An essential quality for young people is diligence.Nowdays,the issue on the

most important personal quality of young people is highly debatable,and ideas

vary from peerson to person. Some would claim that confidence is the most

essential. But for my part,the most essential quality for young people is

diligence that helps us a lot.

Diligence enables us to academic results. As we all know,academic results

requires lots of researches. An ancient calligraphy,named Wang Xizhi,devoted

lots of his time practicing writing. As is known to us all,he dried his pool

with his writing brush day after day. Though diligence,he became the greatest

calligraphy,finally.

Deligence helps us to achieve better scores in school. Last semester,one of

my fellow students failed to pass the Listening cours. In fact, questions set in

that paper were not very difficultt. If she had spent a little more time

listening rather than watching TV at her dorm,she could have passed the exam. On

the other hand,one of my roomates worked hard every day and got a high

score.

Diligence provides us more chancs to be succeed. As the saying goes “The

early bird catch the worm”. A diligent man may get up early and have more time

to improve himself. And that is the key to be succeed. If

we spend some time observing people around us,we can easily find some

people,just like Li Jiachen,are diligence and successful.

All in all,as a young people,once we have cultivated the essential quality

在语文学习方面，我应该多注意，在审题、记文学常识和写作方面，在审题方面主要是不够仔细，有时没有读懂题目就在做题，文学常识方面，平时在记第一遍时很快就记住了，但过后复习的时候就很少，与论语里的“温故而知新”，相反，造成考试时模棱两可拿不定注意。写作方面是平时积累少，练习少，对于优美的句子都不善于利用。

数学练习上，应当注意多记公式，公式能帮助我们快速解决问题，多练习，多理解能帮助我们熟能生巧，在以后做题会更容易，还有是在做题过程中要多注意计算、检验，最后在做完题后一定还要认真检查，确保无误。

在英语学习方面，在上课时要仔细听，做好笔记，不能听懂的就要去问老师或者同学，要制定计划多记单词，课外要多找些自己比较差的题目进行练习，学英语最主要的还要注意多说、多炼，有助于提高自己的口语能力。

在专一学习方面我们要多记，多运用，还要在实践课上要按老师的要求认真练习。

专二课程上学习，我们首先要建立信心，对自己充满信心有助于激励我们。在学习的过程中要认真听讲，跟随老师的思维走，碰到不懂的问题要提出来请老师或同学来为我们讲解，在专二学习上对于计算用笔算很重要，要想得分高计算正确很重要。还有一点是要记住相关公式、单位及表示方法。有了它们能帮助我们拿到一些细小的分。别看这些分很小，但它们积累多了，对我们也会有很大帮助。

对于学习，好的计划能够帮助我们提高成绩，能让我们找到更好的方法来学习。

我的新学期计划怎么样?

新的学期就要到来了，为了使下个学期的学习成绩进步、各科成绩优异、不偏科，我新学期的计划如下：

一、做好预习。预习是学好各科的第一个环节，所以预习应做到：1、粗读教材，找出这节与哪些旧知识有联系，并复习这些知识;2、列写出这节的内容提要;3、找出这节的重点与难点;4、找出课堂上应解决的重点问题。

二、听课。学习每门功课，一个很重要的环节就是要听好课，听课应做到：1、要有明确的学习目的;2、听课要特别注重“理解”。

三、做课堂笔记。做笔记对复习、作业有好处，做课堂笔记应：1、笔记要简明扼要;2、课堂上做好笔记后，还要学会课后及时整理笔记。

四、做作业。1、做作业之前，必须对当天所学的知识认真复习，理解其确切涵义，明确起适用条件，弄清运用其解题的步骤;2、认真审题，弄清题设条件和做题要求;3、明确解题思路，确定解题方法步骤;4、认真仔细做题，不可马虎从事，做完后还要认真检查;5、及时总结经验教训，积累解题技巧，提高解题能力;6、遇到不会做的题，不要急于问老师，更不能抄袭别人的作业，要在复习功课的基础上，要通过层层分析，步步推理，多方联系，理出头绪，要下决心独立完成作业;7、像历史、地理、生物、政治这些需要背的科目，要先背再做。

在文化课学习上，坚持课前预习、课后复习，按时完成老师布置的作业，上课认真听讲，积极思考，踊跃发言，平时遇到学习上的问题及时请教，多与同学交流，不让问题过夜。在语文学习方面，侧重多读，关心国家大事，养成每天读报的习惯，坚持每周安排半天课外阅读，一个月看一本中外名著，一学期看一集中学生范文选，扩大知识面，提高作文水平;在数学学习方面，侧重多练，每天晚上坚持一小时数学练习，每周坚持半天奥数学习，及时巩固和深化课堂学习，拓宽解题思路，提高解题速度;在英语学习方面，侧重“三多”，即多听、多说、多背，坚持每天早上英语朗读背诵半小时，每天听英语录音半小时，平时多练习用英语交流，熟练掌握所学语法、句型、生词，全面提高英语读、听、说能力。

在文体发展上，坚持认真上好文体课，培养广泛兴趣，发展一两项专长。在体育锻炼方面，坚持每天半小时跑步，练习打好羽毛球、乒乓球，认真上好体育课，做好课间操，提高体育成绩，增强体质;在文艺和兴趣爱好方面，主要是在学习之余，练练琴、学学电脑等，尽量控制玩电脑游戏的时间，做到不影响学习，张驰有度，劳逸结合。

在集体生活上，增强集体荣誉感，遵守纪律，积极参加各项班集体活动，多参加社会实践活动，主动做好各项班集体工作，为同学服务，在实践中锻练各方面能力，提高综合素质。

盐中的学习竞争压力是很大的，稍不努力成绩就会掉下来，大家都想变强，你懈怠了就只有做班级的“吊车尾”，所以努力提高学习成绩是我在新学期的第一要务。

计划定好了，关键在执行。我将把我的新学期计划打印张贴在床头，每天第一时间提醒自己按计划朝着新目标迈进。但愿我的计划经过努力后能取得预期效果，努力过了，就不会后悔。
