寒风吹起，红梅报春，新的一年又快到了！我可喜欢过年了，不但可以穿新衣，放烟花，还能收到亲戚朋友送给的压岁钱与买春联。

那次，我与妹妹换上新衣服，正打算去为坤家玩，爸爸却叫住我们：“两个淘气包，上哪去哩？”我俩才不理他呢，还叫我们“淘气包”。老爸见我们好长时间不回话，便说：“好了，不说话，那我与你妈妈上街买春联去了！”我俩最喜欢春联了，于是就撒起了娇：“恩，好爸爸，你就让我们去吧！”在我们万般纠缠之下，他也只有带我们去了！

来到街上，到处人山人海，十分热闹，个个都喜气洋洋。爸爸让我看好妹妹，自己与妈妈进商店去了。我们才不干呢，便悄悄地跟在他们后面，进了春联店，我们向他们招手，他们一发现，便跑来教训了我一顿，又把我们牵走。

爸妈在店里面挤得眉头都皱了，可我们姐妹俩却在外面“空地上”为他们喊“加油”??瞧，这不，妹妹大叫起来：“爸爸，小娃娃买了没？”……

终于，爸爸妈妈总算提着大包小包出来了，却也是累得有气无力，眼冒金星！……

年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同，新的一年又快到了，同学朋友们，大家想怎么过呢？

Strictly speaking, the Spring Festival starts every year in the early days of the 12th lunar month and will last till the mid 1st lunar month of the next year. Of them, the most important days are Spring Festival Eve and the first three days. The Chinese government now stipulates people have seven days off for the Chinese Lunar New Year.

Many customs accompany the Spring Festival. Some are still followed today, but others have weakened.

On the 8th day of the 12th lunar month, many families make laba porridge, a delicious kind of porridge made with glutinous rice, millet, seeds of Jobs tears, jujube berries, lotus seeds, beans, longan and gingko.

The 23rd day of the 12th lunar month is called Preliminary Eve. At this time, people offer sacrifice to the kitchen god. Now however, most families make delicious food to enjoy themselves.

My favourite cartoon movie is Kung Fu Panda.

Kung Fu Panda is the lastest project from Dreamworks. It’s a CG-animated comedy about a lazy, irreverent slacker panda named Po Po (Voiced by Jack Black), who must somehow become a Kung Fu Master in order to save the Valley of Peace from a villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung. Prophecy said that Po is the “Chosen One” to save the day. But he appears to be the laziest of all the animals in ancient China. A group of martial arts masters are going to need a black belt in patience if they are going to turn this slacker panda into a kung fu fighter before it’s too late.I like the movie because it is very interesting and funny.The monkey is voiced by Jackey Chan who is my favourite star!

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China.In the evening before the Spring Festival,families get together and have a big meal.In many places people like to set off firecrackers.Dumplings are the most traditional food.Children like the festival very much,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes.They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck.People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune.

我盼望很久的除夕和春节终于来了，因为在这两天，我又有好吃的，还可以拿压岁钱，还有新衣服穿，多好啊!

除夕之夜，我们全家吃完饭后，我已经再也忍不住了，急忙跑回房间，抱起一堆堆花炮，那起香，像一支离弦的箭，第一个冲出家门口!和哥哥姐姐一起来到了公园，我就立刻点燃了一个花炮，引线喷了出来，“嗦”的一声，在空中绕了一圈后，“啪”的一声，炸开了像一只只蝴蝶，飘飘悠悠的往下落。我高兴极了!

过年好热闹啊，不止我们家，所有中国人都是开开心心的过新年。
