing football and his violin skill. I admire him. I hope I can be as diligent as he is; John is persistent, attentive, and energetic.

“绿遍山原白满川，子规声里雨如烟。”就在这烟雨蒙蒙的日子，我来到农村，来欣赏田园风光。

刚进农村，映入眼帘的是一排排房屋，简朴而又舒心，这里的房子都是用砖瓦石头砌成的。虽然，没有高楼大厦那般雄伟，却有着一种古朴的气息。

我们在山路往下望，原来光秃秃的泥地此刻种上了小麦、油菜花等农作物，可都还没有成熟，还都只是嫩苗，所以看到的是绿色的海洋，阳光照着它们，不时闪过一道光，格外的耀眼。

到了吃饭的时间，我们去的是一个农家乐，一进去，看见的就是一些可爱的小动物。小鸡，摇摆着它们的身体，在地上觅食；小狗，亲切地摇晃着尾巴；小鸟，在叽叽喳喳地嘀咕着什么，像是在讲它们的小秘密。

这一天，最让我难以忘怀的是抓螃蟹！我们抓的是只有拇指般大小的小螃蟹，可爱极了。来到河边，这儿的水格外的清澈，清澈得都可以看见水里的小鱼在里面游来游去。开始捉小螃蟹了，我的心不知道为什么突然跳得很快。我感觉今天的太阳格外的温和，照在我的身上暖和极了。我撩起袖子，蓄势待发，像是一只捕食猎物的老虎一样。

我拿起一个水桶，放在河边，想想一会就会有好多小螃蟹，心中都扬起了小波浪。我一脚踩进水里，又小心翼翼地搬起一个大石头，因为小螃蟹都喜欢藏在石头下面来保护自己。果然石头下面有好多好多的小螃蟹啊，我急忙伸手去抓。“嘿嘿！太好了，捉住了一只。”我开心地蹦了起来，我拿起来仔细地观察了一下这个小家伙。他有两只小小的钳子，就像两把小剪刀一样，可爱极了。把它放在手里，它在我的手里爬来爬去，痒痒的，乐得我笑哈哈的。

天色也低沉了，我们抓了几只小螃蟹，把他们养在瓶子里。回头望时，突然感到有些伤感，但更多的是喜悦。今天是开心的一天。乡村之行也算画上了一个完美的句号。
