今天，是3月6日，这个春节都过完了。所以我要说一说过这个春节的记忆。

这个春节我去了云南--大家口里所说的春城昆明。在昆明，一年四季都是像春天一样温暖，而且没一个房子里面是有空调的。云南人很实在，还很热情，云南的饭菜都很可口，吃每一口都非常好吃，吃每一道菜都有家乡的味道，非常好。云南昆明还有大自然的野生动物园，野生动物园里虽然没有大象，但是也是非常好玩的。那些野生动物如麋鹿，牦牛……都在大马路上走，我感觉我对动物非常亲切。

我还去了云南美丽又经常被人提起的西双版纳。西双版纳最有名的就是歌舞表演，和大象表演，大象表演非常可爱，最主要的是大象还会逗人呢！我还去了老挝的边境磨憨，翻过栏杆就可以到达老挝这个国家了。老挝这个国家虽然有点小，但是很美丽。

回家到郑州时我就在想为什么郑州这么冷，云南这么暖和呢？真是怀念那里的风景和美食呀！大家有机会一定要去那里玩一玩，或是去老挝玩一玩，一定会让大家流连忘返的！

My Spring Festival isecial. My uncle and my aunt came back from Shanghai. My family were very happy to keep the Spring Festival with them. And it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Year’s Eve, my father and my uncle talked about their work together. My mum did some cooking with my aunt Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV programmes. At about six o’clock, we had a special family dinner. We all thought the dumplings were delicious.

On the first day of the New Year, we visited our relatives. In the afternoon, we went shopping in Jiefanf Road. My uncle bought some Jay’s CDs. He likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more alive than any other time of a year.

On the second and the third days, we spent a wonderful weekend in the country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

I had a great Chinese New Year.On the first day of the Chinese New Year,my parents and I visited my grandparents.They own a large ranch in the countryside,surrounded by corn fields and green pastry.It’s a very beautiful ranch and the air is very clean.I helped my grandparents feed the chicken and groom the horses.I really like horses and I spent quite some time riding them along the river for several miles.I enjoyed a lot at my grandparents’home.

大家都在认认真真地包馄饨，我看着看着便心血来潮，也想帮大家包馄饨。

于是我洗干净手后，来到妈妈身旁，看着妈妈先将一张馄饨皮平放在掌心，窄的一面向自己，然后放入馅，接着，用手指捏住馄饨皮较窄的一边向上拉，将馅料完全包住并用手压牢，最后用手捏住馄饨皮下端两角，平移靠拢，直到两个角重叠在一起。

我学着妈妈的样子开始包馄饨，我一手托着馄饨皮，另一只手用筷子往里加馅，接着我捏起馄饨皮往上拉，并用力压牢，就在这时，馄饨的肚子上破了一个小洞，我连忙把这个洞压紧，又发现旁边似乎又要破了，为了防患未然，我把那也紧紧捏了一下，就这样，我将就着把这个馄饨包完了。虽然这个馄饨看起来没有别的馄饨美味诱人，但是我心里还是有一点小开心，因为我终于亲手包了一个馄饨。可厄运还是来了，就在我沾沾自喜的那瞬间，馄饨的背上裂开了好大一条缝，整个身体都倒下了。我看着这奄奄一息的馄饨，不禁为它感到难过，垂头丧气地坐了下来再也不想包馄饨了妈妈走过来对我说：“做任何事都会有第一次，这第一次会有成功也会有失败你越是失败了就越不能用消极的心态对待它，反而，要用积极的心态对待它，这样，你才会成功!”顿时，我信心大增：“妈妈您说得对，我要有厄运打不垮的信念，我要继续包!”

今年的春节是个非常有意义的春节，为什么哪？因为是一个长途跋涉的春节。

腊月二十四我和爸爸、妈妈、妹妹到商丘姥姥家。在姥姥家腊月二十六参加了表哥的婚礼。腊月三十儿我和妈妈包饺子，大年初一早上我收到了好多压岁钱，姥姥做饭下饺子，爸爸放开门炮，炮放完后我们开始吃饺子。吃过饺子后我们一家就做车去禹州奶奶家。

到了奶奶家她见了我先给我发压岁钱，我向奶奶问声过年好。

到大年初五我的姑姑就该办结婚前的准备工作了，姑姑是初六结婚。因为路途太远要提前一天在娘家办理酒席。那天中午奶奶家所有的亲朋好友都在酒店聚餐；我们也不例外。还有姑姑的同学都多年不见了，见面都特别高兴，姑姑一高兴也喝多了。

饭后已经是下午2点多钟，我们就跟着姑姑婆家的车辆开始了长途跋涉到安徽省安庆那边去，因为姑姑婆家是那里的，很远中间行驶了10点个小时才到。到了那里已经是夜里零晨了，姑姑婆家先给我们安排了大家的住宿问题。

到了第二天就是初六了，就是姑姑结婚的日子了。姑姑结婚完我们就开开心心的回郑州了。

春节是我国传统的重要节日。每到过春节，家家户户都会装扮的红红火火、喜气洋洋！贴春联、放鞭炮、看春晚、吃饺子、拜大年、发压岁钱……，好不热闹。我家过春节也是如此。

在丰富多彩的春节记忆里，最深、最美的还是包饺子。

除夕傍晚，我和妈妈一起准备大年初一的饺子，我擀饺子皮，妈妈包馅。刚一开始我怎么也擀不好，有的薄，有的厚，有的大，有的小，形态各异，我很是着急。就在爸爸准备替换我的时候，妈妈说：“不要着急，熟能生巧，要有信心，相信你是最棒的，坚持就是胜利！”

听了妈妈的鼓励，我又鼓起勇气，不断总结经验，我终于成功的擀好了一个、两个……不一会儿，妈妈都跟不上我的速度了。当我擀好最后一个时，旁边存了好多饺子皮。我就帮妈妈包起了馅。我包了一个小鱼形状的饺子给妈妈看，妈妈说：“你真厉害，明天这个给你吃，希望你年年有余。”我得意洋洋的笑了。

初一早上，我吃到了自己包的小鱼饺子，心里别提多美了，仿佛吃到了天下第一美味。我也许下了新年愿望，要像小鱼一样不怕困难、勇往向前，争取在下个学期取得更好的成绩！
