四年级里，我的语文成绩提高了，可数学，英语两科却一直往下降，这是为什么呢？因为我一直沉迷于网络游戏，很少去户外游玩，使自己成绩下滑，所以，从五年级开始，我就要先与电子游戏绝交。

我这个学期总结了一下我一、二、三、四年级的成绩后，发现了一二三年级的成绩都要比四年级的好。因为，当时我并没有沉迷于网络游戏，经常去户外游玩，这才使我的成绩没有下滑。而现在的我，天天玩手机，看电视，一个星期里除了上学，根本没出过门，我差不多变成宅男了。所以我要先戒除网瘾，多去户外活动，认真复习了，希望在五年级时可以拿好成绩。

父母常在我耳边说：“五年级是十分重要的。”所以，我要认真对待。戒除网瘾后，我的视力一定有所恢复。我想在五年级里每次测验各科成绩都会有九十分以上。我多么想在五年级里的成绩超越我们班的王雅萱呀。可是，想又能有什么用呢？我必须要在五年级里好好上课，认真复习，才有机会超越她。

我猜测，如果按照这样的方法来做的话，我在五年级的成绩一定会有所提升的，保护好视力。同时，我希望能解除我冲动的坏习惯。从现在开始，我一定要用实际行动来证明。

首先，我要认真写字，争取把字写到最好，做事认真，讲求质量，不敷衍了事;其次，上课认真听讲，下课认真复习与预习，少玩电脑游戏，多看书，多学习。有不懂的就问老师，要有“敏而好学，不耻下问”的心态，要相信“三人行，必有我师”的真理，认真对待自己的学习和责任，绝对不辜负老师对自己的期望，好好负起自己的责任，做一个人人心服的好班干部。

新的一学期开始了，我的新学期生活又翻开了崭新的一页，在这一学期里，我打算做些什么呢?我想：我要发扬我的优点，做到再接再厉;改掉我的坏习惯，做到有错必纠。

首先，要养成早睡早起的习惯，不能因为做事拖沓而导致很晚睡觉，从而第二天早上不能早起早读，而且还时常因为担心迟到而弄得慌慌张张，不是忘带红领巾就是忘带钥匙。

为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

计划三：认真完成老师与家长布置给我每一个作业与任务。并且成为老师得力助手，爸爸妈妈乖乖女。

Although I’m still a freshman in this new semester, I’ve learned a lot from the past few months. I chose English as my major because I extremely love this subject so that I will continuously devote myself into it. Maybe I’ve got not bad gradeslast term and it indeed inspired me to get more progress in the future. But what I know is that it’s still a long way to achieve my ultimate goal and I need to make great efforts. I will preview the new lessons for 30 minutes to 1 hour on the day before the English class. In class, Ill try my best to understand every point. If necessary, Ill take notes and ask at least one question every class. And I want to be active in speaking. According to the requirement of the teacher, I am going to take written exercises. Its time to read texts aloud from seven twenty-five to a quarter to eight a.m everyday except Sunday. My oral English practice will be done for 30 minutes twice a week. To enlarge my vocabulary, I should learn 60 words everyday except Sunday. As we all know, reviewing the learnt courses is very important. So 1 hours reviewing on Sunday is essential.

根据我的不足我制定了几条学习计划：

1.认真仔细写作业，认真对待每一门课。

2.完作业后，复习当天的内容并预习第二天上课的内容。

3.遇到不懂得要及时问老师或问同学，弄明白。

4. 每天晚上听30分钟英语，训练自己的听力。

5.还要认真完成老师布置的作业，绝不马马虎虎。

6.我要做到上课认真听讲，不做小动作，争取将老师课上所讲内容完全消化，让思维与老师同步。不懂的地方，一定向老师和同学请教，至到弄懂为止。每天按时整理上课笔记，当天的知识当天复习，当天掌握。 一般先以课本为先，书上的内容是基础。在掌握的基础上，做专项训练，按层次补缺和提高。我还需要建立一本错题集，将在练习中做错的题目和尚未弄懂的题目及时记录下来，逐一解决。

7.天坚持朗读外语作品，养成良好的语感。认真记单词，严格避免中考因单词而失分。

在学习中，确定学习目标也是很重要的，学习目标是学生学习努力的方向，正确的学习目标更是能催人奋进。反之，没有目标的学习，就是对时光一种极大的浪费。我暂时的目标就是先进入全班前10名。

定了计划，就一定要实行。但想完全做到也并非易事。我只有努力+努力，勤奋+勤奋，一点一点，提高自己的学习水平和年级排名，争取向最高的境界奋进。
