1Learning Style

Educators have known for a long time that people learn in different ways. That is why teachers present information in various forms. Some research has identified eight distinct learning styles, and researchers have made up tests to find out which of these learning styles best suits different people. These tests show that, although most people have one dominant style of learning, they are also able to use other learning styles effectively. Some people even seem to have many different learning styles.

The advantage of knowing what kind of learner you are is that you can then study in the way that best suits your learning style.

Nowadays, motorcycles are popular around us. They have become an important

means of transport in Chinese cities. Compared with the bike and the car, the

motorcycle has its own advantages. First, it is quite flexible. When there is a

Halloween

客厅向南是一个宽敞明亮的阳台，阳台上摆放着许多花草。爸爸喜欢养花种草，但都不是什么名贵的，用爸爸的话说，那就是“绿化美化一下环境”。但阳台上的这些花草，真的让我们这个家增添了不少的绿意和生机。

到我的卧室来瞧瞧吧。床上挂着紫色的蚊帐，墙上贴着卡通人物，是不是感觉有些与众不同?特别是那些卡通人物，什么多啦A梦呀、维尼熊呀，一个快上初中的学生的，是不是还有些童心未泯呢?

在我的卧室中，最惹眼的是那个书柜，那可是我的心肝宝贝，里面的书虽然算不上是“应有尽有”，但也算是个“小小图书馆”了。我的藏书中，数量最多的当数杨红樱的小说了，我可是杨红樱忠实的“小书迷”，用当今流行的话说就是“粉丝”，只要是出自她笔下的文字我感觉是百看不厌。

Many years ago, before I moved to the city, I lived in a small town. I was so close to the nature, I could see the mountain and the clear water. I remember the town became especially beautiful after the heavy rain, the air was so fresh and I felt a little cozy, it was like a gift from god in the hot summer. The mountain looked so clear over the heavy rain, it just washed by the rain. The things around me were so green. I love living in the town, I especially like the town when it was washed by the rain. At that moment, nature and me were united, we just like a group.
