期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

I have a good friend named Cheng, He is a humorous and cheerful person. He

生活中，我是一个魅力四射的女孩儿，我喜欢交朋友，喜欢参加各种各样的活动。但是，我也是一个典型的乖乖女，喜欢看书，画画，喜欢一个人静静的。人不常说，女孩子都是双重性格，在我身上有了鲜明的体现。我最大的爱好呢，刚才也说过了，喜欢看书。我觉得读书令我快乐，上我觉得充实，每次与朋友聊天的时，朋友们都以一种十分崇拜的眼神看着我，我心里甭提多高兴了。可是在家里，我可是囧囧兔啊，付出了惨重的代价。有一次全家在一块儿吃火锅，当时我正在看《窗边的小豆豆》妈妈说：自己放料吧，我去切菜。我就一边拿书，一边配汤料，结果煮好了，我刚吃一口，就喷出来，老姐当场就不干了，狠狠地批评了我一顿。为此，我哭了好久，也好几天没理她。还有一次，我去上厕所，然后顺便拿了本书儿，不知不觉就沉浸其中，以至于老弟在外敲门也没听见，最后我刚出卫生间，老弟哇的一声就哭了，跑到老妈面前，然后她委屈的说：我姐一直不出来，我憋不住所以尿在裤子上了。老妈不可思议的望着我们，又是无奈，又是怜爱，又是好笑。

当然啦，金无足赤，无完人。我在我们家是继老爸之后的第二懒。我特别喜欢赖床，如果有谁不让我睡觉，我就会没完没了的闹，记得那天晚上，由于早上起得太晚，下午又睡了，所以一直睡不着，到了晚上十一点半，我都处于兴奋状态，弟弟已经鼾声四起，于是就对老妈说：妈，最近我怎么总是失眠呀！就很无语的对我说：睡得太少了。那天晚上，老妈和我都特兴奋，老妈沉浸在过去的回忆里，我则沉浸在老妈的故事里，带了老姐，一直听我们讲到2点，然后我才稍有睡意，结果第2天，我刚一睁眼就中午12：00了，老姐无奈的摇摇头：死性不改。

春天，西湖周围的柳树吐出了嫩芽。碧绿的柳条在空中随风飘动，就像姑娘的长发，美丽极了。小草从泥土里探出头来，好奇地望着外面的世界。

夏天，树木长得郁郁葱葱，就像一把把绿色的大伞，为人们遮风避雨。在湖中，一张张绿色的荷叶如同一个个碧玉圆盘，挨挨挤挤的。荷花在荷叶间冒出来，有的像羞答答的小姑娘，露出一点儿花骨朵，似乎不想让人看清它的脸庞;有的像开朗的孩子，一点儿也不害羞，大方地向人们展示美丽的笑容……这些荷花各有各的样子，真是千姿百态啊!

在秋天，到处硕果累累，湖边的树不甘示弱，也结出了一些又小又酸的果子。最美丽的是西湖旁的山景，远远望去，就像一片又一片金色的波浪。山上还有几棵松树是绿油油的，点缀在波浪中显得更加美丽。

到了冬天，到处是银装素裹，树上积了一层厚厚的白雪，湖堤、桥上、房顶的雪越积越厚，安安静静地，真像是一个童话世界。

杭州不仅仅只有西湖一个景点，还有花港观鱼、柳浪闻莺、西溪湿地、曲院风荷和岳飞庙等等。如果你来杭州旅游，可千万不要忘记西湖和这些景点哦!

我爱家乡的美景，我爱我的家乡杭州。

在我们的学校里有我的一位朋友，他叫XXX，他的头像一个皮球，他的眼睛左下角有一颗痣，他每天穿着一个大衣，在教室的时候也穿着，老师有时会说，XXX是不是发烧了。然后我们就会大笑一阵。他长得不高，但是他的学习不错。还有在上课的时候，他经常趁老师不注意时，来抖动他的大腿，所以我们给他的腿取了一个外号：“电动腿”。现在就让我来具体介绍一下他吧。

在我们上课的时候，他又趁老师不注意来抖动他的“电动腿”，可是这次老师的好像是早有防备，看见了他正在抖腿，就让他站起来，我们在下面窃窃私语，说他是不是真的得了“多动症”，下课了我问他：“你是不是得了‘多动症’。”他说：“我也不知道，就不知不觉的想抖腿”。我们俩笑了。

还有一次，我们俩刚好一起回家，他家离我家很近，他的车慢慢的停下来，他说，他想去买东西吃，无奈我只能等他，我等了很久，还不见他回来。我着急起来，我心里想：怎么办，怎么办……如果……他被小偷劫持了怎么办！我决定去找他，后来找了一会就找着了他。原来是他忘记带钱了，而且那时天色已晚，外面黑乎乎的，看不清。所以他只能在那等我。后来他跟我说，他真糊涂没带钱还去买东西。我说，算了我们回家吧，最后我们有说有笑的回家去了。
