A few years ago, I went to Beijing. I really had a great time there.

The first time I went to Beijing, I was very confused. Beijing was very

新学期开始了，在新学期里，我们都有自己的打算，下面我就和大家谈谈我的新学期打算。

在这个竞争激烈的社会中，我们每个人都想要学习好，工作好。而学习、工作好的前提就是要身体好。因为“健康是生命的本钱。”怎么样才能有健康的身体呢?“生命在于运动”，当然是锻炼身体了。有句俗话说得好：“饭后百步走，活到九十九。”是啊，好好锻炼身体吧。早晨出来跑一跑，跳绳踢毽做早操。三餐定量吃吃好，早睡早起也重要。

锻炼既能让我们有个好身体，又能培养我们的恒心。正如所有事一样，锻炼也要坚持，三天打鱼，两天晒网是不可行的。所以，一起运动吧!坚持锻炼身体好，头脑清醒成绩高!

有了好的身体，然后是什么?是好的成绩吗?不，应该先有良好的道德。因为宁可不会读书，不可不会做人。首先，要讲礼貌，要做到看见老师，同学，长辈，向他们向好，别人给予你帮助，向别人道谢，做了错事，向别人道歉。其次，不随地吐痰，不乱扔瓜皮纸屑。这样，我们社会就会飘起文明风，大树小树沙沙摇，大海小溪哗哗叫，地球妈妈也会开心笑!培养良好的道德，树立文明的新风。

快乐的日子总是过得太快，转眼间，寒假已经过去了，又开学了，我们只好收拢起玩散了的心情，开始慢慢进入学习状态。回想我在上一学期里有很多缺点或毛病，比如说：写字写不好、作业不认真、不仔细审题。结果就在上学期的数学期末考试中，没有考好，只得了87分，真是懊悔、惭愧至极，真是对不起老师的辛勤教导和培养。

这学期我一定要把这些缺点和毛病改掉，在课堂上认真听课，积极回答问题，多帮助同学，在家里认真完成作业，并且每天看一篇文章，做一张读书卡，提高自己的写作能力，而且我还要经常看一些天文地理等各门科学知识和故事。要博览群书，掌握更多的知识，找到书中的“黄金屋”。

An Activity

Someone said here Lei Feng comes in March and goes in April. I thought they were wrong. This afternoon the students of our class went to the bus stop to help the drivers clean the buses.

As soon as the bus stopped at the station, a group of students got on it. Some cleaned the windows, some swept the floor, and others cleaned the wall inside. We worked hard while talking and laughing. When we found some coins lying on the floor, we picked them up and gave them to the conductors or the drivers.They were very happy and said, "It is very nice of you."

When I got home, it was five o’clock. I felt a little tired, but I was very happy to have done a good deed.
