二、在教育方面

三、家长方面

3、严于律己

为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

根据大班幼儿的兴趣和发展目标结合我们园务的工作教育教学计划，有计划有目地组织实施，开展丰富多彩的教育教学活动，合理利用，整合各方资源。充分发挥幼儿的主动性。注意每个幼儿身上的闪光点，对他们进行适当表扬，对于那些较好动的幼儿多为他们创造表现的机会，继续加强幼儿的常规培养。常规的好坏直接影响教学秩序，从而影响孩子的发展。通过晨间谈话、随机谈话、离园谈话，向幼儿讲清常规要求，并采用多种形式对幼儿进行训练、严格检查常规执行情况，逐步培养幼儿能自觉遵守各项规则。

三、 教育教学工作

(一)主动、乐意、礼貌地与人交谈，能根据语言交际环境的变化，调整自己说话的内容;

(二)能认真、有礼貌地倾听别人说话，掌握并理解其说话的内容;

(三)能用比较连贯、规范的语言清楚地表达自己想说的事;

(四)对阅读和书写有浓厚的兴趣，能专注地阅读，会独立讲述书中故事，积极学习常见文字。坚持在日常生活中说普通话，做到发音和声调基本正确;

(五)拼音，学习6个单韵母和23个声母及相关汉字拼读。

四、保育工作

(一)班级老师每天搞好班级卫生，每天做好清洁，消毒，通风工作。教育幼儿注意个人卫生，不把脏手放到嘴里，加强幼儿自理能力的培养，学习做一些力所能及的事情;

(二)细心呵护幼儿成长。在日常生活中精心照顾每一位幼儿，特别是体制较弱的孩子，做到勤隔汗，常换衣。

五、安全工作

我们始终都要把安全工作放在首要。加强日常生活中的安全管理，重视幼儿一日活动中各个环节的安全管理，保证幼儿一日过动不脱离老师的视线。在日常生活中穿插安全教育，加强幼儿的安全意识，帮助幼儿掌握一些自我保护的技能。提高自身的责任心，排除一切不安全的因素，让幼儿在安全的环境下健康成长。

六、家长工作

根据班级情况，及时向家长宣传有关幼教知识，利用早晚接送时间，与家长沟通，让家长了解幼儿在园情况。开好家长会，提倡优质服务，尽量让家长感到满意，放心，取得家长对班级工作的支持与配合。开展家园共育活动，欢迎家长积极参加家长开放日活动，通过各种途径达到家园教育同步。

七、本学期月份工作计划安排

(一)九月份

1.整理园内、外环境布置，为幼儿营造整洁舒适的环境;

2.迎接新生入园，稳定新生情绪，热情接待家长来访，积极做好家访工作。做好常规的规范工作和行为习惯的培养。建立良好的教育教学常规;

3.制定班上的学期教学计划，要求：熟悉教材，因材施教，根据各学科内容制定计划，结合本园进行教学;

4. 加强“国庆”长假的安全教育。

(二)十月份

1. 制定班上的学期工作计划，必须根据各年龄段幼儿发展目标及要求来写计划，要求目标明确，使幼儿个性全面发展;

2. 对进行爱国主义教育，国防知识教育;

3. 加强安全常规教育、文明纪律养成，形成幼儿良好的行为习惯，培养幼儿的自理能力，养成良好的生活习惯，乐于帮助别人;

4.加强安全教育，提高幼儿自我保护意识。

(三)十一月份

积极准备参加消防日(119)活动“安全在我心中”

(四)十二月份

1.展迎新年庆“元旦”(我大一岁了)主题活动;

2.真复习好功课，准备迎接期末考试。

(五)一月份

1.好期未的教育评价;

2.做好期未工作安排，写好工作总结;

3.好寒假财产保管，财物清点;

4.好寒假幼儿安全教育

总之，在这个学期里，我们大班的每一个成员都将共同努力，同心协力，一起把我们的班级工作搞好，为孩子创造一个良好的学习环境，为孩子的金色未来打下坚定的基础!

两个月的暑假转眼间就过去了，开学了，要开始去适应初二的生活了。

开学的这几天里，我每天都在坚持着预习、复习，因为自从小学升到初一起，我的成绩就一落千丈。在初一我并没有及时地去努力改善落后的状况，直到期末考试我才明白了我不努力所带来的后果。所以我决定在这个新学期的开始，站在新的起点上，我要努力去学习，要重新做回学霸！

在开学的第一天，我就给自己定下了一个新的目标——不要做语言的巨人，要成为行动的主人！我知道了成功不是靠梦想来实现，而是靠自己的行动。在新的学期中，学习要想有新的成绩，就需要不懈地努力，因为付出一份努力才会换取一分收获。

真的！在开学的这几天里，我真的在向着目标去奋斗，我每天放学到家的第一件事不是开电脑，而是写作业。即使是写完作业后我也没有直接地去碰电脑，而是复习。在学校的课间除了去厕所我没有像往常一样在座位上发呆或者和同学八卦，而是拿出下节课的书来预习。包括早上我都不再懒床，而是早早地起来去背单词。这几天，我每天都是这样，从来没懈怠一次，我相信我一定可以坚持下去并一定能取得更好的成绩！

书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。在绚丽多彩的初中生活中，向着自己的目标奋力前进，面对新的征程，也许会有坎坷、艰险，但我一定会克服所有的困难到达成功的彼岸！
