第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。

今天是星期四，学校举行春季运动会。一大早，我就醒了，因为这是我上小学后的第一次运动会，而且我还要参加比赛呢。我既兴奋又紧张。

同学们穿着校服早早来到学校。不一会儿，运动会开幕式开始了。伴随着高昂的国歌，我们排着整齐的队伍来到操场上。

比赛正式开始，第一个项目就是我们一年级的接力赛。“砰”的一声枪响，运动员们像离弦的箭一样冲了出去。在跑道的另一端，接棒的同学身子向前倾，拿到棒子后马上飞一般的往前跑。轮到我了，虽然我很紧张，但还是顺利地接住了棒子跑到了对面。场上的加油声、喝彩声一浪高过一浪，运动员们也一个接着一个飞速地跑着。最后，我们班得了接力赛第三名。接下来，又进行了二百米赛跑、垒球等比赛项目。

时间过得真快啊，经过一天激励的比赛，最终我们班得了年级段的第一名，同学们高兴地跳了起来。多么快乐的运动会啊!

Last week, our school was holding the sport meeting, I felt so excited, because I took part in the 800 meter race. 可以说，六名选手的精彩表现给我上了一堂生动的爱国主义教育课，看到80后的学生们用自己的行动诠释着爱国的涵义，我很感动，也很受鼓舞，你们是好样的!你们不愧新时代的大学生!

虽然一二九运动已经过去了81年了，作为当代青年，必须铭记历史，因为只有这样你们才能感受到当今生活的美好，你们才会更加努力，把我们的祖国建设的更加繁荣更加强大!

1935年，民族危机空前严重，国家处于内忧外患的水深火热之中，12月9日，北平市6000余名学生在中国共产党的领导下，爆发了举世瞩目的“一二九”青年学生爱国运动。他们高呼“停止内战，一致对外”、“打到日本帝国主义”的口号，强烈地表达了全国人民抗日救国的共同心声。

他们的行动得到了社会各界的广泛支持和响应，兵迅速形成了波澜壮阔、声势浩大的全中国人民抗日民主运动的新高潮。伟大的“一二九”运动，推翻了抗日民族统一战线的建立，掀开了中华民族抗日救国，抗击日本侵略伟大战争的序幕。

刚才，六名选手声情并茂，激情四射的演讲，以及他们对革命歌曲如此娴熟，我觉得，今天晚上，你们是最棒的，在你们身上体现了当代大学生乐观自信，阳光激情的精神面貌。

针对今晚的演讲，我想说一点自己不成熟的意见，仅供参考。演讲，什么是演讲?课本上的定义是，演讲又称演说，是以宣传鼓动为目的，带艺术性的严肃的社会实践活动。要求演讲者面对听众，以有声语言为主要表达形式，以态势语言为辅助形式，系统、鲜明的阐明自己的观点和主张。演讲不同于朗诵。首先演讲与朗诵的范畴不同，演讲属精神实用艺术，侧重于宣传鼓动。

朗诵属表演艺术，侧重于欣赏。其次演讲讲究激情，其语言有特殊性。有生活化了的舞台语言，有舞台化了的生活语言，演讲一定要有激情点(高潮)。而朗诵是追求意境，其语言属舞台表演语言。说到着，我个人认为能够抓住演讲的表现形式的是国智军同学和戴小凡同学，所以说，在今后的演讲活动中，大家一定不要把演讲当成朗诵，那些自认为配乐，视频的加入，是自己的所谓创新，用在这，都是不妥的。

总之，今晚上的活动是成功的，在今后的学习和生活中，我们要继承和发扬革命老前辈的英勇精神，不断坚定自己的理想信念，勤于学习和实践，扎扎实实学好业务知识，为祖国的的明天更加强大贡献自己的力量!

The Olympic games are held every four years. The winter Olympics are usually held two years before the summerOlympics. The old Olympic games began around the year 776 B.C. in Greece. After about the year 393 A.D., the Olympic games stopped. The first Olympic games in modern times took place in 1896. 311 competitors took part in the games. In 1992, more than 8000 competitors from over 150 different counties went to Barcelona for the 25th Olympics. There were 250 different sports in the games. In Barcelona, the Chinese team got 16 golden metals of which 12 were won by women.

In our life, some people love sport while others hate it. However, most of the time, sports are good for us. Different sports have different benefit. Players get healthy bodies when doing sports.

Such as basketball, players get to run a lot and exercise their flexibility. One thing all the sports have in common is they all promote team spirit. Players become sole mates with each other as they work as teams. Sport is also a way of releasing. Releasing energy and all the bad stuff in your body and mind can make you feel better.

Sport doesnt mean restless exercise. Its just another way to build up your body and have a healthy life.

With the upcoming of the London Olympic Games, the anti-doping is being hotlydiscussed again. Its said that the analeptic inspection of London Olympic Games is the most stringent ever. Some athletes resort to stimulants to boost their competition results, because a good competition result means a lot to an athlete, glory, repuation and money. But almost all people think that the stimulants should be banned in any kind of sports games. I strongly support it.

随着伦敦奥运会的即将到来，反兴奋剂再次被激烈讨论。据说，伦敦奥运会的兴奋剂检查是有史以来最严格的一次。有些运动员通过服用兴奋剂来提高他们的比赛结果，因为一个好的比赛结果对运动员来说意味着很多，比如荣誉，名声和金钱。但是，几乎所有人都认为任何比赛都应该禁用兴奋剂。我强烈赞同此观点。

First of all, using the stimulants will destroy the athlete both in physical and in mental. Taking stimulants can release the energy within a short period of time, using up athletes energy and making them totally excited, even crazy. After the games, they have to rest for several days to recover. Furthermore, the athletes may become addicted to the stimulants. Its kind of drugs that hardly to get rid of.

首先，服用兴奋剂损害运动员的身体和精神。服用兴奋剂能够在短时间内释放能量，耗尽运动员的能量，使他们完全兴奋，甚至疯狂。比赛过后，他们必须休息几天才能够恢复过来。而且，运动员可能会对兴奋剂上瘾。这是一种很难戒掉的药。

Secondly, taking stimulants violates the spirit of the Olympic Games. If every athletes take stimulants to get better competition results, theres no point in holding any kind of sports games, because it would be the competition of stimulants rather than the competitive level of athletes.

其次，服用兴奋剂违背了奥运精神。如果每个运动员都服用兴奋剂以获得更好的比赛结果，举行什么样的运动会都没有意义可言，因为它将是兴奋剂的竞争而不是运动员水平的竞争。

In short, the athletes should stay away from stimulants and rely on their hardwork to win the gold medalin the sports games.

总之，运动员应该远离兴奋剂，靠他们的努力在比赛中赢得金牌。
