People always believe that when there is pressure, there is motivation, it

seems that pressure equals motivation. We need pressure, it makes us keep move

on, with pressure, we know what to do and how to fulfill our targets. Without

pressure, we are just like a child, never grow up, having no idea of

responsibility. It is pressure that makes us become mature, we should have

pressure, it indeed equals motivation at the certain level. While having too

much pressure is bad for our mind, it is just like a burden that presses our

mind, making people hard to take a breath. Nowadays the case of people commit

Last weekend, On Saturday morning I got up at 6;30. After breakfast I did

计划三：认真完成老师与家长布置给我的每一个作业与任务。并且成为老师的得力助手，爸爸妈妈的乖乖女。

计划四：改掉斤斤计较与马虎的毛病，学会取长补短，更好的完善自我。争取每一次都靠一个好成绩，并成为“三好学生”。

计划五：不打人，不骂人，礼貌用语，友好的对待他人，成为每一个人的朋友。帮助学习困难的同学，提高他们的成绩。

我相信，只要我按照计划实行，一定会获得成功的。最后给自我说一声：“加油”！

不知不觉，悠悠暑假过去了，在这漫长的时间里，我又长高了、懂事了，也是一个小大人了，当然，我不仅要健康，还要好好学习，天天向上。

对于我来说，口算是我的强项，每一次出国留学网考试，口算我都能吃满分，但是，有时候列竖式计算，有时候会有小小的差错，应用题也会出现理解错误的情况，针对这些方面，我对自己设计出来了一份新学期学习计划。

在课堂上，我会认真听讲，不乱做小动作，更重要的是积极发言。有句俗话说得好：知之为知之不知为不知。有不懂的问题，我就要大胆地问出来，这样才能达到更高的学习境界。

对于老师布置的作业，我也会认真对待，字体工整。如果遇到了问题，我就会绞尽脑汁地去想，知道把它想出来为止。写完之后，我也会认真检查。有做错的题，我会把它们收集到“纠错本”上，到考试的时候，我就把它拿出来，看看我的弱点在哪里。

我还会在课余时间，给自己布置一些作业，比如：做一些口算题卡，读一些数学家的故事和关于数学的书籍，以丰富自己的数学知识。

每次讲新课前，我都会主动预习课本，准备好材料，并把课后题补充完整。

我不仅要预习，还要及时复习。我会把老师讲的重点看一遍，顺便背一背运算公式，做五道典型习题，这样才可以巩固自己的学习知识。

为了拓展自己的知识面，我每周星期六都会去上奥数。每周至少要做5道奥数题。

争取通过本学期的努力，在中段考试和期末考试中，取得前三名。

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

目标就是前进的基础，有了新的计划就是新的起航!谁不希望自己能够成为第一?谁不希望让父母骄傲?又有谁不希望自己能够成为夺目的亮点?对，我们都想，但成功的背后是要付出艰辛的汗水，甚至泪水，还有一如既往甚至加倍的努力。我会的，一定朝前走!

改正自身的缺点会更益学习。曾经的我，爱睡懒觉，还爱玩乐，但在这个学期开始，我会养成好的习惯，尽量让自己早起。“早起的鸟儿有虫吃。”所以为了自己，就要不顾一切的努力!既然无法改变环境，又不甘落后，那就从改变自己开始。

课前预习，课堂学习，课后巩固，三者都要兼得。预习，也不能三心二意，更不能敷衍了事。课堂，要积极发言，即使是再简单的问题都要去回答，去演板。因为这样可以提提神，在走动的过程中活动了筋骨。这样也就不会在接下来的课上感到有点疲惫或者无聊。如果错了，老师能及时帮我纠正。课后的巩固，是不可缺少的。除了学校发的作业，还有自己买的资料都要去写，因为这样长期的持之以恒，才能成为一种习惯，多练才可以提高成绩。

上学期的物理没考好，应该是没学好。所以这学期一定要多下苦功在这科上，绝不让它拖后腿。英语也没有达到原来的目标，这学期一样要多听多练多说，提高这科的成绩。数学，没有理由说，没有借口错，仔细点，认真点，快一点，问题也不会大。语文，目标定为100、化学，新的一科不能落下。政史，继续保持。不敢保证能不能获得第一，但我会力争第一。一个字：拼!

读书让我冲淡自己的忧愁与烦恼，读书让我看到了未来的希望，读书让我明白了许多哲理……九年级，是拼搏的奋斗，是放飞梦想的翅膀，迎接新挑战的时刻!

光阴似箭，日月如梭，一个漫长的暑假过去了，新的一学期又开始了，迎着早晨的第一缕阳光，我们又踏上了通往学校的路程，开始了新的生活。新的学期，它带给了我们一个新的希望，新的目标，新的开始……

抹掉以前那些刻骨铭心的记忆吧，因为在新的学期，又是一个新的开始。在新的学期里，每一个人都会有新的打算，我打算上课认真听讲，把老师讲的知识全部印在脑海里，每一节课都积极发言，争取每一次的回答都完全正确，每天回到家都按时完成作业，遇到难题时迎难而上，决不退缩。我还有一个不好的毛病，就是不大懂得珍惜时间，做作业和做事情的时候总是不大容易集中注意力，在这个新的学期里，我将努力的改掉这个坏毛病，惜时如金，刻苦拼搏，努力学习，决不再浪费一分一秒。

我还打算变的热爱劳动，每天早上都起来锻炼身体，积极参加各种各样的活动，帮爸爸妈妈做力所能及的家务，自己的事情自己做，学会照顾自己，不让爸爸妈妈操心。在学校里团结同学，避免互相之间发生冲突，当同学遇到困难时尽力帮助他们，不会让老师和爸爸妈妈失望。

新学期里人人都会有新的打算，你也和我一样吧!让我们在新的学期里携起手来，共同实现自己的愿望吧!

Waking up on New Year, everybody dresses up. First they extend greetings to

their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in

red paper. People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or dumplings, for

breakfast, as they think "jiaozi" in sound means "bidding farewell to the old

and ushering in the new". Also, the shape of the dumpling is like gold ingot

from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure.

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour)

on this occasion, because as a homophone, niangao means "higher and higher, one

year after another." The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good

time for relatives, friends, and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange

greetings, gifts and chat leisurely.

China has 56 ethnic groups. Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival

almost the same day as the Han people, and they have different customs.
