四月是读书最好的时节。在春光明媚、万物更新的春天里看书，那是多么美好的事情呀！

我最爱看姐姐杨一凡的书，才读高三的她已经是小有名气的校园作家了。姐姐写的《魔力星球》和《宠物猫出逃记》两本书已经正式出版发行，我看了一次又一次，读了一遍又一遍，总也看不厌，总也读不倦。

我一直很好奇姐姐的脑袋里怎会藏着那么多故事，她的笔尖怎会流淌出那么多新奇的文字来。终于有一天，我忍不住问姐姐：“你是怎么写出那么多精彩的故事，有什么小窍门吗？”姐姐神秘地说：“有啊！你到课外书中去找，那里藏着打开写作之门的金钥匙呢！”

姐姐的话我似懂非懂，但从那时起，我就开始认真阅读各种课外书，慢慢的，读书增长了我的知识，读书为我开启了智慧的大门，我的写作能力也慢慢有了提高，时而有习作被袁老师当范文在语文课上朗读，我也慢慢读懂了姐姐当时说的话。

现在的我已经是个十足的小书迷了。记得有一次，妈妈在催促我睡觉了，可我还是久久不想放下书，只能假装乖乖睡觉。妈妈去洗澡了，我一个鲤鱼打挺跳了起来，为了不使妈妈发现，我拿着手电筒，钻在被窝里看书，看得天昏地暗。直到妈妈掀开了被子，劈头盖脸的批评声袭来，我才回过神来。

这样窃读的经历特别难忘，特别刺激。阅读让我收获了从未有过的快乐！

春回大地，万物复苏。在这生机盎然的季节里，我们满载着希望和喜悦，迎来了又是一个“三八国际妇女节”。

那天，我去一个叫"红剪刀"的美容馆去做头发护理。红剪刀的老板在我旁边的位置上给一位女士做头发。他跟她在交谈，讲他创业的经历。

我开始没注意听，后来，他的一句话吸引了我的听觉。他说："一个人如果没有梦想，没有想法，他一定会一辈子一事无成。"

这句话从一个正在理发的理发师的口里说出来，让我惊讶和感动。我的注意力完全被他牵过去了。

他还说，他很小就出来打拼，吃够了没读书的亏，所以一再教育他的下一辈好好学习。简直让我难以置信的是，因为家里穷，年轻有为的他竟然小学都没毕业!一个小学都没毕业的乡下孩子，通过多年的摸爬滚打，终于拥有了现在的百万身价，在湘泉品牌步行街买下了一个当街的豪华门面。这真的很不容易。

谈话中，他几次提到拼搏精神，说因为自己努力拼搏了，又抓住了机会，所以成功了。

他的这种对于拼搏与机会的认识，我想是比百万身价更宝贵的财富。

励志心得：所有的成功者，在没有成功之前，都是很普通的。有的甚至既没有显赫的家庭背景，也没有耀人的学历文凭。他们只是比别人多了一点梦想，多了一点自信，多了一点成就事业必不可少的拼搏精神。其实，每个人都是一道风景，就看你怎么去打造，去开发。

我们学校举行毕业典礼的时候，有一个活动叫“放飞梦想气球”，大家都提前写好了自己的愿望贺卡。

第二天校长给大家发气球了，有一个同学拿到了气球，贴上了自己的愿望贺卡后，下课就一直抛来抛去在玩它，玩着玩着，“砰”的一声气球炸了，这一幕正好被我们班的班主任看见了，老师走过来不温不火地说：“放飞梦想气球仪式还没开始，你的梦想就破灭了，你看你，连梦想都不愿意搭理你。”

大家都有了梦想气球，那个同学两手空空很尴尬，为了弥补我刚才的错误，我说：“把我的梦想气球给你吧！”他不好意思地说；”那你的梦想就飞不起来了，不行，不行。”我看他手中握着梦想卡片，于是就夺过来说：“我们可以共同放飞梦想，然后就把他的梦想卡片贴了上去。”他会心地笑了。
