今天是星期天，一大早我就起床去学校了，因为今天是我们学校第十九届运动会开幕。

到了学校，我们排好队去运动会场地。虽然一路上飘着蒙蒙细雨，但是同学们的劲头都很足，一路上都兴致勃勃地讨论着谁能得冠军。我也期待着自己能够获得好成绩，因为我也是实心球的运动员之一。

到了场地，开幕仪式过后，比赛就一轮轮激烈地开始了。虽然还没轮到我，但是听着场地上此起彼伏的加油呐喊声，我感到了前所未有的紧张。等了很久，终于，实心球的比赛开始了。我先到场地点了名，然后排队等待，我是第四个，前面的选手发挥得都不错，这让我感到了压力。轮到我了，我先拿起了第一个球，把它夹在脖子那里，深吸一口气，然后一鼓作气，使劲扔了出去，一看，只有四米多，我不气馁，紧接着拿起第二个球，咬紧牙关往前扔，这次扔了五米，最后一个球了，我平复了一下心情，拿好球用尽所有的力气扔了出去，可是还是只有五米。我的成绩没有超过前面几位选手，顿时觉得有点沮丧，妈妈过来安慰我，说：“别灰心，尽了自己最大的努力就行了，下个学期还可以参加的。”我听了，默默地点了点头。

这次运动会我虽然没有取得很好的成绩，但是今后我一定会努力锻炼，争取在下届运动会有出色的表现。

The purposes of the program are to make our school more beautiful, to make the air cleaner and fresher, and to turn our school into a better place for us to study and live in.

Besides, we are to build a small garden in which we can do some reading and take a rest. Whats more, some statues of famous people will be set up to encourage us to work harder. 今天，我们观看了一个《消防知识教育》视频。节目一开始先播放了一段火灾发生的场景，燃烧的熊熊大火把楼房少的面目全非，还有人在大火丧了命。视频中报道了近几年来得火灾发生次数和伤亡人数。这些惨痛的教训，大多都是人们的疏忽或小孩玩火造成的。同学们个个看的认真，听得仔细。

有一次火灾，是几个学生在树林里烤土豆，老师进行了阻止，但是当老师离开后他们又重新点燃了火，没想到因此引发了森林大火，造成了巨大的损失。

又讲了遇到火灾如何自救的知识，报警时都要说清什么，着火了的第一刻都要做些什么。还有着火时，不得呼救否则会吸入毒气。还讲了很多知识，不过主要还是让大家要防止火灾的发生。

通过这些教育使我们深刻认识到防火的重要性，人人都要有防止火灾发生的意识。
