食物在上海不赞同我。我觉得食物在北京是最美味的。海鲜在北京是很新鲜。大虾在餐厅都活着。而且有很多的食物，你不能看到其他城市推广。你吃海鲜在北京是很便宜的。你付出的更少的钱，更多的愉快你。也许我的胃就是生病。我吃什么食物，我还是薄。而我太瘦了，我想成为一个垃圾箱腰包。所以我必须多吃。

It was sunny and warm day. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. We joined them to climb the mountain as soon as we got there. We felt tired but we kept climbing. It took us about an hour to get to the top of the mountain. The wind was so cool and the scenry was very beautiful. We had a picnic and then we walked down from the mountain. We were very happy that day. In the evening, I surfed the internet and then read an interesting book. I really had a meaningful and happy day.

和很多人一样，我的偶像是我平凡又伟大的爸爸。

爸爸个儿很高，大眼睛，阔嘴巴，人们见了都说他像某个电影明星。他平时待人和蔼，人缘极好，妈妈说，他做了十几年的装修工作，从来没有跟人红过一次脸。他的装修技术特别好，有关装修的知识也懂得不少。

在小时候的我的印象中，爸爸是个幽默感十足的人，他很爱讲笑话，只要爸爸在家，家里就充满了欢乐。那时的爸爸常常用幽默的方式让我改掉身上的一些小毛病。还记得上刚幼儿园时的我很喜欢吃糖，但又不认真刷牙，所以有不少蛀牙，牙齿又黑又难看。记得有一天早晨，我起床后没刷牙，就直接去吃早饭了。刚坐下，拿起筷子，端起碗，正要吃饭，发现爸爸正目不转睛地看着我。我被他盯得有些莫名其妙：“爸爸，你干吗盯着我看呢?”爸爸板着脸严肃地对我说：“晓华，今天你陪我上街买把凿子回来。”“买凿子干吗?”我疑惑不解地问。“因为我发现现在的牙刷质量越来越差了，只有买一把凿子来凿牙齿，才能让我女儿的牙齿变得既洁白又好看。”听了爸爸的话，我既想哈哈大笑，又满脸羞愧，急忙跑到卫生间，认真地刷起牙来。从此以后，每次我想偷懒不愿刷牙的时候，总会想起爸爸的话，眼前会浮现出一把凿子来。渐渐地，我养成了每天刷牙的好习惯。

渐渐长大的我，对爸爸的感觉也在逐渐发生改变，随着爸爸对我的要求越来越多，他在我的印象中也不再是那个和蔼可亲幽默感十足的爸爸，他开始变得刚毅而严厉。

上个星期天，刚学会骑车的我被妈妈派出去帮忙买东西，从超市买完东西，回家的路上，一辆而过的摩托车从我前面飞快地驶了过来，由于进村子的路比较窄，而我又刚刚学会骑车的我，对自己的车技不怎么有信心，看着离我越来越近的摩托车，我开始紧张起来，车头也剧烈地晃动了起来，正好前面是一段下坡的路，我只好硬着头皮往下冲，由于下坡时车速太快，虽然我拼命地刹车，可已经来不及了。惨剧也随之发生了，我的自行车被摩托车蹭了一下，连人带车我冲进了路旁的田野里，“扑通”一声我和车子一块摔了出去。车子散了架，车轮分了“家”，人也从车上摔到了路旁的田野里。我的膝盖摔破了，坐在地上使劲地按住膝盖，咬着牙，绷着脸，疼得说不出话。还好遇到了同村的小梅，她把我扶了回家，爸爸见到受伤的我，只是冷冷地甩下一句话：“车技不行还硬要骑车出去，这下出事了吧，还把车摔坏了，等下看我怎么收拾你!”说完他抱着堂哥的女儿出门去了。此时的我心里像吃酸梅似的酸溜溜的，不争气的眼泪像断了线的珠子不停地往下掉。妈妈赶紧拿出家里的药箱帮我处理伤口，“你呀，怎么这么不小心，腿都摔成这样了，得多疼呀，以后不要再骑车出去了。”妈妈的话，让我更难过了，我哭着说：“我讨厌死爸爸了，他一点也不疼我，我再也不跟他说话了。”晚上，睡得迷迷糊糊的我，突然感觉，有人正给我换药，仔细一看，是爸爸，我躺在床上装睡，爸爸帮我上完药，用嘴轻轻地对准伤口吹了吹，自言自语地说：“怎么这么不小心呀，这以后要是留疤得多难看呀-----”几天后，我发现摔坏的自行车已经修理好了。妈妈告诉我，这是爸爸帮我修理好的，他跑了好几家店，买来了最好的刹车线给我的自行车换上。看着这修好的自行车，我突然明白了过来，其实在爸爸那宽阔坚实的胸膛里有着一颗慈母般的心。

父爱其实很简单，它像白酒辛辣而热烈，让人醉在其中;它像咖啡苦而醇香，让人为之振奋;它像茶平淡而亲切让人感到清新;它像篝火，给人温暖却令人生畏!
