我有一个既和蔼又严厉的老爸。他中等身材，不胖不瘦，有着一双大眼睛，却因为上中学时刻苦读书而戴上了眼镜。

他从来不乱发脾气，对任何人都是和蔼可亲。对我的学习，总是耐心地指导。有一次，数学考试时，我因为太粗心，导致那次考试没考好。当时，我恨死我自己了，恨不得找个地缝钻进去，可是地上没有缝，这让我该怎么办啊?放学回家时，我在想，回家后该怎么向爸爸妈妈交待呢?想着想着，突然，眼前出现了一个熟悉的身影，原来是老爸，他跑过来，看到我当时的表情，问我：“是不是没有考好啊?没事，没考好没关系，但要找一下原因!等一下我们总结一下，看看都在什么地方出错了，以后多练习一下，争取下次考个好成绩……”听了老爸的一番话后，我心理才好受一些，自己暗下决心，以后一定好好学习，改掉自己粗心的毛病。这样才对得起我和蔼可亲的老爸。

但是，对于我不正当的做法，和蔼的老爸也是非常严厉的。记得有一次，当我正为写作文发愁时，便想到了去网上找一篇抄写一下。当我坐在电脑前，熟练地敲打着键盘时，老爸过来了，他严厉地批评了我，并对我讲了我的这种行为属于“抄袭”。“抄袭”是窃取他人的作品当作自己的，包括完全照抄他人作品和在一定程度上改变其形式或内容的行为。是一种严重侵犯他人着作权的行为，同时也是非常可耻的行为。当我看到自己犯下了这么严重的错误，要不是老爸的提醒，自己会在这条弯路上越走越远，真的很感谢我的老爸，是他让我明白了什么该做，什么不该做。

这就是我的老爸，有时和蔼可亲，有时又是那么严厉，我喜欢这样的老爸。
