新一学期来临了，在这之际，新年的钟声也渐渐消逝，从过节的快乐中走出，投入紧张的学习。在这段过度期中，定制一个计划，也是对以后学习的一个目标。

首先，应该先纠正自己的学习态度。“态度决定一切!”心态是取得成功的一个非常关键的环节，拥有好的心态，就会拥有好的成绩!

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

为了使在新学期有所进步，我做了如下打算：

一、提前预习。预习是学好每门课程的第一环节。要找出自己预习的重、难点和课堂上应该解决的问题，要学会找出文章中的优美词句，用符号画下来。

二、认真听课。要学好每门功课，必须认真听好老师每节课所讲的知识点，要明确学习目的，端正学习态度，注重“理解”。

三、做好课堂笔记。做好笔记对复习、作业有好处。笔记要简明，让人看了一目了然。笔记做完之后，还要学会整理。

四、做好作业。做作业之前，必须认真复习当天所学的知识，要认真审题，不能心不在焉地做作业。做完作业后要认真检查。遇到难题，不要急于问老师，要学会自己独立思考，更不能抄袭其他同学的作业，一定要独立完成。

五、课后复习。学完之后，一定要及时的复习。课本、笔记和资料都要灵活运用。

做好以上打算很不容易，需要持之以恒。为了美好的未来，我决心尽最大努力做好这五点。

新年的钟声渐渐消逝，我们也从过节的快乐中走出，将踏入新学期的学习生活。新学期，新气象，我要做全新的自我，因此制定个新的学习计划。

首先，我要改变我的学习态度。一要改掉我粗心的坏毛病，做题时认真读题，读懂后再做，做完后认真检查。二要改掉不努为的坏毛病。

上课时认真听老师讲，积极举手回答问题，下课后，复习上节课老师讲的和预习下节课老师要讲的。在语文上，不仅要认真听讲，按时安成老师布置的作业，还要多看课外书，看到好词佳句，自已找本子写下来，有空时拿出来多读读，多记记。在数学上，最好的就是，全心全易投入，多做题，多思考，不会的题多做几遍，不管上课还是下课都要随身携带错题本，写在本子上，重新做一遍。在英语上，要多读，多说，多记单记，特别是上课时，要认真听老师每一个单词的发音，还要知道怎样写。

超级e计划的第一部份—记忆宝盒go!计划：从前我时常忘记带上课要用的东西，就打电话给外婆想办法，害她像热锅上的蚂蚁，紧张兮兮的为我张罗， 快马加鞭的送到学校给我，有时候也只好硬着头皮跟一些乐于助人的同学借来用。今后，我决定要在睡前有条有理的把应带物品，一一备妥，还要检查书包免的遗忘 东西，又要麻烦家人像陀螺似的，为我跑来跑去，我一定要养成在上学前的晚上把书宝和应带物品整理好的习惯，才不会等到了学校，才发觉又忘了，而因此着急。

第二计划是—英语一级棒：我要和英文老师多沟通，让我的英语步步高升，也增加我和老师的认识，会是一举两得。但是在写作方面，因为我认识的英文单 字不多，需要多多加强，因此，我决定每个礼拜至少要写一篇读书心得，增加实力，还要多看别人好的文章，多听音文CD，并加强文法的学习。相信我的英文作文 一定能大有进步。

I still remember my first flight.

I took a flight in Beijing Airport. I got there early. I had my bag weighed first. After a while I began to get on the plane.

When I sat on the plane, Boeing 737, I fastened my seat belt. Then I looked out of the windows, seeing the ground running backwards. When the plane began to take off, I felt it interesting very much.

今天是农历的大年三十，是阖家团圆的日子，今年我在外婆家过年。

吃完午饭后，我发现挨家挨户都挂着红灯笼，贴着春联，我也迫不及待地想贴春联，于是对妈妈说：“妈妈，我想贴春联。”妈妈答应了。我就去请姨父帮忙，把梯子和春联拿了过来。姨父先把贴在春联上的双面胶给撕下来，然后再把春联小心翼翼地贴在墙上，左看看、右看看，对齐了没有，这样春联就贴好了。

我们吃晚饭的时候，外面就有“啪啪啪”的鞭炮声了。我已经按捺不住，情不自禁地跑到外面观赏美丽的烟花，有的像菊花，有的像桃花，还有的像小雨点儿，真美!看着看着，我也蠢蠢欲动了，想自己亲手放鞭炮。外公让我去点大的鞭炮，开始我有点儿不敢，先旁观看了一会，发现有大人在，并不是很危险，最后我提心吊胆、小心翼翼地把鞭炮的引线给点燃了，马上我飞似的往回跑，“噼噼啪啪，噼噼啪啪……”好过瘾哦!

晚上，我们全家人围坐在一起，一边吃零食，一边看春节联欢晚会。晚会真精彩!有相声，有小品，有舞蹈，还有魔术……

A Day to Remember

It was Sunday. Our teacher Mr Zhu led us to a park nearby.Usually we go to the park to spend our holiday. But today we went there to take part in voluntary labour.

We got there at nine oclock. Mr Zhu divided us into three groups and then we began working.

The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The studentsin Group Two were busy collecting litter left by the tourist. They also cleaned the benches in the park. I was in Group Three. We went to the childrens playground and cleaned all the equipment there. We worked very hard.

At about eleven we finished working. We met at the gate of the park. We all felt tired but very happy.
