What people wear glasses fast increase? The question in my mind kept wandering. Later, I looked at a very long time, also check the information from the Internet, finally reached the conclusion. The first big reason: no scientific methods to protect their eyes. Some classmates for a long period of time reading books, watching TV, Internet access, make the eye often is in a state of fatigue, and do not pay attention to eye health. Although our school asked the students are doing eye exercises on time, but part of the students or not to do a good job, some still hiding under the table. The second reason: genetic. Some parents are nearsighted, and pass on to their children. But this kind of situation seems to be not much, "small glasses," often because not sparing eyes.

Finally, counsels: we must cherish oneself only this pair of eyes, to make our every day is full of light!

眼睛是心灵的窗口，是获得各种知识的重要途径。生活中我们处处都离不开眼睛，如果没有眼睛，世界将会变得一片黑暗，如果我们的眼睛出了问题，学习和生活将会遇到很多困难。尽管这样，我们有很多人还是不爱惜眼睛。在我的周围，已经有越来越多的同学带上了“小眼镜儿”，我的视力也逐渐下降，后来被医生诊断为假性近视。所以，保护眼睛这一点也被越来越多的人们重视起来。

在学校里，老师常常会交给我们一些保护眼睛的有效方法，例如写作业时手要离笔尖一寸，肚子要离桌面一拳，头要离书本一尺，要在正确的地方看书，而且还要经常做眼保健操。但这些却最容易被同学们忽视。

到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。

最后奉劝大家：我们一定要爱惜自己仅有的这一双眼睛，使我们的每一天都充满光明!

Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, others want to be famous. I have a lot of dreams, too. When I was a young boy, I dreamed of becoming a scientist in future. However, I knew clearly that I could not succeed without efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school .In order to attain my goal .

Everyone has his own dream. In my mind, I think that having a dream means that we have a goal, and then we will do our best to come true it.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and saving their lives. i know it is difficult to be a good doctor , but I will never give up and i will try my best to keep everyone health .When I have money in the future , I will help the poor sick people of our country. I want to let them have an opportunity to treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or just enjoy them free.

I enjoy summer vacation very much. Because summer vacation is the longest vacation of the year.

We have more than fifty days to rest.

Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room. In the

evening, I like to go shopping with my friends, We can eat many things in summer, Such as ice

creams, Watermelons, grapes, and so on. In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents.

Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

We have read so many inspiring examples about how the successful people

stick to their dreams. We see the power of persistence. But as I see different

situations, sometimes the way to gain achievement is not favored by me.

Different people have different ways to keep move on.

For those people whose family are not poor, they can chase their dreams

without hesitation. The parents will give great support to them and no matter

what their children do, they just want them to be happy. Without the economic

burden, those people can focus all their attention and follow their dreams all

the time.

But for the persons whose family are poor, especially the parents are

waiting for the children’s economic support, they should make ends meet first

and then follow their dreams. Life can’t be ideal all the time, only when they

solve the basic needs, dreams will be supported. Some people make the things

they like as a hobby, they keep studying it in their spared time, if insist,

they will get the extra achievement.

Following dreams completes our life and make us live with meaning. The will

of never giving up will bring us success someday.

刚来这个班时，我第一个遇见的是你，我因为不会叠被子，而你却在寝室里像妈妈一样的帮助我，那时，我就有点喜欢你了。

当你让我当你的英语课代表时，我就毫不犹豫的答应了。因为你不仅年轻，长得也很清纯，并且还有一颗少女心。

可惜，时间长后，我发现我厌恶你了。

教学方式不好，单词好写错，知识点没讲全，我感觉我的英语快要死了，每天都和一些成绩好的同学们在背后说你的不好，真是越想越烦，可惜没人敢对你说你的不好，我们大家都很纠结。看着你脸上的微笑，我不禁有点觉得虚伪，心里也在郁闷的滴血。

直到有一天，你喊我出去谈话，心平气和的跟我说：我是不是讲的不好啊，同学们好像不喜欢我，我们俩好像也不像以前那莫默契了。我才终于把我想说的话终于说了个遍，老师和我聊了许久，我感觉心暖暖的，原来老师也在纠结这个问题，可是每天还装着心情很好来上课，不想打扰大家的情绪。老师原来也会换位思考，身为权威的老师，却向我请教，这要有多大的勇气啊。我的脑海突然想到老师认真起来得模样，想起她的书上全是密密麻麻的笔记。

直到现在，我已经爱上你了。喜欢你上课时轻松的气氛，不像语文老师的迅速激昂；数学老师的严肃安静；物理老师的紧张费神。而是轻松愉快。喜欢你甜美的声音，让人专注；喜欢你可爱的模样，让人发笑；喜欢你认真的态度，让人钦佩。

我有时都搞不懂你，每天下三你都会准时来到，一坐坐一节课，即使整节课没一人写英语作业，你也会想办法挤点时间让大家学英语，教育差生，或者说默默坐在椅子上改听写。你很乐观，即使我们班英语不是很好，你也总是失落会就会满血复活。你很年轻，所以你课后总会和我们打成一片，很懂我们的心思，同学们也会把心里真实的想法告诉你，而不告诉别的老师。你很努力，即使独自一人站三节课，嘴里也在抱怨很累，但精神总是那么饱满，仍拼命地站着，讲着。你有点傻，当班主任把体育老师的课给你时，你总会把可爱的笑容露出来，说什么班主任很贴心，难道多给你奖钱吗？你上了那么多节不累吗？你不想休息吗？你不怕同学们埋怨你吗？你就是这么傻，愿意奉献自己。

可爱的你，给了我很多机会，让我能够好好学习英语；每天都不厌其烦的指点我，开导我，在我危难时，也会伸出援助之手，你很信任我，所以我不会让你失望。
